For relaxation, there is a terrace with a French window on the ground floor and a terrace on the 1st floor, where you can relax on an outdoor bed. Offer includes outdoor seating at the grill and in front of wicket free parking for two cars. The offered space is after a complete reconstruction. Around this accomodation are many interesting places where you can see - Svatý Hostýn, Helfštýn Castle, Přerov Castle, ornamental gardens in Kroměříž. In the neighborhood is a very good restaurant Route 66.

On the second floor there is a cozy bedroom with an electric fireplace. The disadvantage is the 5th floor without an elevator.
