  • Sam’s place was perfect - secluded enough to feel private but a ten minute drive to most restaurants in Hayden. The surrounding trees are beautiful, and it was so nice waking up to the birds every morning. Plenty of towels were provided, the heat was easy to control, and lots of coffee/tea/hot chocolate was provided as well. Even if you’re planning a trip to CDA, it’s worth it to be a bit removed and stay here. Just book it!

  • We were so impressed with this enchanted cabin! It was just as we expected. Everything was on point! Super clean. Modern. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was great, the shower hot, the bed comfy. Extra touches. We were so relaxed. A great get-a-way in the woods off the beaten path!

  • Great location and views right next to a quaint creek. The yurt was surprisingly warm when we first arrived without even having the stove going. Good quality wood and fire starting accessories helped make a quick, cozy fire, and my wife and I had fun playing games and eating good food with such a great sunset view! We’ll likely try to make it a yearly tradition!

    Hanna2020-04-19T00:00:00Z
  • Wow! I had no idea such a neat little escape was here in the middle of urban Boise. The yurt is so cozy and adorable! Maybe it's a silly thing to some but I think my favorite part of the property is the welcome gate. It makes you feel like you are walking through a portal into a better and more simple world! I was very pleased there wasnt a TV in the yurt, it made it feel like an urban camping experience. I would recommend this yurt to anyone staying in Boise for a few nights or even someone that lives here and needs an escape from the world!

  • Great place, Yuki was very nice and there is plenty of places to eat and things to do nearby. Not a lot of parking available, one of the neighbors down the street literally “got in my face” and was very rude about me parking in front of his house...on a public street. Other than that, which is no reflection on Yuki or the place, it was great. Would highly recommend.

Stay in Swan Valley right on the South Fork of the Mighty Snake River in an early 1900's log cabin!
Log Cabin on the Snake River. Fire pit, charcoal grill, and picnic table. Cabin has a queen bed, electricity, fridge, coffee pot, and microwave. Shared outdoor portapoty & outdoor heated shower (surrounded by a wood fence for privacy). Access to some of the best trout fishing in the U.S. just steps away, public boat launches within minutes, mountain and river views with nesting Osprey. Elk and deer also wander the property. Horseback riding and boat rentals available nearby. One-hour drive to Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Teton Park, two hours to Yellowstone. As of this time, there is no running water inside the cabin. But, there is clean water on the property that you will have access to. *** Early checkin is OK to enjoy beautiful scenery (please let us know) but the cabin may not be ready for you to move into until 4:00 pm.
  • Beautiful place (!) but remind, the toilet and the shower is outside of the cabin.

    Wieland2019-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • Again, wish I could have stayed longer here than 1 night. It’s an awesome property on a beautiful river. Very clean and well built cabin, comfortable bed. didn’t even need to use the heater, it stayed nice in there all night. Fire pit with a hammock and a swing by the river! Very nice and worth it all. Stay here!

    Makena2019-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • This was a cute little cabin. If you’re looking for a remote feel without being far off the grid, this was the perfect balance. The host were quick to respond and very friendly. We would absolutely stay here again!

    Heather2019-09-13T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Julie was very easy to communicate with, and the cabin was clean and functional. We had a great time relaxing and stargazing by the fire.

    Kayla2019-08-30T00:00:00Z
  • This place was quiet and peaceful. Just what we were looking for on our honeymoon. It was an hour drive back up to Jackson hole and about an hour and a half from Grand Tetons Park. The outdoor shower was plenty hot with Mountain View’s. The bed however was a bit mushy in the middle and there were no screens on the windows. Otherwise it was a great place to stay

    Tami2019-08-29T00:00:00Z
  • Great space with AMAZING views right on the river. Truly a great stay. Julie was an incredible host with stellar communication. We will definitely be back.

    Shaun2019-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • A very nice cabin right next to the river. Beautiful scenery and cozy as hell.

    John2019-08-08T00:00:00Z
  • Man! Wish I could have stayed for at least 2 nights! This spot is truly a gem! There was a hammock to lounge on right by the river which was my favorite! Thank you!

Quick access to Boise, Kuna, Meridian, or Nampa. Private entrance suite off the back of the house. Off-street parking. Queen bed and bath/shower. Step out to fresh air on the patio, stay in and stream movies on the 4k TV, or log into wifi and get some work done .
Our neighborhood is upscale, clean, quiet and safe. There are a lot of birds in the morning; especially in the spring.
  • They roll out the red carpet for you. Would recommend for anyone staying in Boise.

    Samuel2020-05-09T00:00:00Z
  • Debby's home is AMAZING!!! The neighborhood and surrounding area is super nice, it has that felling of "home" for me. Debby made my stay extremely comfortable, there was extra time before the next guest was set to arrive so she gave me a later check out time. I wish I would have been able to meet her and Dion in person. But I am sure I will be passing through Idaho again and when I do I will do my best to stay with them again.

    Aj2020-05-01T00:00:00Z
  • WOW! I've stayed at a good many Airbnb's and VRBO's. Many have been great, but none have been perfect. Debby's place was perfect. Every detail was exactly what you would hope it to be. Snacks, soaps, coffee, ironing board, extra sheets, wifi, instructions on how to do everything, a bin for sheets and towels... on and on and on! IT WAS GREAT! Don't be silly. Stay here.

    Peter2020-04-29T00:00:00Z
  • I strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants a place to stay

    Jermaine2020-04-27T00:00:00Z
  • Deborah was very responsive in her communication. Her place was easy to find in a very comfortable neighborhood. The check-in instructions were easy and convenient. The pathway to the back of the house was all lit up at night. The space was quiet and comfortable. Much thought was put into making sure our stay was comfortable, including water and soda in the fridge, coffee on the table and snacks left out for us to enjoy. The towels and toiletries were laid out for us with extra ones in the closet. There were little informational signs that helped let us know about the place. The wifi was easy to use and worked well. The bed was very comfortable and the space was very cozy. All of our needs were met and all the small touches made our stay even more relaxing. We certainly would like to stay again! Five stars all around!

    Dustin2020-04-25T00:00:00Z
  • LOVELY people, LOVELY place, I look forward to staying with them again.

    Alexander2020-04-24T00:00:00Z
  • Deborah's place was perfect for us. Everything was a little nicer than I expected. Since we just had a "room" because we didn't expect to be there too much, I thought it would just be a basic small room and bathroom. It was roomier than I expected! The bathroom area had plenty of space, very nice shower and was sparkling clean. There was even a little basket of toiletries in case you forgot something! There were a few snacks on hand, a couple of other treats, a microwave and mini fridge, and the best part was the Keurig for morning coffee! The little backyard/patio area had comfy seating for coffee in the sun each day before we left. There was a good sized TV with subscriptions for several services so there were lots of choices for evening viewing. This was a quiet place as described, private entrance, easy check in and out. Loved it.

  • Absolutely a diamond! I was fortunate enough to stay here alone, my husband reserved it so that I could have a break from my small children. This place is ideal for a couple, it is relaxing and quiet.

  • I used this Airbnb for a photo session I had(I unfortunately had to reschedule due to Covid-19 but Sara was so helpful with the rescheduling process). From the moment I showed up, I loved the whole atmosphere of the space! It was so clean and perfect! It worked out so well for my session too, I definitely plan on booking 26th St again down the road! Thank you so much again Sara!!!

  • This place is something right out of a magazine, absolutely STUNNING!! If this place is available when you are looking to book a place in Boise you would be foolish to not book it!! The bathroom alone is with the stay, it is divine with a great soaking tub. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept very sound. We enjoyed the little patio for dinner. Several thoughtful touches throughout the house. Thank you so very much for the most memorable stay. We will be back!

Come try the simple life you've been hearing about on TV! Chateau Ivan is a fully equipped, fully functional tiny house only a few miles from downtown Boise. The location provides ample privacy while keeping you near to the heart of Idaho's capital city. You'll have books, a projector and a kitchen inside, while outside you have hammocks, games, a BBQ, fire-pit and even bikes! Come give the tiny life a try before you sell all your worldly possessions, and enjoy your own private oasis!
Oh where to begin! This place is small but it has lots of features. I built it from about 60-70% reclaimed materials and often let them dictate the theme and layout. The space includes a fully stocked kitchen, living room, storage space, a full sized bathroom, a small office nook, and a bedroom that is up a steep staircase. Here are some notes about each space: Kitchen: I have provided all the essentials from plates and silverware to pots and pans. There is NO microwave. There are also some food items and spices you can help yourself to. The fridge is small but should be able to hold everything you need during your stay. The kitchen also hosts a very small washing machine and clothes can be hung up to dry in the office space. Living Room: The living room is a great place to kick back and relax and watch a show or movie on the projector! The coffee table lifts up to act as a dinner table with place mats in the storage area. The couch pulls out into a sofa bed and there are blankets and pillows in the chaise section. Help yourself to a book on the stair case and there are some games in the drawers under the stairs. Bathroom: The bathroom is also stocked and ready for you! Help yourself to the soaps and shampoos and there will always be towels! The shower head is energy saving so when it shuts off don't panic! Just click the switch up on the neck behind the shower head. It holds the temperature for you until you get in so you don't lose any hot water from the 20 gallon tank. The decor is inspired by Mexico which is a country close to my heart. If you are feeling lucky feel free to try your hand at one of the 'balero' games on the bathroom shelf. Also, the little silver cup on the counter is an amplifier for your phone speaker... jam out! The Office: This space is simple and meant to be versatile for you needs. You can store your luggage, charge your goods or get some work done! The choice is yours. There are a few white hooks on the rafters in this room. The clothesline is located in the bathroom drawers and can be ran through these in a zig-zag motion to give you room to hang your clothes. Bedroom Loft: Access to the bedroom is up a steep, ladder-staircase so PLEASE be careful. The landing at the top allows you to turn around while coming down. Going up and down should always be done facing the staircase. Watch your head and enjoy the Purple mattress! If you don't know what that is, look up some of their YouTube videos and enjoy their clever marketing videos. Hopefully you enjoy the experience too. There is an oil diffuser next to the bed, eye masks and a fan to keep you comfortable! Outside: One of the best parts about a tiny house is it will inspire you to go outside! This can be in the yard and/or out into the local community. Outside you will find multiple spaces to enjoy. The bistro set on the deck, the covered area with lots of seating, a fire pit area where you can cook up some of your child hood favorites, a Giant Jenga set, and a hammock up in the trees on the hillside. There is also a propane BBQ you can break out for some back yard grilling! I've also recently added cruiser bikes for you to take out on the streets and Greenbelt of Boise! It's got everything you need... and nothing more... well maybe a little more.
East Boise is a blossoming area and is IDEAL for your visit. Your stay will be less than one mile from a local neighborhood downtown area known as Bown Crossing that has great restaurants, bars, and even a public library. A bit further down the road are more restaurants, FroYo, grocery stores and parks. During the summer time, you will be right around the corner from Barber Park where people put in to float the Boise River. But if you are more of a land loafer, you'll enjoy walking along the river on some trails and the famous Boise Green Belt! Also important is freeway access! It takes less than ten minutes to jump on the highway and about 10 minutes to get to the Boise Airport.
  • This place is perfect!! Such a cute and clean little house with an amazing outdoor space!! Would def stay here again.

In the Sunset area of Boise's north end. Beautiful old homes, tree lined streets and close to downtown, the greenbelt and the foothills. This is a studio apartment with a private entrance. Provided is a full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, oven, sink, and all the stuff you need to cook with. Access for you and your pets to a private fenced English Garden. Don't be surprised though if you have 2 furry creatures on the other side of the fence begging for some attention.
The studio sits in a beautiful English garden setting under a very large, very old Maple tree. In warmer months we will have outdoor seating available. Great place to chill with a cool beverage.
We are in the Sunset district of Boise's North End. From what we know there were very nice small homes built in the early 1900s and another building boom after WWII. Tree lined streets, alleyways and friendly neighbors define Sunset and the North End.
  • Very clean place , and an inviting host!

This is a tiny home located 21 miles from Jackson, 24 miles from Grand Teton National Park, and is in a convenient downtown location. This home is next door to a large, beautiful park, close to a grocery store, gas, and several great restaurants.
This gorgeous, one of a kind tiny home was built in 2018-2019. It was tastefully designed with rough cut 1"x8" cedar walls. There are a variety of finishes to the cedar to give it a truly unique look. The kitchen has quartz countertops, under cabinet lights, a uniquely compact oven, and has some mid-century modern designed appliances. The flooring is a luxury vinyl that is waterproof and very durable. All the furniture is mid-century modern, including the sofa which also pulls out into a twin bed. Overall, the floor plan is a studio. There are 2 lofts with queen beds, so a total of 5 can sleep on beds. The bathroom is small but fully functional. The kitchen has a small fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, toaster oven, hot plate, stove top, coffee maker, rice cooker, pots and cookware, and has dishes and silverware. Although the home is tiny, there is still a 50 gallon water heater! There is wifi on the property. This tiny home is for the adventurous. You need to climb ladders to get into the lofts. The living space is only 320 square feet. If you want a unique, one-of-a-kind experience staying in an adorable, tastefully decorated tiny home, this will be perfect for you!
The neighborhood is in the quiet town of Victor, Idaho. It is very safe, very small, and very cute. The house is next door to a large park with a playground, bike park, dog park, paved pathway, ice rink, and (in the winter) a groomed nordic ski track.
  • Seriously the best little home! Very cute & stylish and in a perfect location. Hospitality was amazing. We will definitely be back in the future! Highly recommend staying here.

    Sonja2020-04-05T00:00:00Z
  • It was a quaint, charming tiny home. Very clean and I'd definitely stay there again! Highly recommend!

    Katie2020-03-27T00:00:00Z
  • Super cute little place!! Location is super convenient to so much. Hope to come back with the pup.

    Laurel2020-03-22T00:00:00Z
  • We LOVED everything about staying at the tiny house. Our family of four, plus two dogs fit just fine. We made some great meals in the very functional kitchen. The place is so well designed in every way. The dogs loved the dog park and running path right next door. And the location couldn’t be beat. Sven was lighting speed responsive and helpful. We are ready to move in! 😁

    Lauren2020-03-21T00:00:00Z
  • Great spot. So we’ll designed, felt like a little kid climbing up into the “bedroom” loft area. All the essentials!

    Sawyer2020-03-18T00:00:00Z
  • My boyfriend and I planned to stay for three nights but had to cut our trip short due to COVID-19 ski resort closures. However, Sven was very understanding with our situation and approved our change in reservations immediately so we were able to get a refund through Airbnb. The tiny home was very stylish and comfortable. I'll warn that going up and down the ladders to the loft area where the beds are can be hard on the knees but that just comes with the agreement to stay in a tiny home! Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again.

    Madeleine2020-03-16T00:00:00Z
  • This tiny home is super cool. With such close proximity to Jackson, it made for a perfect lodge to crash at after shredding. I can imagine it would be equally as beautiful in the summer. Highly recommend!

    Peter2020-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • This adorable tiny home was a perfect place to spend a night on our road trip. The interior was very well thought out, furnished impressively well, and felt very private. Because the beds are at the top of the house it did get very warm during the night - just keep in mind that heat rises when you’re setting the thermostat to go to bed! The area around the home is truly stunning. Would highly recommend!

  • Super cuter private little space and backyard for my dog and I . Comfy bed and great location .. Lisa was quick to respond and accommodating! I would definitely stay here again :)

    Natalie2020-05-06T00:00:00Z
  • It's a monument of decadence packed into 300 sq ft. Lisa has clearly put a lot of time into decorating it and making sure her guests feel at ease the second they walk in. It made for a great birthday getaway for my girlfriend and I, and I'd recommend this place to any couple trying to introduce a bit of tiny into their vacation.

ATTENTION: The Huggery, as well as the Snuggery, is a great space for a staycation, a work-at-home alternative, or for families. (Check out the pictures and reviews for more information.)The Huggery at River's Edge is a tiny dwelling, about the size of a small bedroom, and sleeps up to 4 guests. Contact the host for availability of the Snuggery as well. To respect social distancing, the Snuggery is available only to Huggery guests.
The Huggery is built of reclaimed wood and surrounded by several decks. The Huggery's cozy interior is private and comfortable. The larger built-in standard bed on the bedroom floor sleeps two. Twin beds located in the overhead loft sleep an additional two guests. The twin beds are accessible by a hand-crafted pine ladder. PLEASE NOTE: The overhead beds do require climbing a ladder and may not be appropriate for all guests, especially those who may have difficulty climbing stairs or ladders or who are taller than 6 feet. The double bed will sleep two of average size. Just a few steps away is our outdoor kitchen, reserved just for you. We provide dishes, flatware, and cooking utensils. The Keurig is for your use; coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are provided. The kitchen is also equipped with an ice maker, microwave, Jenn Aire stove top, and fridge. Just a short walk from the Huggery, and up 4 steps, the PooDoo features a shower, sink, and commode and is "rustic on the outside, and elegant on the inside." You can drink the water from the tap. Pure and filtered through miles of underground lava rock.
Located just a few feet from the Snake River, the Huggery faces one of the widest parts of the river. The sleepy town of Hagerman is a four-mile drive. It's a short 5-minute drive to Miracle Hot Springs and Banbury Hot Springs (currently closed).
  • Shannon and Michael are amazing hosts. We absolutely loved our trip to their beautiful home. It feels like an outdoor “glamping” experience. They have 2 small cabins, an outdoor kitchen and a firepit. The cabins are small, but very cozy and warm. My boyfriend is 6’3” and we were very comfortable in the full sized bed with foam mattress. Because of the cabins being small it encourages you to be outdoors. We enjoyed the fire-pit overlooking the river (with wood supplied) every night. We also cooked every meal in and the kitchen was more than adequate. We woke up every morning to a delicious carafe of coffee and creamer waiting in the kitchen. Micheal also shuttled us and our kayaks so we were able to float the river. The bathroom is beautiful, clean and well equipped. Our friends rented the other cabin, so this made it all the more fun as we didn’t feel we were disturbing anyone. Highly recommend this lovely retreat on the river with fabulous, accommodating hosts!

    Michelle2020-03-22T00:00:00Z
  • This is such a sweet space, right on the water!!! I wish I got to experience it during the summer months when the little kitchen area was fully open and had more time to soak it in. I adore that it's pet friendly; I had a puppy and two cats! We all faired better than fine, Shannon and Michael are thoughtful and involved hosts. I highly recommend The Retreat at River's Edge!

    Erin2020-03-19T00:00:00Z
  • The Huggery is absolutely darling. My mom, me, and my two dogs were welcomed instantly by Shannon and Michael amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The bathroom, kitchenette, and den was spotless. They have kayaks for use!! Truthfully this place was as cute as Shannon and Michael are. They are retirement goals. They built their little air bnb “town” all on their own. They made my mom and I coffee and talked in the morning with us before we set out again. I hope to come back when it’s warmer. The riverboat cafe and twins falls are a must see and eat while there.

    Ashley2020-03-17T00:00:00Z
  • Great place and very comfortable stay! The kitchen was amazing. The room was amazing. I really enjoyed being right on the rivers edge. Highly recommend.

    Chris2020-03-16T00:00:00Z
  • Great, cozy place right on the water. Warm, comfortable and the hosts are awesome! One of our favorite Airbnb visits to date.

    Isaac2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • Look no further! Mike and Shannon’s retreat is such a hidden gem. They have a host of amenities and are close to many local attractions including the Hagerman Fossils Beds and original Oregon Trail route. If you are looking for a unique stay, you have found just the place. Their hospitality was out of this world; from the camp fire and smores, personalizes welcome sign and morning coffee and great conversation, this place can not be beat!

    Diana2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • A cozy and comfortable spot in the best location by the river, we were only sad because we should have planned to stay for longer.

    Courtney2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • Quaint buildings, lovely hosts, absolutely beautiful setting. We loved cooking outside in the winter, as there was a nice heater to keep us warm! Shannon and Michael are also a blast to hang out with, so don't be shy. We'll absolutely be coming back! <3

The lookout is open year round with a wood fired stove to keep warm at night or heat your morning coffee. A wood fired sauna sits below to relax and rejuvenate your body after a big hike or snowshoeing adventure. What's that other little wooden building? No fire lookout is complete without an outhouse!
Crystal Peak Lookout was built in 1959 and was originally located in Chewelah, WA on top of Stranger Peak. In 1983 it was moved to Northern Idaho to the cedar and tamarack lined slopes of Crystal Peak. Completely remodeled in 2018, Crystal Peak Lookout is now an immersive deep-forest getaway for adventurous couples. Surrounded by 13 wooded acres, you'll find yourself sharing the sunset view with mountain bluebirds in the tree tops, gazing at the starlit skies while an owl calls from its neighboring perch, and if you're lucky, waking up to the occasional passing moose.
The lookout is in the tiny town Fernwood, Idaho. There’s not much there but a mercantile store that has a little bit of everything. The nearest big town is St. Maries. It sits atop Crystal Peak on 13 acres of forest. You most likely won’t see or hear another person during your stay . There’s plenty of hiking around, huckleberry and morel mushroom picking, if in season, & if you're really lucky you might get a visit from a moose!
  • What a beautiful place. A very nice gem and relaxing retreat. In early May, be prepared to hike a little ways due to snow. Bring more water than you think you need, clean sheets, and prepare for a wonderful time!

    Benjamin2020-05-03T00:00:00Z
  • this place is magic. we had the best experience at the lookout and soaked up the peaceful nature around us. it's really in a beautiful location, with charming and well thought out decorations. the snowcat was so fun, sauna worker perfect, the wood fire stove was wonderful. the only comment I would make is I wish there was water already up there, we brought drinking water but didnt bring enough for dishes/didn't know we needed to, but we used snow and made it work. other than that I cannot wait to come back in the future for another relaxing getaway.

    Lexy2020-04-26T00:00:00Z
  • Kristie’s lookout was such a fun and memorable experience! Her house keeper, David was very accommodating upon arrival. The stay was quiet and peaceful. Perfect place to experience your inner zen. We loved it! Would highly recommend!!

  • Nice locații, recommend in the winter ;)

    Emilian2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful experience. David takes you up in the snowcat, and he was very accommodating. It was a magical weekend and Kristie really put some small fun and thoughtful touches.

    Brad2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • This is a perfect place to stay if you are a fan of camping/rustic getaways. Once you get everything packed up the hill and into the house, you are set! The views are amazing (sunrise/sets can been seen without leaving bed), the wood heat is super cozy, and you soon forget the worries of work. It is a great escape.

    Cameron2020-02-14T00:00:00Z
  • I'm tempted to give a poor review so that the lookout tower won't be booked for the rest of forever. All jokes aside, this is THE PLACE. If you want to make a memory that you'll talk about 30 years from now, book this while you can. David the groundskeeper is a national treasure. Kristie, you've outdone yourself.

    Aidan2020-02-06T00:00:00Z
  • This place is absolutely amazing!! You aren’t just paying for a place to sleep, you are paying for an experience and an adventure! It is hard to put this place into words other then magical in the winter time! Can’t wait to come back and see it in the summertime!! 10/10 would recommend!!

The Loft Suite is an eclectic space with a full bath and kitchenette that can sleep up to 6 located in a quiet neighborhood, 1 mile from I90. It’s only 3 mi. to downtown which can be accessed in 5 min. and you’ll never have to fight traffic! Located on the ground floor of a repurposed barn, the Loft Suite is rich with the ambiance of antiques, lighting features and high ceilings. Whether you read a book by the fire, curl up in a cozy bed nook, or drink coffee at the table, you’ll love it here!
A caricature book from 1913, a red vintage couch, an assortment of inherited, scavenged antiques and lots of paint make this a delightful place for you to call home away from home. Every item—from the walls and concrete floor to the bathroom vanity, tables, chairs, lampshades, cushions and beds—was made over by hand. I hope you have as much fun staying here as I had in creating this special place for you! That said, please DO NOT BOOK if you plan on being up late and loud with friends. Although the walls and ceiling have 6” of spray foam insulation, they are not sound proof. A strict 10pm quiet time is expected and will be enforced out of respect for the guests in the cabin that shares a wall with yours. ENTRY & KITCHENETTE ☕️ Accessed through the covered porch on the RIGHT side of the building, you’ll enter the Loft Suite through a space that acts as a mud-room, kitchenette and laundry area with the bathroom located in the back. The kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, coffee, tea, cream and sugar, packages of oatmeal and snacks. BATHROOM 🛁 The bathroom has plenty of counter and drawer space, hair dryer, and a full-size bathtub/shower. MAIN ROOM 🛋 Through a door off of the entry/kitchenette area is the spacious 400sq. ft. living/sleeping room. It is comfortably furnished with a vintage sectional couch, numerous chairs and side tables, plus a dining table that expands to seat four. There is a dresser, closet and shelves for personal items. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: 🛌 🛌 🛌 Located along one side of the main room are three cozy sleeping nooks. The lower sleeping nook has a queen-sized bed. The sleeping loft above it is accessed with a ladder and features a full bed. Separated from these two areas by a large closet is a bunk bed for additional guests if needed. All beds are made up with high end, cotton percale sheets and have memory foam plus a natural wool mattress topper for a comfortable night’s rest. CHECK-In/Out TIME ⏰ ▪️Official check-in is 4pm but I often have the room done sooner so if you’re a bit early, message me and I’ll let you know if it’s ok to come on over. ▪️Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional $15. Please inquire, don’t assume! ▪️Check-out is 11am. LAUNDRY 👚👕👖 I have to access the laundry located in the kitchenette area of this unit on a daily basis. You can keep the door closed to the Main Room during the day during laundry hours (9am-4pm) for privacy when I pop in and out. On busy summer days I may wash 3-4 loads of laundry per day, so please be aware of this when booking. PARKING 🚘 Guests park directly in front of the porch entrance along the far right edge of the driveway. HEATING & COOLING 🔥 ❄️ It is heated with natural gas and electric heat, as well as a wood burning stove. There is no AC because even on the hot days this space stays cool because it is half-basement, faces north, and is shielded from the east and west by other rooms, and has 12’ ceilings. Summer nights are very cool so simply open the windows at night and shut them during the day to maintain an indoor temperature in the upper 60’s to low 70’s. NOISE: 🔊 This unit shares walls and ceiling with other guests suites and the hostess living space. There is a FULL 6” of spray-foam insulation within the walls and ceiling which dampens sounds, but the space is not sound proof. Please keep this in mind when you choose to book and keep noise to a minimum as a courtesy to other guests. WINTER: ❄️ Although we do plow and salt our driveway, AWD/4WD, studded tires may be needed to navigate our hillside neighborhood in winter. Please message before booking for advise on the current road conditions.
Located only 5-8 minutes from nearly every part of Coeur d'Alene, this spacious, private apartment is located on a short, dead-end street that is in a very safe and desirable area of town. We are on the edge of the forest-covered mountains that surround our beautiful town so you will see deer, turkeys and other wildlife. Bikers enjoy riding on the roads around here so if you're here for an Ironman event it is an excellent location with plenty of room for vehicles and bicycles alike.

It was easy to get to and did not disappoint! I spent my days in the sunshine on the beach of the nearby lake, and walked and explored the area to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Highly recommend!

  • As a frequent guest of Devin and Jaron, I can highly recommend their place! Comfortable, clean, and restful. Perfect!

  • Very clean and neat place and nicely decorated! Nice bedrooms and utilities. The only improvement would be not having to share the kitchen but they were super open and respectful of space and whatnot. Absolutely would recommend!

Hand built TINY home set in the quiet north end minutes away from downtown, beautiful parks & 19 miles from Bogus Basin. The interior features a loft with a queen bed & a large couch that doubles as a twin bed! A small shower, cooking area and more... DISCLAIMER! PLEASE READ “THE SPACE” SECTION BEFORE BOOKING
Think glamping! 180 cozy sq ft of cuteness! The space features aromatic cedar, a brand new memory foam mattress, and hypoallergenic pillows. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING-This is a TINY house/cabin, even though we've tried to make this space as comfortable and traditional as possible, there are still concessions that had to be made to make this home mobile. The shower water gets warm enough in the mornings but not piping hot. Also the toilet is PRIMITIVE and WATERLESS, more or less a glorified camp toilet. The loft is only accessible by handmade LADDER with large spaces between the rungs. If you have questions about any of these issues please message us.
Quiet beautiful area on the edge of the Boise's coveted North End, near the White Water Park area, only 2 miles from the heart of downtown, and less than a mile to the green belt access. Our neighbors comprise of mostly families and retirees.
  • Cozy getaway near downtown Boise. If you want a taste of tiny home life, this is perfect!

  • Perfect for a couple. Small space (duh) but thought out for two. The bed is so so comfy and it’s cozy. No problems staying warm. Parking space large enough for a long bed truck if you have one. Super cool and would definitely stay again.

  • Blake and Kendra’s tiny house was in a perfect North End Boise. The house has super sweet and stylish touches throughout. I wish we were there on a warm night, as the outdoor deck scene was really nice! The perfect place for a couple to stay.

We planned and furnished this studio with our guest in mind. We created a space that provides you peaceful privacy, warmth, abundance and comfort. It is our hope that you will feel, during your stay, it is YOUR home.
This comfortable studio is detached from the main house, has a separate, private entrance and is perfect for two people.
One of the most coveted neighborhoods in Boise. Centrally located, only 5 minutes from downtown shopping, entertainment, restaurants & nightlife and 5 minutes from Boise Town Square Mall, 10 minutes to Meridian or Eagle. The location can't be beat.
  • Mark and his wife were very nice and provided helpful knowledge of the area and fun things to do while visiting the Boise area. The room was clean and nicely decorated. I liked how it had a separate entrance and patio area that was relaxing in the quiet neighborhood. I will definitely recommend Mark’s place to my friends.

  • The Airbnb had everything we needed: a kitchen, bed, and bathroom. There were thoughtful touches in the space. The keyless lock made getting into the home effortless. They had food items already stocked and everything you need to cook with in the kitchen which made it helpful. Thank you, Mark!

    Sara Joy2020-04-09T00:00:00Z

Natural hot spring mineral water right outside your back door. Room #1 is the furthest from the cafe on the west end of our four unit motel. Clean, comfortable basic room, but a hot soak takes it to a whole new level. One queen and one full bed, fridge, microwave and coffee. Ice upon request. If you need wi-fi in your room, please book #4.
A cafe is on the premises and we try to be open whenever we have guests. The convenience store sells some groceries, beer & wine and we have hand dipped ice cream, baked goods, snacks, shakes and espresso drinks. Two other restaurants are within short driving distance.
Lowman is rugged, wild and beautiful. The locals are colorful and friendly (almost all of them!) The "Lowman Inn" bar is walking distance (no sidewalks so please be careful on the highway) and is a great watering hole.
  • My wife and I went up for a get away for one night. Had an amazing time. The personal hot spring was amazing, the seclusion was perfect and having the cafe/restraunt there made for the seclusion to be escapable if needed. This was a perfect way to get away! We both felt so great after getting out of that water! Amazing place which will be a regular for us!

    Michael2020-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get away for a nice peaceful stay!

    Shaylan2020-03-07T00:00:00Z
  • Haven Hot Springs is a great place to soak it all in. A classic Idaho hot springs experience in a beautiful setting. The resort is laid back, friendly, well kept, and the hot springs water was a perfect temperature for soaking in the hot zone or refreshing in the “cool” canyon view pool. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast in the cafe before our final departure soak. We are excited to return soon, Lowman is on the rise

    Andy2020-03-01T00:00:00Z

  • Fun little rooms with a super warm private hot springs tub! It was perfect in the winter with the cold temperatures. Food at the cafe is great, but we didn't notice they were only open on the weekend. That was our mistake. Will definitely visit again soon!

  • Lisa was a great host and we loved staying at her place! It was convenient, only 2mi from my family that we were visiting. Although there wasn’t a yard for our dogs, Lisa recommended a large grassy area just around the corner! We loved having the nice big tub to soak in at the end of the night, especially during these stressful times! Thanks Lisa!

The interior is fresh and new, having been completely remodeled in 2018. The entire property is strictly non-smoking. It's a unique space with great views of the lake.
10 minutes away from conveniences in Hayden. 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene. 22 minutes to Silverwood Theme Park. 50 minutes to Spokane Airport. 70 minutes to Schweitzer Mountain Resort. Cozy camping cabin in western rustic style that sleeps up to 6, just minutes from the resort town of Sandpoint, Idaho, and Lake Pend Oreille, on 10 private, wooded acres with views of the Selkirk Mountains, outdoor hot tub and shower, and fire pit.
Note: Only essential travel reservations accepted until May 30, 2020. The location 9 miles from downtown Sandpoint is super private and quiet. The cabin is truly a work of art with blued pine, corrugated rusty metal ceiling, and many rustic touches and special details. The cabin measures 14x14 with a 14x12 covered porch, plus an 80-square-foot loft. This is modeled after camping cabins in state parks but way cooler and with comfortable beds and bedding provided. It is a dry cabin with no running water. It really is camping, or glamping as it's called. A two-burner hot plate, microwave, toaster over, small fridge with freezer, coffee maker and electric tea kettle make it possible to make meals on-site. Some guests even cook over the campfire. Water is on-site with two frost-free hydrants near the cabin. We're talking tasty well water here! There's a rustic hand built outhouse and a beautiful outdoor hot tub under the stars that seats five with a lounge. A unique outdoor shower is the newest addition to the property, along with an outdoor sink (seasonal use). Inside the vintage pine trunk are games, local guidebooks, tourism publications and extra blankets. In the crate under the counter are plastic food wrap and wax paper, matches, hand sanitizer, hand soap, dish soap, a few hand towels and wash cloths, a hot pad, an assortment of condiments, salt and pepper, creamer and sugar. A trivet and basin are hanging on the walls above the counter, and another basin is in the crate below the microwave. Please use the trivet to set hot pots and pans on, and the basins for washing up dishes or taking camp baths. A 2-gallon water container is provided for your use. Please don't leave it on the counter wet as it stains the wood. The property includes a house and an RV site that allows for the possibility of group retreats. The house is a vacation rental from November through April, and we live in it from May through October. You may see other guests on the property and may have to alternate usage of the hot tub, or you may have the whole place to yourselves. Weekends, summers and holidays are busy. The cabin and RV site share the same driveway and are visible but filtered through trees and fence panels. The house is not visible from the cabin and has its own driveway. The RV site is available April through October, and while it may be sporadic, the site stays fairly busy in the summer season. Part of our mission is to give people an affordable way to visit Sandpoint. We have accommodations for horses and dogs too for an extra fee.
The Selle Valley is a very desirable neighborhood north of Sandpoint. The cabin sits in the heart of the valley where the land is zoned agricultural. When people come to my property, they love the rural setting surrounded by hay fields and views of two mountain ranges, the peace and quiet, and the beauty of the woods. No neighbors are within view; the closest neighbors are 800 feet away. The RV site is on the other side of the outdoor shower and faces east in the opposite direction; it shares the same driveway as the cabin. The host's house is about 250 feet away from the cabin and is not within sight. The cabin has its own driveway and faces west looking out to the yard, barn, woods and a large hayfield.
  • This place was absolutely beautiful and I cant wait to return!

    Ashley2020-04-30T00:00:00Z

This cozy, post-and-beam style cabin is a completely separate space attached to the back corner of the Red Barn Door Inn. Thoughtfully designed with many unique details to make your stay as comfortable as possible, the cabin features: 🛏 Queen bed w/natural latex and wool topper 🛋 Sleeper-sofa w/ full-size bed 🚿 En-suite bathroom ☕️ Fully stocked kitchenette w/ fridge, coffee maker, microwave & toaster oven 🗝 Private entrance 🏘 Quiet neighborhood at the edge of town only 3 mi. to downtown CdA
🏠 The cabin is 14x16 (including the covered entry) has a “tiny house” feel with its efficient use of well-designed space. The bed, couch and sink/kitchenette are all in one open area. 🚿 🚽 The toilet and shower are separated by high walls but are open to the rest of the room through the rafters. Note the shower stall is a small 32”x32”. 🚰 The sink is located along an entire wall in the main room area. ☕️ A well appointed kitchenette area tucked in the corner next to it. It is well stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, knife and cutting board. There is a microwave and toaster oven, fridge and coffee maker. Coffee, sugar, creamer (in the fridge) oil, vinegar, salt & spices and a few snacks are provided. 🛌 The queen-size bed offers an all-natural, comfortable sleeping experience as the mattress is topped with 2” of latex and an additional thick layer of 100% natural wool batting sourced from a small woolen mill in Montana. 🛋 A comfy couch opens into a full-size bed to accommodate additional guests but be aware it makes the room rather crowded. If you need it made up, be sure to let me know ahead of time. 🔊 The cabin shares one wall with another guest suite. Although there is a full 6” of spray foam insulation between walls, some sound does carry through. Please be aware of this when booking and when staying, keep noise down after quiet hours. ⏰ Official check-in is 4pm but I often have the room done by 3:00 so if you’re a bit early, message me and I’ll let you know if it’s ok to come on over. Earlier check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee. WiFi: The internet signal from the cabin is spotty. If you require a high-quality signal during your stay, it’s best to have an alternate signal source. WINTER: ❄️ Although we do plow and salt our driveway, AWD/4WD, studded tires may be needed to navigate our hillside neighborhood in winter. Please message before booking for information on the current road conditions. 🔥 ❄️ There is electric heat in this unit. I have an evaporative cooler that has freezer packs you can put into it which can keep the cabin comfortable in even the hottest weather. Our summer nights are surprisingly cool and as this unit it faces north, simply open the windows at night and shut them during the day to maintain a comfortable temperature at night. 💰 In general, my pricing for all rooms at The Red Barn Door Inn is from 5–15% lower my competition because I like to maintain a high occupancy rate. In light of that, please READ CAREFULLY the following: ▪️I set a low $5 “cleaning fee” as a built-in discount for multiple-night stays. I do new view it as a cleaning fee. ▪️To keep the nightly rate as low as possible, I ask that guests do a few clean-up activities before they go, such as strip the beds, wash up dishes, compile trash and sweep the floor. ▪️If you’re in a hurry or just prefer not to do these things, a tip is an acceptable substitute. Thanks for looking and if you book, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed! ~ Kimberley
We’re located in a very safe, established neighborhood close to the freeway for easy access. Just 3 miles from downtown CdA which can be reached by car in 5-6 minutes. WINTER: note that we are on a hill so in the winter, your vehicle needs to be able to handle icy streets on an incline. The driveway gets plowed but unless you have 4WD/AWD or snow/studded tires, we strongly recommend guests park on the street.
  • Fantastic place.

Our cozy apartment is located just nine miles from the base of Grand Targhee Ski Resort. Alternatively, it is a one hour drive Jackson Hole Mountain Resort over scenic Teton Pass. The neighborhood is very private, and the Teton views are stunning.
teton valley is home to all kinds of outdoor enthusiasts. Most prominent are skiers (alpine, nordic, backcountry) hikers, bikers (road, mountain, downhill, snow) and fly fishermen. The west side of the tetons offer beautiful foothills leading to the splendid peaks.
the barn is located in a very rural neighborhood...extremely private
  • We had the best time! Everything was clean and so convenient. Great location and incredible views right from the house. We loved our stay, and Rob and Virginia were fantastic hosts!

    Andria2020-04-02T00:00:00Z
  • The owl barn is cozy wad perfect for our ladies ski trip getaway. The space felt much more specious in person and the kitchen was so nice for cooking our breakfasts and dinners in. The sunrise views overlooked the Tetons and were absolutely breathtaking. We were lucky to spot a moose grazing in the backyard before leaving. Friendly and fun hosts! We will be back. :)

    Jackie2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • Very clean, comfortable and well located for playing on the trails!

    Beth2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • The Owl Barn is one of those special places you don’t find often. Beautiful setting in the Teton Valley, close to town and to Targhee as well as excellent snowshoeing possibilities. Rob and Virginia are perfect hosts, provide many local tips, quick to answer questions or to share concerns regarding road conditions or possible travel issues. The Barn is comfy, cozy and when there you may wish you could stay forever.

  • This Airbnb is the place to stay in Driggs! Centrally located between Grand Targhee and the town of Driggs, and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Amazing mountain views, local and current magazines, a deck of cards, kitchen, hot shower, working heat - just to name of a few of the things we enjoyed while staying at the Owl Barn. We also enjoyed meeting our host at the restaurant Teton Tiger, where they recommended we go for happy hour. Highly recommend this spot for food and drink as well as Forage. We hope to make it back to Driggs some day and we would definitely stay at the Owl barn again!

    Marla2020-01-25T00:00:00Z
  • The space was set so well for me to cozy up in the snow or go explore the mountains. The central window was a picturesque touch allowing me spectacular views of the mouth of a canyon. The neighborhood is quiet and the homes are spread apart offering privacy and safe sanctuary. The owners are accommodating and offer great tips during the stay!

If you love the fluffy feeling you get when you eat Idaho potatoes, you’ll love staying in a giant potato turned cozy, grown-up getaway for two!
Recycled from the Idaho Potato Commission’s Big Idaho Potato Tour, this 6-ton potato has traveled on the back of a semi to (48) states for seven years. Now resting on 400 acres of good ol’ Idaho farmland, just south of downtown Boise, this hotel has been meticulously designed by Kristie Wolfe, a former Big Idaho Potato Tour spokesperson, to allow for stylish private comfort and amenities such as power outlets for your electronic devices, a mini fridge, old records to play and a custom-built bed. There is also a customized silo turned into a spa retreat perfect for soaking while looking up at the stars. For an extra dose of cuteness, The Big Idaho Potato Hotel comes with the cutest jersey cow in the world who will be your fuzzy pet for the stay.
The Potato Hotel is surrounded by 400 acres of farm land. The Union Pacific Railroad runs along the right side of the freeway. The only thing past us is the National Guard trains facility which hosts soldiers from all over the country.
  • Spent a solo night out here and I had a great time! The spaces are so cute and Dolly is the sweetest cow ever! I especially loved the bathroom, it was a magical experience. The location is less than 30 min drive into Boise, but once you get to the Airbnb it feels like you’re out away from it all! Will absolutely recommend!

    Hope2020-05-09T00:00:00Z
  • The Great Spud. What a unique experience. We loved our stay and we love us some Dolly, we could not get enough of that Jersey Cow. This is a Highly recommended experience. Thank You Kristie!

    Justin2020-04-26T00:00:00Z
  • My wife and I have been thinking about staying at the Potato for a while now, and we jumped on the April special! The experience was incredible! There were so many amazing details and thoughtful extras, like a card game left in the bedroom for couples to explore their relationship! Dolly was super sweet and kept us company the entire time! The living area was more spacious than I was picturing in my head, and the bathroom silo was truly mind-blowing! We highly recommend this unique experience!

    William2020-04-24T00:00:00Z
  • What an awesome experience loved the personal touch and dolly 🐮 is amazing ❤️

    Becky2020-04-22T00:00:00Z
  • We had such an incredible time living in a Big Potato. This is a must do and a one of a kind experience. Can’t express enough how wonderful it is. Every single detail is just so amazing. We enjoyed Dolly’s company and now miss her very much, she is very special. We watched some beautiful sunsets and sunrises and could see mountains as well. It weather was very nice and warm. However, it was slightly windy in a morning, so bringing a blanket or some warm clothing is a good idea. It was always nice and warm inside the Potato though. Also, we liked that lovely table outside where we enjoyed our meals. The Potato itself has a wonderful interior, we were very much looking forward to see it and we loved it. What I didn’t expect to see, is how beautiful the bathroom barn looks. It is a hidden gem, I must say. There is a nice bathtub and a little electric fireplace. We loved relaxing there after the sunset. Hands down, Kristie’s places are incredible and just must experience. We’ve been to the Hobbit Inn twice already. Very happy we experienced the Big Potato!!!! Now, the TreeHouse and the Crystal lookout next on our list. Thank you Kristie for your hospitality and sharing your incredible talent.

    Irina2020-04-19T00:00:00Z
  • This. THIS was the best Airbnb I’ve ever been to. My husband and I needed a good social distancing honeymoon and I’ve always wanted to go to the potato hotel so we decided to do it as a joke. It became so much more than a joke!!! This was a 5 star hotel, no joke. Every detail was thought of, from little flip flop slippers to walk around in, to little chocolate bars left for us. Our favorite part was the Silo bathroom, as the soaking tub and shower were perfect for two. We also enjoyed using the bidet (neither of us have used one before haha). All in all it was literally the perfect social distancing getaway, more than either of us could have asked for. PS - My husband was obsessed with Dolly. Obsessed.

    Madelyn2020-04-16T00:00:00Z
  • This was an experience of a lifetime. Thank you

    Thomas2020-04-10T00:00:00Z
  • This is the best place I have ever been. If you enjoy a serene experience inside of a large spud, surrounded by nothing but a vocal cow, this is the spa getaway for you. The selection of salts and records along with the comfort of the potato's bed makes for an overall amazing retreat outside of Boise. Tip: pack a cooler so you don't even have to leave the grounds. Kristie's craftsmanship is truly unique and should be seen around the world!

Make the most of outdoor living with leisurely dinners in the courtyard at an airy, minimal haven inspired by travel and Danish interior design. High ceilings, white floors and skylights fill the space with natural light and rugs add homey warmth.
Scandinavian inspired design to maximize natural light, smart storage and a place to relax in between my travels and projects across North America & internationally. Located centrally in the North End - walking distance to Hyde Park (N13th St), the foothills & Albertsons (groceries). Fully equipped kitchen for those who love to cook (I do), full bathroom & in-suite laundry. High speed internet 100mb/s +with access to a network printer & smart 4K TV (contact me if you need access) . Dining table doubles as a work space. I love the natural light in the mornings and lazy evenings outside under the large shade tree in Summer. Hope you enjoy the space as much as I do.
The historic North End is the gateway to outdoor adventures, with the best coffee in Boise at Hyde Perk and local food and craft beer all within 15 minutes' walk. Hyde Park village is 3 blocks away for laid-back drinks and dining.
  • Very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here

  • My new favorite Airbnb in Boise! It’s perfect for a solo trip or a couple. Even though it isn’t very big it feels so roomy because of the high ceiling and the amount of storage available. The lighting is so beautiful and the location in Boise can not be beat. I wish I could live here. Truly inspired me on a future studio apartment. Thank you for everything!!

Come enjoy our mountaintop getaway just 45-minutes from Boise with stunning views for days! Sip cocoa on the private hilltop, soak in the hillside hot tub, or enjoy the peaceful full-sized deck after a day of hiking/biking/snowshoeing. Did we mention the views? The 1500 sq ft cabin includes a luxurious loft-style master suite (view!), work loft with desk (view!), and two additional bedrooms (yep, views!). Even the fully equipped kitchen has views! Get away without going away - book today.
The entire 1 acre property has wifi, Verizon wireless 4GLTE, and a landline. Our cabin is pet friendly, with a modest pet fee. The cabin can be accessed year-round but an AWD/4WD vehicle with snow tires and chains (as a backup) are a requirement in the winter.
Wilderness Ranch is a residential subdivision that offers rural living in a mountainous setting that ranges from high desert to subalpine forest. Our community enjoys four distinct seasons, our own system of trails, wildlife galore, and close proximity to state and National Forest land. Wilderness Ranch is about twelve miles northeast of Boise as the eagles fly and about 24 miles along Highway 21 toward Idaho City. There are about 275 lots at Wilderness Ranch totaling almost 1,200 acres. An additional 800 acres of common area is owned and maintained by the Wilderness Ranch HOA.

  • Tag and Sherilyn were very accommodating from the beginning. The cabin was clean, quiet, and comfortable! We brought two dogs and Tag and Sherilyn were prepared, from a doggy door, towels for the dogs next to the door, a small fenced in area, and a place to set your dog food in the corner we couldn't have asked for a better set-up! PS pictures did not disappoint, the views were wonderful!

  • Shelly's place is the best!! It was our 2nd visit and the perfect private getaway to spend our anniversary. We love all the artistically decorated touches and the very soft, luxurious sheets. The canoe and hot tub were heavenly! We enjoyed watching all the water birds, goose families, and meeting the adorable goats and dog. It was so relaxing to unwind by the lake and listen to the birds. What a beautiful spot this is! So much thought has gone into Shelly's and we would go back in a heartbeat!

    Christine And Gary2020-05-07T00:00:00Z
  • Shelly was a lovely and attentive host, she gave us privacy but made sure to check in a day into our stay to see if there was anything she could help us with. She left fresh flowers out for us and had coffee stocked. The space is so charming and the bed was so comfy. We felt fully taken care of. It was the perfect little get away on a beautiful lake. I highly suggest taking advantage of the canoe and kayaks. Getting out on the water was definitely a highlight.

    Carin2020-04-29T00:00:00Z
  • Shelly is a wonderful host. While discussing our stay, I mentioned it would be my husband and my first weekend being married and she put a dessert in the fridge for us and wrote a lovely welcome sign for us. The place is picture perfect and we definitely plan to return.

I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with massages, she was kind and let me sneak the massage therapist is before we got there making the whole thing possible. You will be staying in our Guest 14ft Yurt located on 13 acres of birch groves. Our location is about 20 minutes to the base of Schweitzer and town. The Guest Yurt comes complete with queen bed, two burner stove, small fridge, desk, and wood fire. Bring your slippers! Winter time conditions could require 4 wheel drive or AWD when the snow is present.
This 14-foot yurt is a small walk about 50 yards, from your guest parking. You will pass our 30 ft family yurt onto your own private space. The property has a great remote feeling and has space to move around. There is a queen custom bed and room for a child or two on the floor if desired. There is a small gravity fed water system for the Yurt and your own private outhouse. Plenty of wood for you to stay warm by the fire and an outdoor bathtub and shower shared by our family. Note, it is next to our house and the shower is enclosed and the bath is open to the world but we can make it off-limits to our family if there is a desire to use it. The kitchen is for light cooking and comes with pots and pans, plates, etc. and few extras. You will hear the sounds of nature, chickens, maybe our dog Zelda barking here or there and at times, and trains passing through the valley to Canada. We are 1.5 miles away from the tracks. Note: spring time has bugs and new life hatching. Stink bugs do come out in the woods around here. If you are into being independent and open to new experiences then we would love to share our space with you.
We are just outside of Sandpoint in a wonderful spot in the woods. Only 1/2 mile to pavement and an excellent location for taking walks in the woods. Sometimes 4 wheel drive might be needed after big snow storm to come up to the place.
