We live surrounded by several hectares of forest (fir trees and oaks). We are ideally located: 5 minutes from the A62 toll and 3 kilometers from our beautiful village of Auvillar that we invite to discover! Toulouse (45 minutes) and Bordeaux (1H15), 7 km from Centrale de Golfech.

The 95m² house is located in a charming little hamlet in the fields and woods. Totally independent accommodation with 2 private entrances. Very quiet, nights of rest guaranteed. Close to the Gers, of which Gramont was still part of just over 200 years ago (Close to Saint-Clar, Lectoure). Also nearby (about 6 and 15 km) are supervised bathing areas: swimming pool, lakes, very well equipped recreation centre.
