Rømø, Unesco area - newly renovated house with sauna

Newly renovated cottage - all new spring 2020. Lovely cottage, quietly located in Kongsmark on Rømø. Large sunny terrace surrounds the house, which everywhere is lovely bright. The house contains 2 bedrooms, nice bathroom with underfloor heating and direct access to the house's sauna, as well as well-equipped kitchen alroom and living room. Via the terrace there is access to an annex with additional sleeping space for 2 persons.Note!! During the winter months, the annex is closed, which is why the house is therefore only for 4 people from October to March.

This unique cottage is located on the idyllic wadden sea island of Rømø. The house is located on a hilly natural site with 180 degree panoramic views of meadows facing Rømø's wide, white beaches. The house sleeps 6 (+1 baby bed) and sauna. The house is bright and friendly in design and has a great view to the west. The house includes a lovely, large open wooden terrace with panoramic views to the southeast and west. From the ground there is direct access to a bicycle and footpath that leads to Lakolk and the wide sandy beach.

The house is situated in a great spot in the middle of the beautiful Fanø nature only 300m from the sea. The house has a ground floor and first floor and is 91m2. There is big patio in front of the house connecting the livingroom to the outside on a sunny day and a large patio at the back. On the ground floor there is a dining room, bathroom and two bedrooms (beds are 200cm long). On the first floor there is a balcony partially overlooking the sea, TV room with big couch and a beedroom

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. The house is located on a natural plot with various places to hang out and enjoy the nature. Sønderho and Sønderho Beach is within walking distance. The house has two bedrooms, a loft and a kitchen family room with access to terrace and outdoor kitchen with gas grill. If you drive an electric car, you can charge with type 2 or CEE connectors in the driveway. Welcome!
