This place is wonderful! It's so cozy, but also feels bright and spacious. It was nice to have parking off the street, and the location is fabulous if you want to be close to downtown. Very safe too! There are very nice personal touches throughout the whole place I appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Auguste’s place is so cosy and wonderful. I had a fantastic stay. Auguste was super attentive, and the location was super handy. 20 mins away from downtown on the bus! Would highly recommend.

Great value and great stay

I didn’t stay long (I had left early so only stayed one night) and only myself so I slept in the master bedroom. Overall the place was nice and for the most part clean! The kitchen was open spaces, with a dishwasher and full sized fridge. The living room area was cozy with a comfortable couch and wall mounted TV and had a little tucked away desk and two chairs too that you can unfold. I liked that there was an outside light so you didn’t have to stumble around in the dark. The neighbourhood seemed safe but I liked that the entrance was around the back and was lit up (motion sensors I think). There’s also a nice little breakfast brunch place just a couple minutes’ walk down the road! Worth going to.

This is a really cute place and brand new looking. We really enjoyed the accommodations and everything was so clean. It has a Keurig coffee maker with a refillable coffee pod. I preferred to bring my own pods since I have never used a refillable one. It also has roku tv programming we are not familiar with so had a hard time finding something on tv. Nice big tv and bed was very comfortable. It’s on the top floor (attic) with some slanting walls/ceiling so the back bedroom could be a problem on one side. It is upstairs around the back of the house and it was lit up very nice and bright. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at the loft. It is a convenient location and I enjoyed the privacy and quietness of the loft. Everything was very clean and organized. I loved the decor was well. The description was also accurate to what was available. I would definitely recommend!

Lovely place :)

The location was downtown, and it was easy to understand and arrived without any hesitation. I was a little worried that there was no problem because it was parking on the street, but there was no problem for 2 nights. I stayed in February so it was cold, but the room was warm and the shower was comfortable without any problems. I didn't use the amenity, but it was a perfect condition where I could feel the care of the host. Thank you very much

I travel alot for business and have been in many hotels and air bnbs . I came to Kansas City for pleasure and it may have been one of the best experiences I've had! The apartment was spotless, the use of the space was amazing and very comfortable! The bathroom was packed with all the necessities from mouth wash to shampoo to toothbrushes and the list goes on and on. I came to KC for the chiefs Superbowl parade and staying here was the icing on the cake !

Great place, great location, good value. The house was clean and ready for us on arrival. Angel was super friendly and let us check in early as well! Only minor suggestion would be a mattress topper for the beds. If you want a house that’s in a safe neighborhood, close to the tourist sights, and in walking distance of great food and bars then this is the place for you!

Phenomenal place, location and allowed us early checkin. It was very homey, comfortable, easy checkin and check out instructions. It a couple of blocks from a breakfast place.

Right, this is the first place I'd booked through Airbnb and everything about the stay exceeded my expectations. I had a glitch wherein I locked my room from the inside. I called up Lance and he answered really promptly and got me through it. I had a few doubts as well and Neshae responded really quickly. This host is very friendly and easy to communicate with so I never felt confused or unsure about my stay. Lovely location near some fun restaurants and coffee shops and easy parking. Not ideal for someone who is very tall as it is the third level of a carriage house but other than that it was great for our use!

This place is amazing! It was exactly as it is presented so don’t worry. The location is close to everything you’ll need, like restaurants on the Plaza, UMKC, Downtown is literally a seven minute drive away.

Beautiful space, great location, super clean, comfortable beds. Definitely keeping in mind for visiting KC in the warmer months, that way we can enjoy the outdoor patio area.

Great location if you need something close to Westport or the Nelson museum. I really liked the set up and the beds were very comfortable. The stairs leading up to the house from street parking are very slippery in wintery weather.

Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the walls and floors. Other than that, the house was amazing. It was a nice cozy place to come back to after a long day or touring!! The hosts were more than helpful, offering tourist tips, and just making sure we were happy with everything!

Could not have had a better experience. We’re looking for something close and walkable to our event downtown KC and this was perfect. Extremely clean with everything we needed and the check in was a breeze. Definitely my favorite air bnb to date.

Sacha’s place is a beautiful, trendy home located in a prime spot. Sacha made it easy to check in, was always available, and provided free parking. She also provides lots of tips on places to see or restaurants to try. Our favorite site was the Phoenix club, which is located a block away. We were able to walk down, enjoy a delicious dinner, and then enjoy fabulous Jazz music. She is also located right of Hwy 35, so it is also convenient getting around Kansas City. For our first trip to Kansas City it was FABULOUS!

This was a great loft apartment in a nice neighborhood. Very clean and nicely decorated in an urban/loft style. Garage parking was a plus since parking on the street was time limited. The apartment had everything we needed. Our only (minor) complaint was not being able to figure out how to find things on the television or how to operate the washer/dryer combo. We were able to find instructions for the washer/dryer online but never did figure out the tv. Overall though a nice place to stay in KC.

AJ's Little Ranch Suite in Hyde Park is embedded with meticulously curated details that will easily whisk you away to another life. Rest easy, since your hosts have already provided all the necessary comforts for you and then some. This Suite will truly spoil you as you unfold the layers of your surroundings. Simply said: if you are looking to take a break from the dusty trail, settle down here adventurer. You would be imprudent to look elsewhere.

Impeccable, well-decorated, super clean space! This was the best AirBnB stay we’ve ever had. The detail and thought they put into the suite is amazing. Snacks, beverages, all of the toiletries you need, cookware, fluffy towels included! Super comfy bed with fresh smelling linens. We want to explore KC more, and we’ll definitely make the trip back to stay at AJ’s Little Ranch! Thank you for your hospitality, and for allowing us to make last minute reservations with our little one.

This was one of the best bnbs I’ve ever stayed at! A cool little spot in downtown KC - close to everything. Details and thoughtfulness in the decor was impressive. And added bonus that the bed/pillows were super comfortable which we all know isn’t always a consistent thing. Would absolutely love to stay again if we are in KC again in the future.

Absolutely one of my favorite AIRBNBs. Welcomed with a handwritten note and a sweet treat. There were snacks and drinks to refresh after our travel to KC. The aesthetic was immaculately crafted in an authentic fashion. The hosts were thorough in describing their space and very helpful during our stay.

Amanda’s was perfect for our short stay. It’s decorated nicely and is located in a nice spot. The self check in is also nice. We were a little needy and Amanda was nothing but helpful and understanding.

Amanda's apartment was the perfect spot for a weekend stay! The space was on the second floor of a small house. It was spacious and very stylish. There is a small kitchenette which came in handy! This is located in the West Plaza area so a quick walk to Wesport! I would highly recommend this space and hope to stay here again in the future.

Lloyd's place was just what we needed: a convenient and comfortable place to stop for the night on our road trip home. Super convenient to I-35. So easy to enter on our own with the keyless entry. The space is welcoming and all the nice details (a basket of snacks on the counter, pop and water in the fridge, etc.) are so thoughtful. The large bed is very comfortable and a dozen pillows of every size ensure a great night's sleep! Clean and comfortable and so affordable. We will stay again when we'rein the area!

This is the very best Airbnb I've stayed in - it is a beautiful space and Lloyd has thought of literally everything you could think of. The bed is a dream to sleep in, the couch is comfortable enough to sleep on and the place looked brand new it was so clean. Very convenient for travelers - it's located a mile off the interstate. Highly, highly recommend it!

Location was great! Super close to the street car, which you can ride through town for free. We were also within 4 minutes of The Truman—which is where our event was being held. 5 minutes to Boulevard Brewing Co. Our Uber always arrived within minutes of requesting them, so that was convenient as well. A lot of restaurants and bars are within walking distance—which was great for grabbing coffee and quick bites, but they also made it pretty noisy for whoever is sleeping in the master bedroom. Would recommend ear plugs and an eye mask if you have a hard time sleeping! There was a slight mixup with check-in, but it was quickly resolved by the host. She was really great. Overall we had a good experience! Thanks Dj!!!

Dj's loft was perfect! It is spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It is in a great location and walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars and lots of other downtown attractions. Dj was a very responsive and accommodating host. We loved staying here!

Dj was very accommodating to the needs of my family and she thoughtfully set up the pack and play for my toddler in a space away from the other common areas of the house and bedrooms, which allowed my son a great nights sleep. Dj was easy to communicate with and very quick with responses when I had questions, the home was clean and comfortable, it also had a great view of the city and within walking distance of lots of great places to eat and do things. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay an a great value!

I needed a place close to my brothers-- this was walking distance! It's also 4 minutes walking from a coffee shop and 6 minutes from a grocery store. I really didn't need a car. The place feels super secure and safe. The bed was more comfortable than my own bed! And the shower was fantastic with great pressure. I didn't hear any loud city houses and felt incredibly comfortable-- like I was in a hotel. I had to work from home and was able to do so easily with the desk. Fantastic stay. Absolutely would stay here again

The suite was stylish, comfortable, safe, and very well located! We were able to walk to food and drink and there was plenty of parking on the street for our SUV and small moving trailer! It was a great place to lay our heads for the night.

This air bb was just as advertised. The self check in instructions were easy to follow. Bed was comfortable and clean. I know there was at least one other person staying in the building but we were never disturbed by other guest. Very close to restaurants, bars and breweries so we were able to Uber the majority of our stay for prices that were reasonable. I would recommend and stay again next time I’m in the area.

This place is super great. The location is super convenient. There’s tons of places to eat, drink, and see super close by. It felt like everything was within a five mile radius. Super easy check-in and didn’t have any issues with other people staying there. The room is facing the somewhat busy road so be ready to block out sound with earbuds or otherwise be prepared.

If you're in KC for at least a days worth of work, and you need a place to relax, I mean really really relax , from the stresses of dealing with the important matters that have brought you to this fine town for hours on end, this is that place . The Claw Foot Bathtub that is extra wide extra deep extra long and extra hot is nothing less than extraordinary. For a tall fellow who needs a hot bath , I had never dreamed of bathing in a tub like that , I fit!!! I will be back. For certain. And the shower next to it , just as immaculate, though not nearly as hot. But very large spacious and beautiful. Nice clean homely living room dining room kitchen bathroom downstairs, you know, a nice home , upstairs are the 3 delightfully color coded bedrooms with individual keys each and the bathroom I mentioned. Entry through the back door with parking right there via code so nice in the cold !! Everything clean . Bed super soft warm lots of pillows blinds and blackout curtains . Room isn't too bright which I like but the desk lamp spotlight is there for when bright light is needed. I have a stress relieving adult coloring book w/ hundreds of colors to quietly color til I fall asleep in this wonderfully quiet place to enjoy a warm wonderful sleep during the winter storm outside. Also it's so affordable its beyond belief. Open quick kind communications with the host. I could not have picked a better place the wait out the blizzard. :)

The condo was very close to many restaurants which was much appreciated. Place was clean and has plenty of space. Lance communicated throughout our stay, and check in couldn’t have been easier.

This is a well furnished condo in a very convenient location that is close to the Plaza and Westport. We found it to be quiet from outside noises. Very comfortable beds! We appreciated the rear parking lot, and street parking in front of the condo was also available. We will return if we need a 2 bedroom/2 bath place to stay!

Great place! Cleaner, nicer, and more homelike than expected and better than A LOT of AirBNBs I’ve stayed in. It felt like a home rather than the slightly sketch/dorm feeling that a lot of places have. I’d stay here again any time.

Beautiful place with amazing views of the city. Location is perfect and with the streetcar you have access to anywhere you’d need or like to go. The bed is super comfy and being a king is a bonus with a TV in the bedroom extra perk! Decor is above and beyond! Will definitely be back. Communication was above standard and easy to contact.

This was a great stay in KC, I’d definitely stay there again. It was very stylish and spacious. Just as described. The only bad thing was that the codes were incorrect but he was very very fast to answer his phone/ reply to texts!

A beautiful and comfortable space. Close to all we wanted to do. Great black out curtains in the bedrooms and my husband loved the water pressure in the shower. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit.

Great place to stay in and super comfortable!

The place was very functional for us and well supplied and the beds were extremely comfortable. And clean!!! What I didn’t expect was how old the building was and the floors were very uneven the fridge very beat up and well used. Lance does provide plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps and towels which I find a very convenient not to have to pick up for the stay. Price was very reasonably but again the trade off is it’s an “old pig with some great lip stick!” I’m not sure I’d stay in this location again but I found Lance was very hospitable and eager to make it the best stay possible.

Sparkling clean

I stayed at Lance's place when I was in town for a quick work trip. I did not do much more than shower and sleep while here but the space was very nice and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and this would be an easy place to recommend to others.

This is a beautiful old home and neighborhood in Kansas City that has been lovingly brought back to life. The kitchen. Is spectacular and the bed is very comfy. Lance and Neshae were very communicative, responsive and gracious . I look forward to a repeat stay soon.

A nicely decorated condo with very easy check in process. Everything was very nicely updated, but it's an old building with squeaky floors, so we were worried that our kids might be keeping others up!

The space was conveniently located to shopping and dining as well as our volleyball venue. Any questions and concerns we had were answered in a timely manner. The recommendations of things to do on our trip were extremely helpful. The condo was very clean and I appreciated the basics that were provided in the kitchen and bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was clean and access was convenient. The location was great for getting around the city. Lance communication was great and he sends a lot of messages on general information for Kansas City and the accommodations. The beds and bathroom were comfortable and clean. You will enjoy this apartment.

Lance’s place was awesome. The space was well maintained and fit my needs perfectly. I will say that the building is old, and because of that you can hear almost everything in the house, especially the creaky staircases. Thankfully I sleep well and was up early, but for a light sleeper you may want to consider some white noise.

My stay was great. Terry's apt is in a good and quiet area where everything is located. I didn't expect to be so close to everything. It was so convenient. The apt was clean and Terry had a few snacks out and a few toiletry items for use. Not that I needed them but it was so thoughtful b/c many people forget to pack a few items.

Terry’s home was well put together, when we walked in there were a few snacks and even toiletries. That right away was welcoming. Towels were laid out, furniture is well taken care of. My boyfriend kept saying it felt just like home. Wonderful host! We will be back!

We loved staying at the Speakeasy - the check in was easy, no hassle. We were able to cook lots of meals in the kitchen which helped us stay on budget and the room we stayed in had a private bathroom just made the stay that much homier. We loved KC and this will definitely be a place to look up next time we are in town!

Stephen’s place is a great little retreat. I love how it is set back off the street as it gives it a little mystery. The place itself is nice. It has everything you need, and has such a cool vibe!

Sparkling clean and extremely unique! Had a last minute business trip (complete with flight delays) to KC and Stephen was more than accommodating and welcoming. Place is stylish, interesting, and impeccably clean. Bed is very comfy, and bathroom is wonderfully quirky. If you're looking for exposed brick, a spacious and safe place to sleep, and also a cool neighborhood–this is it!

BEST STAY IN KC- we were in town for one night and stumbled upon this gem! The cleanest, most convenient, friendliest, & comfiest place to stay in KC. You’re no further than 10 minutes from downtown, The Truman, and great restaurants. The host has a binder with all the info you would need for the space & checkout, as well as menus for the coffee shops and restaurants just a 2 min walk away- and responded so quickly with anything we needed! We hope we’re lucky enough to book this space for every KC visit in the future!

Our stay was so peaceful. The quaintness of the neighborhood brought out a side of Kansas City we had never witnessed. Stephen was an expectional host and very helpful in locating local places to eat/adventure. Definitely recommend to friends and those whom love to travel ❤️

Highly recommend! Easy check in and had everything we needed to accommodate our group of 7. Plenty of seating and space in this house. The 7 of us roamed around freely and it didn’t feel tight at all. This was my parent’s first time staying in an AirBNB and they complemented the cleanliness of the house multiple times. Everyone slept wonderfully and we would all stay at this place again in a heartbeat!

We so enjoyed our stay at Lisa & Carl's place. The house has ample room and was sparkling clean. There was a lot of extra value...washer & dryer, well equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings and a great location for us. We had easy access to both the highway in & out and for local trips into KC proper. We enjoyed the privacy that having the entire house to ourselves afforded and the off street parking. We will definitely check here first on our next trip to KC.

Chelsea and DuRon’s space is perfectly comfortable and spotlessly clean. The decor is beautiful and the hosts are generous and kind. This was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do in the area. We would definitely come back!

This was one of my best Airbnb experiences where I had a private room, but not the entire place. The place was spotless, which was super impressive considering the hosts live there, and there were lovely touches of hospitality that made it feel homey and comfortable. The house is gorgeous with plenty of plants, I would have enjoyed staying longer!

Lances place was awesome! It was just as described and fit myself and three other friends perfectly. It was in walking distance to some cool places and an amazing bbq place! Definitely saved money by not having to Uber everywhere. Highly recommend.

Walking distance to lots of excellent restaurants and bars is a plus. We didn’t spend any time on the back patio since it was kinda chilly but I looked like a cool place for hangs. Thank you, Lance! This bedroom with en-suite was perfect for our stay. We attended a party at a nearby Westport club and were able to walk to and from. On top of the great location, the room was very clean.

Perfect location for P&L excursion. Much cheaper than a DUI! Clean, functional, decent view. Great value for price. Sound policy is a bit off putting but we didn’t have any issues. Would rent again if we are in the area.

SO convenient- super close to power and light district. You can walk everywhere. Gym on site which was great. Super clean, and very stylish space. Nice to have dishwasher and laundry.
