Annex located on the Ice Age Route

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in our little newly renovated secret at the back of the garden. Watch the wild grass grow in the flower meadow while the sun colors the landscape on the horizon. Put on your hiking boots and walk in Skimmelskov in 5 minutes, or pack your coffee and walk 1/2 hour to Kløveshøj to enjoy the view of the ice age landscape and Tissø. The annex is used daily for psychotherapy, and invites you to peace and presence. There is a private entrance from the sea path, and a small parking space for the car. Residence at the end of a cul-de-sac. Free parking right nearby. The bed can be separated into two single beds upon request. Small desk. Option to store a suitcase, etc., in the utility room. Shower, sink, and kitchen with hot water. Both the kitchen and the bathroom are very small. Underfloor heating. Key box. 50 metres to a small public playground. Close to the forest with excellent running/walking routes. 2 minutes from a major road leading directly to Copenhagen and Kalundborg. The accommodation is separate but an extension of our house. There may be some noise.

Cottage in the first row, sauna and private beach

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Nydningen

The enjoyment takes place in the countryside, filled with nature and good views directly over Arresø. Located on a beautiful large fenced natural plot with many birds, squirrels, etc. 48 sqm lovely bright holiday home. 2 rooms, one room has 11/2 double beds, the other room has 2 single beds. It is less than one kilometer to shopping and located in scenic surroundings. A crib can be loaned and pets are allowed for a fee. If you have older children (up to two), there is the possibility of an air mattress. Surrounding attractions: Løvenborg Estate, Holbæk City, Ice Age Route, Skjoldungerne Land and more.

Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful view or sit by the fireplace and enjoy nature. There are many good hiking trails in the area. The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.

Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
