I stayed in the 'romantic cottage' with my girlfriend for 3 nights and I must say, really everything perfect! Elisa and her boyfriend were kind and helpful, very nice apartment, well equipped and clean and the original furniture. Truly a wonderful stay!

It was a perfect place to stay for 4 pers. or a family! We were very happy to stay there, and the kitchen are working perfectly if you like to make Italian dinner! We will happy recomend this place! :-)

We can only recommend the hotel. She is very loving and individually decorated and you feel right at home. The kitchen invites you to cook and is well equipped. Even otherwise, nothing is missing. We Elisa not met in person but she was always accessible and has us where they could help. Gradara is a nice place but you should already be able to walk, it is sometimes steep) as we had a car breakdown, we also tried the public transport network and it worked well. We have the rest in the evening enjoyed away from the bustle of the coast in August.

I stayed in Elisa's house last week with my husband and my two children The stay was more than positive, the house corresponds to the published images, indeed, it is even better, there's everything you need to feel comfortable as if you were sitting in your home. Although it was unable to meet Elisa arranged our arrival perfectly, this phone and has always responded to our requests. I stayed with my three daugthers in Elisa's apartment for one week. The apartment is very cozy decorated in a very a personal way with a nice design touch and lots of small artefacts. The apartment is situated in a beautiful area close to cultural experiences, the beach and shopping. Elisa has been a very kind, service-minded and accessible host.

Кухня оборудована всем и Леонардо дружил мы нашли даже кофе, сахар, сладости и напитки в холодильнике. Существует место, открытая парковка и даже в гараже, для нас, что мы переезжаем было очень полезно, потому что шел дождь в течение ночи. Gradara с замком очень приятно посетить.

I proprietari dell'appartamento sono stati gentili e disponibili in ogni momento. L'appartamento, praticamente nuovo, aveva tutto ciò che era stato specificato nell'annunci e forse anche di più! Il quartiere è tranquillo e vicino al centro di Gradara, anche se per raggiungere il castello ci vogliono circa 15 minuti a piedi. Comodo è il supermercato, che si può raggiungere a 5 minuti a piedi, così da non dover muovere la macchina anche per piccole commissioni. A pochi chilometri di distanza si trovano delle spiagge bellissime e facilmente raggiungibili in macchina. Zona bellissima e appartamento altrettanto bello! Consigliato vivamente!

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans l'appartement l'Ulivo. Leonardo nous a accueilli à notre arrivé. La communication a été facile et fluide. L'appartement est conforme aux photos, très bien entretenu et équipé de tout le nécessaire. Notre séjour s'est super bien passé. Le seul conseil que nous avons donné à Leonardo est d'équiper l'appartement d'une connexion Internet pour faire de son appartement un appartement 5 étoile ! Nous y reviendrons certainement !

We had a great 10-days' vacation and lovely time in Gradara in Jorge's and Federica's apartment! We found the apartment exactly as described and shown in the pictures and were given a warm welcome by them! The whole place was very clean, all neccessary kitchen equipment was there and with stove and oven you are able to cook anything you might want to. Jorge and Federica gave us tips for day-trips and nice beaches in the area and were always reachable via phone in case we had questions. The Sofa in the living room is awesome and many windows are equipped with mosquito-screens so that you're not bothered by them at night and still have fresh air. There are many nice restaurants directly in or near Gradara, the Castle is of course worth a visit and even in the local Café you'll find an Aperol-Spritz at midnight :-) Gradara is located only a 10min drive from the beach and you can reach interesting towns like Urbino and Rimini in less than 40mins. If you like hiking you'll find beautiful nature and small rivers nearby where you can take a bath, too! We would definitely highly recommend anybody to stay at Jorge's and Federica's apartment and enjoyed our vacation very much!

It was great to stay at Jorge's and Fedi's apartment, I can recommend it to everyone. Both hosts were very friendly and gave a lot of helpful information about things do do and visit. We were cared for fantastically with drinks and some food waiting for us when we moved in! The flat is very well equipped with everything you need and very cosy. The location is perfect for both visiting well-known cities such as Urbino or going to San Marino and also the beaches of the Adriatic coast are very close and can be easily reached. We would definitely like to return :-)

I stayed three days with my family in this beautiful home Gradara, close to everything: a 10-minute drive will get you to the Catholic or Gabicce Mare, Pesaro many ... comfortable, warm, cozy, relaxing .. . perfectly! Jorge and Faith were very considerate towards us as well as to give considerable information available and take on board suggestions for making your home even more 'cozy! We will definitely return, and in the meantime, we highly recommend!

Fedi and Jorge gave us a wonderfully warm welcome to Gradara, a little-known medieval castle and walled town centrally located to explore other centers of culture and history as well, not to mention an array of beaches. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with its own eat-on terrace and grassy, flowery front lawn. Though in walking distance of a supermarket and pharmacy, the mature trees that surround the yard give the place a real sense of privacy.

This is a beautiful apartment in a lovely town, close to the beach and an easy drive from Bologna. Fedi and Jorge could not have been more helpful - a cot and high chair were available for our baby and breakfast was supplied. Meeting on arrival was very easy and they gave us lots of recommendations for the area which we followed and were not disappointed. Highly recommended!

What a gorgeous room! The accommodation is located in a beautiful area in the countryside, and the room is set in a very pretty garden with lots of flowers and tasteful decoration. It is separate from the main family house, offering privacy and quietness. The location is a short drive away from the castle of Gradara, so it is easy to go sight seeing. The room itself is like a doll's house, with lovely decoration and everything you could need to make your stay comfortable (fridge, tv, etc). I even got to taste some lovely cakes and biscuits! It was extremely clean, nice and cool, and a pleasure to be in. The hosts were very very friendly and helpful and made me feel at home! I would definitely recommend this room to anyone who wants to stay in Gradara. I hope I can come back soon!

Great experience. We were four friends and our stay was super nice and relaxing. Clean air, nature, eggs and fresh cakes gently Valentina's mother gave us. The location is strategic for visiting much of Emilia and Marche, but can also be a relaxing place for those who want to escape from the city life and stretch the eye to the horizon. I would describe it as a simple and healthy place. Sorry not to have known Valentina which in those days was on, but we will follow through his blog. Thank you.

We spent some beautiful days in the house of Valentina and we felt at home straight away. The apartment is really nice and furnished with great taste, he has given us all the necessary amenities. The surrounding space, animals, the countryside and the beautiful scenery gave us the relaxing moments. Valentina and her family are lovely people. Highly recommended!

Me and my boyfriend had a really great time in la pulcia b&b :) We stayed there for 4 days and we loved the room and especially the wonderful breakfast at the terrace. Alessandra and her family are very nice people, they made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Thanks so much for that wonderful stay :)

Allessandra and her family were amazing hosts. Chiara (her daughter) was waiting for us upon our arrival… We also met her husband, who is an accomplished artist among many other things. Allessandra painted the furniture in our suite which added to its romantic and cozy setting. Breakfast was served on our terrace! What a treat!

Our last stop from our Italy-Tour was in Gradara at Alessandras place. Tired from the long trip we asked here for a dinner at her place and we couldn't be more happy with our decision! Alessandra really took care of all our needs and exceeded our excpectations, which in all fairness considering the Italian Cuisine, already was quite high :-) The extra price for the dinner was very fair considering the amount of work she put into it. Home-made pasta simply is the best! Besides the dinner it was a very warm welcome and a great room to spend the night in. The flat was very clean and subtle decorated with a lot of love. The nearby castle (5 minute walk) birthplace of the famous story from Francesca and "handsome" Paolo written by Dante, was a total suprise for us and very worth the visit. In short: If you are in the region of Rimini and looking for a great place to stay, you can't go wrong with Alessandra. "Mille gracie" again and until our next stay in Gradara!

reception excellent, Rosaria extremely available, provided us with bikes to get in comfort at the beach 1 km away from the house around; the very clean and comfortable accommodation corresponding to the photos, very good parking in front of the house in the shade. one advice I could give to Rosaria, would be to put a door to divide the lower part (housing rented) from the top (residence of Rosaria) for greater security and privacy against both (you never know who we welcome you in their own home).

We were guests at Franco MIriam for three days, their reception was excellent, the house is spacious and perfect for children. Definitely to be recommended.

Miriam was very nice and helpful. We have felt ourselves very well. Especially beautiful the apartment and the garden was all around. Very clean. Cattolica is nice and there are some ways to bathe at the free beach. Highly Recommended. Car essential.

really very spartan apartment and uncared for maintenance. The garden out back was very badly kept, the grass I found two pieces of glass and a small beam of wood with nails, also a drying rack was rusted. I found some dirty glasses. To my request for a blanket I made me go to the next house to ask for the guests present. The good points are the location and the comfortable swimming pool

Lorenzo welcomed us in a very positive way, it is made available to give us all the information we needed. The total ad (including pictures) gave me the idea of a less beautiful place however in reality the apartment, the swimming pool and the whole context are really positive. The ubicaizone then, in our opinion, is fantastic: a few minutes from the square of Gabicce Monte (you can get there also comfortably walk for walkers like me), from Gabicce Mare, Vallugola, Fiorenzuola and Castel Di Mezzo. In the countryside, windy and cool, quiet and reserved

We stayed here for s weekend when we attended the MotoGP in Misano. Lorenzo was very accomodating in allowing a late check in for us and was available for help via messages. The villa is as described: basic accomodation but clean and spacious. nice outdoor space overlooking the communal pool. Beautiful surrounds as well!

Our holiday was very nice and even though we arrived 1.5 hours earlier than was identified we immediately got the keys and were able to check very nice hostess always been there and accessible for all questions. The house was clean and all to ourselves the area quiet with a beautiful view on the terrace, we could admire the beautiful sunsets. Highly recommended is a visit to the castle which is not far away. We were often with taxi traveling Marcello highly recommend (negotiable) picked us up on time. For us, this was a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday !!

Madame Concettina has welcomed us and was punctual to the appointment, and remained available for our questions. Very friendly we recommend this place for lame not far from the city but still in a quiet and peaceful area!

The rooms are parted with kitchen area and bedroom, two people with sufficient breadth, it is very clean. Married couple of the host lives in the same building, but the entrance is a complete private space in another. Me welcome very kind, gave me aside, such as in a room water and fruit. Since the top of the hill, I think that it is inconvenient that there is no car, but it was really good room.

Good welcome and stay. the apartment is comfortable and equipped outcome. improvable the endowment by providing more towels for the bathroom (at least a couple of large towels) and the equipment to support it (hooks and hangers). Very comfortable beds. The owners were very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend it.

Experience beautiful! spotlessly clean and excellent communication apartment. Gigliola and her husband welcomed me, my husband and my daughter with extreme kindness and helpfulness. The apartment is a portion of the ground floor of the beautiful villa in the country of the owner. The apartment has independent access, is also provided on the remote control of the driveway gate. The courtyard is great decidamente, the car you can park inside of it safely. convenient location to reach the most beautiful beaches nearby (see Fiorenzuola and Vallugola) and close to very interesting medieval villages (see Gradara). We will definitely return!

We spent a wonderful 9-day holiday as guests of Gigliola. The apartment, located inside the villa is very cozy and clean. Not really miss anything. The location is beautifully nestled in the park of San Bartolo and only 10 minutes from the sea traveling by car. It is in total tranquility but also a few kilometers from Riccione, Rimini and Pesaro. Ideal for a couple! Also Gigliola and her husband are really helpful throughout the whole (they even lent an umbrella) but at the same time discreet.

Gigliola and her husband were good and friendly hosts providing us with everything we needed and causing no disturbance at all. The apartment is situated in a ground floor of a 3-storied building which stands on a beautiful hill near nice town of Gabicce Monte. The parking is private. Inside we've found a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedroom. The place is very quiet and you can have a good sleep. It is also warm inside (you can turn on the heating if needed, it is in order). The only thing that could be better is the electric light in the apartment but that's not that critical. Rimini and the beaches are not that far and can be reached by car pretty quickly. Overall the place is recommended! Квартира расположена на 1-ом этаже 3-этажного здания, которое стоит на склоне живописного холма неподалёку от симпатичного городка Габичче-Монте. Парковка закрытая. Единственное, что могло быть лучше - освещение внутри, хотя это и не так критично. На машине довольно быстро можно добраться как до Римини, так и до пляжей. В целом, рекомендую.

Mrs. Gigliola and her husband were very kind and very considerate. The apartment is well stocked and the spaces are very adequate. The location is really beautiful and we regenerated by the breeze that has never been absent.

We spent 5 days in Gabicce Monte / Monte and had a great time by Gigliola! The apartment is comfortable, is equipped with everything needed, very pulpit! The location is perfect especially for those who like it, beyond the sea, go for walks in the hills (some trails start right from the house). strongly we recommend the beach below the village Fiorenzuola.
