My girlfriend and I stayed for 10 days in the house. It was tidy organized and very clean. The first impression was super. Inside everything smelled fresh. The pool was very clean. The mom of Giovanni welcomed us very polite. The is very kind. Also the rest of the family is very kind and want only the best for his guests. Everyday the pool was cleaned. The came and ask of everything was oke. The air conditioning inside was very welcome to the temperatures outside. Florence is an hour by train from the nearest train station. Also Venice is 1.5 hours by train. So you are very close to everything. 1 tip go to the nearest Lidl for your groceries. It's 15 minutes bij car. The Coop and de Conad are very pricey. And at the Coop is a restaurant with very cheap and good pizza's. And the best ice cream you get in Coreggio at Gelateria Dei Principe. He and his wife are very friendly. All and all it was the best holiday ever! Thanks Sara and your family!

We have just spent 4 fabulous nights at this lovely apartment and enjoyed every minute! So many little touches from the owners made our stay so welcoming. On our arrival, we were greeted by the family with a warm welcome. The apartment was very clean and spacious, the fridge was stocked with some essentials and fresh fruit. My children loved the swimming pool which they had to themselves and were provided with inflatables for in the pool, a football table and basketball hoop to play with too. The location was beautiful and peaceful but close to many places we wanted to visit. The gelateria in Fabbrico was magnificent! The family kept in regular contact to make sure everything was ok and also for recommendations. We would definitely recommend this place to stay and would definitely stay here again.

Sara and her husband are very friendly and approaching vendors here on Airbnb. Both are very helpful and even with us in their spare time souvenir shops. The accommodation is a bit out of the way but still just right to get away from all the urban stress. The good thing about the accommodation is that this is close to the nearest town. All in all, it was a perfect family trip which you would like to organize again.

La casa è molto spaziosa, appena ristrutturata e fatta con molta cura. Marzia ha pensato a tutto. È proprio così come la sua casa. Si prende cura di te. La posizione per noi è stata strategica. La casa si trova direttamente ad una strada provinciale. Un vanataggio per chi è in macchina e non viene per finire nella pace silenziosa della campagna. La campagna attorno è molto bella. Si esce e c'è subito la passeggiata lungo il fiume che ti porta immediatamente in un atmosfera calmante.

Non potrei dire nulla di negativo su questo posto meraviglioso! A partire dalla meraviglia della struttura, alla gentilezza e cordialità del signor Lauro, sua moglie e Blue :) non posso certo incolpare loro dell'inciviltà degli altri ospiti che scambiano e fanno trovare meno brioches di quelle gentilmente offerte (non dovute) dal signor Lauro, forse potrei consigliare di lasciarle in camera piuttosto che a disposizione di tutti, perché purtroppo non possiamo gestire la maleducazione delle altre persone. Tuttavia mi è andato tutto più che bene lo stesso, anzi! Ho sicuramente un nuovo punto di riferimento se mai dovessi tornare a Rolo, la stanza molto carina, il letto comodissimo e la doccia super spaziosa. Un ventilatore in camera e l'ambiente notte del piano superiore con l'aria condizionata, un mini bar comune con prezzi delle bevande assolutamente incredibili, 50 cent per una bottiglietta d'acqua fresca sono nulla! L'ambiente di cordialità e disponibilità dei proprietari ha reso il mio soggiorno indimenticabile! Grazie mille di tutto, soprattutto quando mi ha salvata durante la notte quando mi sono persa! :)

La stanza e la struttura sono conformi a quanto descritto nell'annuncio. La struttura, inoltre, è a pochissimi minuti dal casello dell'autostrada del Brennero, dunque molto comodo per chi ha necessità di spostarsi. La pulizia è OK. L'ospite, il signor Lauro, è molto gentile e disponibile. Senz'altro da raccomandare.

The owner is very friendly, kindly and hospitality. Rooms are very clean and exactly as described on site. The kitchen is good and large. However, there are not enough cooking things, but the owner promise to upgrade the kitchen shortly. :-)

The only problem with the apartment we rented from Sarah is that we only had time to stay for one night!!
