The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

The small cozy apartment is located on the 4th floor of a larger apartment building on the edge of the Sommerhofenpark, as well as Klosterseepark (beautiful evening walks and great running opportunities are guaranteed). Within walking distance is the market square/main train station (about 15-20 minutes). The necessary food and shopping facilities are across the street. The apartment was newly furnished in 2020.

Located directly on the A 818 and with S-Bahn connection, it is ideal for business travelers, vacationers and for excursions to Stuttgart and the surrounding area.

Es handelt sich um eine Zweizimmer-Wohnung im 1.OG, die über eine offene steile Außentreppe zugänglich ist. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich auch der große Esstisch und ein großer Fernseher. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. einer 1/2 Stunde in Stuttgart oder Ludwigsburg. Die Anbindung an den ÖVPN ist vorhanden aber leider fahren die Busse sehr selten.
