In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

The defense tower is the perfect starting point for city explorations and to visit one of the many restaurants in the beautiful half-timbered town of Bad Hersfeld.

Wooden house 13 sqm in the middle of our large orchard with mini kitchen, wood-burning stove, outhouse and solar power. There are 2 beds that can be set up as a double bed or single beds. Consciously kept simple, no TV and Wi-Fi, but plenty of PEACE and NATURE. The garden with swing, fireplace and teepee (in summer) is available. The house is 30 m away and there is a shower room that can be used from 7:30 am to 10 pm and where the dirty dishes can be handed in.

Dear potential guests, Whether in transit, for a little time out or for longer - our apartment is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - e.g. on the balcony with a view. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a nice outdoor pool and good gastronomy - surrounded by a lot of forest. Our café serves breakfast weekdays from 6 AM and on weekends from 7 AM.

Our granny flat "Zum kleinen Zollstock" is small but OHO. It is accessible at ground level. The bathroom offers a floor-level shower in addition to a toilet and sink. Towels and shower gel are provided. The sofa bed can be extended to 1.60 m and invites you to relax with the rotating smart TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge, induction stovetop, mini oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and matching accessories.

This newly renovated two-story vacation home with three bedrooms is perfect for relaxing and exploring for up to six people. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, there is a spacious living room with a second dining table and a cozy reading area. In the spacious garden there is a terrace. Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
