Nice studio in the countryside

The 30 m2 studio is located under the vaults of the old bread oven of our house. The living room consists of a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed; at the bottom of the vaults hides a small independent bathroom. Isolated in the countryside at the foot of the mountains, the private terrace will offer you a beautiful view of the Durance Valley. Ideal for relaxing, you can also enjoy on-site walking trails and the climbing site.

Notre petite maison est d'une fraîcheur incomparable, une vraie clime naturelle l'été, et très cocoon l'hiver avec sa cheminée électrique , 1 cuisine équipée, 1 chambre avec 1 lit double et 1 lit simple, 1 salon avec 1 canapé convertible 2 places fraichement changé car l'ancien etant trop petit pour vous acceuillir au mieux , 1 salle de bains, terrasse privée avec vue sur les montagnes , buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
