Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. The unique location provides the basis for a natural stay with rich birdlife and visits from a deer family in the garden. Excellent opportunities for unwinding and relaxing in peaceful surroundings, with great hiking options. 50 minutes to Oslo and Drammen.

Huset er på 94 kvm og inneholder to store soverom , et lite bad med varme i gulv , stor og romslig entre, nytt kjøkken og stor stue med to store sofaer som kan benyttes som senger.. Alt er pusset opp i 2017. Det er en uteplass med kveldssol som tilhører huset og parkering utenfor. Rett ved strand, skog, fjell og by. Om du vil reise, klatre, kite eller bare slappe av. Oppvarming skjer med varmepumpe og vedovn samt panelovner.

Only 50 minutes from Oslo, this spacious house is located in a wonderful, quiet, sunny, seaside location. Most rooms offer panoramic views of the fjord. The house has a modern dark interior, a fully equipped open kitchen and a spacious living room that connects with sliding glass doors to a large veranda, facing west and overlooking the sea. Parking in the front yard. Charger for electric car is available for a fee.

Leier ut min fine toppleilighet ved sjøkanten . Leiligheten på 40 kvm inneholder soverom med dobbeltseng (160x200cm), kombinert kjøkken og stue med sovesofa (140x200cm).
