250 m to the sea and 4 beds

The address of the house is Tranevej 22 in Fjellerup. The home is located 250 meters from a child-friendly beach. The house is cozy, you can sit outside and enjoy the sun. It is 50 km to Aarhus with Aros, the Old Town and Moesgaard. There is 12 km to Djurs Sommerland, 500 meters to the Waffle Bakery. There is a good playground in Fjellerup city opposite Brugsen. The home is heated with an air-to-air pump and radiators. The radiators in the two bedrooms with single beds do not work. The house is rented for a minimum of 5 days in the same rental period.

Summer house Lærkereden

Welcome to our self-built 120m2 cottage. We built the summerhouse in 2023-24, with the aim of creating a unique place where freedom and good atmosphere are central elements. The house has 4 rooms, two high hills, a multi-room with pool table, kitchen family room and sofa living room. Outside there is a 105m2 terrace, a large table and barbecue. The house can have up to 13 overnight stays, but is ideal for 8-10 people. The house is our eyestone that we are happy to share with others. We hope guests take good care of our nugget.

On the beach you will find an ice cream shop and a fish shop. Nearby are Djurs Sommerland (15 min.), Ree Park Safari, Mols Bjerge and several golf courses. Good area for running and cycling with several landscaped routes through forest and beach areas. The house contains three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

Holiday apartment Norupferie Rygårdstrand

Lovely located holiday apartment with its own terrace. From here there is a wonderful view of the fields and Kattegat. There is private access by private road to quiet and lovely sandy beach with good bathing conditions and possibility of walking and fishing from the beach. Ball games and play are available on site. There is direct access to the apartment from parking in the courtyard. The apartment is handicap accessible. There are good biking opportunities from the place along the coast.

Nearby there are many attractions, beautiful nature as well as Molsbjerge and fantastic beaches and yet close to Aarhus, Ebeltoft, Randers and Grenå. 15 minutes to Djurssommerland. Also ReePark, Scandinavian Animal Park, Kattegat Center with sharks. Free parking in front of the house. 900 meters to charging stations and light rail.

I hjertet af Djursland holder prærievognen med højt til himlen og stor udsyn. Her er stille og rolig omgivelser med skov og en halv time til tre kyster samt skønne Molsbjerge m.m. Prærievognen rummer alt det en normal bolig indeholder bare i mindre skala. Hvis du/i ynder det, er der mulighed for sauna og vildmarksbad (tilkøbes) foruden en aften ved 🔥bålet. Small cottage in Skovgårde of 42 sqm with adjoining annex. 2 beds in the house and 2 in the annex. Located in a quiet area with about 600-700 meters to the water with a nice swimming beach. Nearby attractions include Djurs Sommerland about 10 km away and with a drive of about 30 minutes you will find Randers Rainforest, Scandinavian Animal Park, the frigate Jylland, Kattegat Center and Ree Park.
