Alapihan Arboretum guest house with sauna

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. Valkovuokko cottage

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay. Valkovuokko is located in a quiet location on the shore of a lake with clean water. The cottage has a fully equipped and modern kitchen, a fireplace, three bedrooms, and a barbecue hut in the yard. A private wood-fired sauna is in the same building. The holiday cottage has its own beach. The equipment includes a rowboat, canoe, life jackets, and a SUP board. In winter, the equipment includes two pairs of non-slip shoes and regular snow boots.

In the courtyard of the cottage, there are good downhill skiing opportunities, as well as a great setting for winter activities. However, city services are available a few kilometers away.

Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. Kolin kansallispuistomaisemaa on kuvattu Suomen kauneimmaksi, ja tekemistä riittää ympärivuotisesti!

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers.
