Two terraces, one of which is 30 m², garden, access to swimming pool and outdoor games shared with the owners. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, toilet. Second floor: bedroom with private shower room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet. Electric heating + wood-burning stove. Free baby equipment upon request.

Le Candeze

After renovating the Chateau de Candeze dating from 1480,located in one of the most beautiful villages in France,we rehabilitated the lower part of the castle,to make it an apartment of 100 m2 with private access on one of the most beautiful streets of this medieval village. Quiet,rest,freshness awaits you inside,interior or antique pavement, stone vault,old doors,antique furniture create the decor. Spacious apartment with a large family room. You will have access to a large adjoining park.

Nature lovers will find their happiness in the 45 m2 COSMOS house on the edge of the forest. You will enjoy the calm and greenery 14 km north/east of Toulouse. The village is conveniently located between Labège Innopole and Blagnac. Walk in the woods next door. For your cultural outings you are 20 minutes from the Cité de l'Espace and Aeroscopia. Albi is 40 minutes away (Unesco World Heritage Cathedral) 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, Revel and its market and the St Férréol basin.

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Renovated apartment, downtown Lavaur, quiet and bright on the 3rd floor of our family home. Independent access by stairs or private elevator. Ideal for one night as well as for a long stay. Bed sheets, bath towels, and exit cleaning are included in the price. Remote work will be possible thanks to the internet connection and the office area. Close to the shops of the city center, possibility of free parking in the neighborhood Shared pool (adults, older children)
