Dream house (Nicola - I - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) “Villa Dolce” is a large house of architectural value, immersed in a very large park in the "heart of the Prosecco area" just 45 minutes drive from Venice and 60 minutes from Cortina D'Ampezzo. A warm and welcoming residence on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend moments of relaxation and a dream holiday. Lodging: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet service, living room with Louis XV fireplace, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. The air conditioning is only present in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to have lunch outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Men's - Women's Dependance shared toilet service: Inside the guest house you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue ) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; cook available on request. Information: The property is located in the center of the Prosecco D.O.C.G. area and is particularly convenient to reach Venice, which is 45 minutes away by road, or Cortina d 'Ampezzo which is 60 minutes away.
