Whether the cottage is used for relaxation, coziness by the wood stove or trips to the beach and in the woods, it is a really good starting point to relax from everyday life and enjoy life. Relax with the whole family in this beautiful cottage at Gudmindrup Lyng. The house is 60 sqm and consists of 3 rooms. Two rooms with double bed and one room with bunk bed, as well as an annex with sofa bed. In addition, there is a living room, kitchen and dining area. There is a toilet in the house and a bathroom in the annex. The annex and house are connected by a covered walkway. There is a pellet stove and heat pump. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

This authentic thatched-roof guest house is right next to the main host house. It is a peaceful, simple and relaxing oasis for a short weekend or summer vacation in nature. This guest house is for those who want to relax, take long walks in a forest or walk all the way to the beach nearby. The guest house is part of the main hosts' home area, and it is a remote place, yet easy to reach from cities like Copenhagen (just over 1 hour's drive).

Tag en afslappende pause fra hverdagen i dette lille fine sommerhus, hvor der kan hygges med gang i brændeovnen en kold vinter dag. Huset ligger kun 1,2 km i gå afstand fra den smukkeste sand strand. Her er KUN udendørs brus - som kun kan anvendes hvis der ikke er frost! Udenfor er en overdækket og møbleret terrasse, hvor kaffen kan nydes i læ. Sommerhuset ligger 11 km fra hyggelige Nykøbing Sjælland.
