The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). The newly renovated old building apartment is the former hunting room of the property. In addition to old ship's parquet, a stucco ceiling adorns the large, bright living room with sofa bed and dining table. Small but nice & quiet but central :-)

Completely renovated studio - apartment (single occupancy apartment) on 22 sqm. There is a large room with dining table, single/double bed, TV and a small equipped kitchenette with coffee machine (pads), toaster, microwave and induction hob. There's a big closet in the hallway. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in feel-good shower, sink and toilet. The access to our guest apartment is located off the street and leads over our courtyard.

Cozy stay for 2 guests in a castle farm in a beautiful area. The castle farm is part of a historic courtyard. Lodging has its own entrance, hall with toilet, living room/kitchen and upstairs a bedroom with a luxury bed and bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. Here is also a small terrace that can be used. The walls inside are plastered with clay paint plaster, the floor is lined with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands is in 10-15 min. within walking distance.

Tiny-House

All things important you‘ll find in this miniature house. We, Elke (teacher) and Michael (music journalist) live in the main house, with a view to green fields, close to a natural reserve. We love traveling to the sea, great movies and TV-series, music, food - and really enjoy making contact with nice, decent people.

Beautiful 2-room old building apartment with kitchen and bathroom in the middle of Aachen for rent to nice people. The apartment is quiet as it is located on the 2nd floor of our back house. An elevator is not available. City, cathedral, RWTH, transport connections and shops are easily accessible on foot.
