Fantastic mountain idyll, wonderful view of Hohe Göll, Watzmann, Kalter, Untersberg,..., all day sun, a sensational balcony. It was not for nothing that the opening sequence of "Sound of music" was filmed here...Bathroom, kitchen of high quality and new, equipment cozy and traditional. With solar and wood-burning heating, as well as new PV system, you live absolutely climate-neutral. Internet available , but slow.
