Needed a place to stay after going out for a night in kings heath. Ann's accommodation helped us have a perfect night out..

Stayed here as we were visiting a friend in the local area. House in a good location close to Kings Heath town centre and bus route into the city. Clean rooms and friendly host. Recommended!

Visiting Birmingham regularly, Ann's house is the place for me to stay. Very friendly and helpful people, the accomodation is sparkling clean and the transport connections to the city centre are very good.

A brilliantly located Air BnB, close to the famous Hare and Hounds venue. Super hospitality and a warm welcome. Everything you'll need for a stay in Birmingham.

I really liked staying with Enid. The room is perfectly adequate for a comfortable nights sleep and slept really well. Lovely view from the window of the garden and the amenities were great. Enid is a very nice person and easy to get along with. I strongly recommend this AirBnB.

Joshua has a nice place and is in a convenient location outside the city but equally accessible. The room we stayed in is clean and comfortable and has everything we needed. Josh met us at the house and was good enough to give us great advice on where to eat and where to go. Recommended from us for sure.

Extremely friendly, spotless room, and very helpful

Lovely room and great welcome. Room and house were very clean and I had full use of the kitchen and dining area. Ben and Jazz provided breakfast based on dietary needs and went out of their way to get me plant based milk. Ideally located for local shops, very easy to get to and had free parking too. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm to be back in the area.

Very friendly couple offering a nice&clean upstairs room and freedom to use the dining room. Point to note is that the bathroom&toilet are downstairs so one needs to take (steep) stairs to reach it. Also, Jez and Ben prefer not to have heating up too much, but were communicative about this and offered to turn it up more if we wanted. Everything else was very straightforward and I would definitely recommend!

I had a lovely weekend, it was exactly what I was looking for. Warm, cosy, unique, private space. The log burner was perfect and the electrical heater kept everything warm and cosy when I didn’t want to light the fire. The bed was really comfy and the sofa was a great place to stretch out and read a book. The weather was incredibly stormy yet I remained toasty the entire time. I was made to feel incredibly welcome. It was really easy getting there by bus and there were plenty of options food and shop wise less than 10mins on foot and good connections by bus.

It really is such a magical space and the log fire made the yurt so warm. Victoria and Ade were lovely and make you feel like you've just walked into your own home. One of the most surprising and enjoyable stays I've had on Airbnb.

I ended up booking this airbnb for a weekend which turned out to be completely hectic. We were very late getting in but it was no problem to Victoria who welcomed us at almost midnight... The yurt was beautifully prepared and even though it was a freezing night, the woodburner kept us warm. We were supposed to stay two nights but ended up staying out wayyy too late on the second night. so there wasn't much time to head back to get any rest. Thanks guys for a lovely stay, we wish that we could have stayed around the yurt more, but we had so much to pack into two days we were pretty much absent. The yurt and your entire property is something special though. Good luck with the future sessions!

I had an amazing stay with Jenny and her sister. The location and facilities were amazing and the room outstanding but most of all their hospitality was superb with pleasant chats and tips for things to see locally. I felt like I had known them for a long time and I shan’t hesitate to stay with them again when I’m next in the area.

Very convenient for the excellent Kings Heath Cricket & Sports Club as well as many other Birmingham facilities, Edgbaston etc. and, in my case, the excellent record shops of Birmingham! PS. I forgot to read the house instructions...there aren't many!!

2 lovely ladies with warm atmosphere and British homours

I had a very comfortable stay at Jenny's place. The room was perfect for me. There was a luxury bathroom with large walk-in shower just opposite the room for the exclusive use of guests. The house is on a quiet residential no through road. I stayed on a Wednesday and it was very peaceful. Jenny was happy to chat but I was offered use of a separate lounge room in case I wanted privacy. I went out to see some live music and I was given a key to re-enter. There is off-street parking, continental breakfast and reliable Wi-Fi. I would stay again when in the area. Recommended.

Great choice for Kings Heath and great value too. Communication was spot on all the way including flexibility on check in to suit our schedule. It’s a great set up with a comfortable lounge and kitchen facilities. Breakfast offering a real bonus and adds to the great value for money of Ann’s place. Very well appointed private shower room too. On site parking was appreciated as it’s a busy road, not at all noisy though due to secondary glazing. High recommended - especially for a group of friends

Lovely guest suite at the top of a house. Snacks, fruit and basic self-make breakfast are included which is a nice touch. Great shower too!

We had a lovely stay at Ann’s guesthouse, ideally located for the live music venue The Hare & Hound, which is less than 10 minutes walk away. The place is super clean with comfy beds, a lovely shower room and a well stocked kitchen area with an enormous choice of breakfast items! The hosts are very welcoming and it feels very much like a home from home. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We stayed just one night but had a great experience. Ann and her husband are very welcoming hosts. Their house is amazing and met all our expectations . Clean and very stylish with a breakfast bar for everyone taste. We will defiantly come back on our next visit in Birmingham.

Lovely clean home and decent sized single room. Some lovely touches, like a vase of flowers, bar of chocolate, soap, etc. in the room. Ruth is friendly and gave me some really helpful advice about how to get to places.

A warm welcome as I arrived late in the evening. After a brief show round the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom I was able to relax in a cosy and spacious one bed room. The array of hot and cold drinks as well as fruit and breakfast snacks were a lovely touch. Ruth was lovely to chat to, although it was only brief as I needed to get off, and a polite and courteous host. A lovely home from home stay (minus getting woken up by a little person several times a night) - lots of sleep in a comfortable bed and quiet house. Thank you

Zak is a really friendly and welcoming host. The house is very nice and modern, extremely comfortable and in a very very quiet location. There are plenty of shops/pubs/restaurants within walking distance. A very well located spot to enjoy Birmingham or in my case a show at the NEC. Highly recommended.

Zak is very hospitable, making us feel at home, versatile with timings, allowing us to use his kitchen and lounge, and loves to chat! We stayed in order to visit my son who is a student at the university. This was a much better experience than staying in an impersonal hotel!

Paul and Gail's home was the best appartment we could have wished for! Located in a nice part of Birmingham and good to reach by bus, the appartment is perfect for exploring the City. The appartment itself is very cosy and has everything you might need. Paul and Gail are very friendly people, who were open for our Questions and demands. I would definetely recommend staying at their home and hope to come back there again :)

The room is excellent and was perfect for my stay. Paul and Gail were very welcoming and provide you with almost everything you need to have a convenient stay. They provided lots of information about the local area and are very approachable. They have great pets too!! I’d 100% stay again.

Lovely and private studio. This place has everything you need for a short stay in Birmingham. Many great cafes and restaurants at walking distance. A Marks&Spencer supermarket only 5 min walking from their place. Perfect. The cats were lovely too Paul and Gail really made us feel at home. Can not recommend them enough, we will be back next time we are in Birmingham!

This was our second visit to the purple suite after a very happy first stay. It is a great location - very short walk to Moseley, and the flat is lovely with a great garden space! We'll be back again I'm sure.

If you want a nice 2 bed (one is a sofa bed that I used, slept really well) 2 room place with full kitchen and garden in Moseley at a good price... look no further. The place is a good one. Be well!

It was good as expected.

The room was cozy, clean and quiet. It is an ensuite, and you get a huge TV. The house as a whole was clean and well maintained. There are very interesting decorations all over. And you get a parking area off the street. You'll be staying not too far from a bus stop and many stores and shops. I didn't have the chance to meet Sami in person but he's quick to answers all the questions you might have. I'd definitely choose this place again, highly recommend!

I had a really great time staying at Siobhan's place. Siobhan, Eira and Jacob were fantastic hosts who made sure that I felt very comfortable staying in their home. For travellers to the NEC, if you don't mind taking two buses (or a bus and a train) to get there then in terms of value for money I highly recommend staying at this place.

Such lovely people and great place just round the corner from where I needed to be. I shall be back my dears!!!

Just as described, Tim's place was amazing, it was a shame I only stayed one night while working at Moseley hall hospital. Tim was waiting to welcome me with a nice cup of tea. Very social person. Good company, lots of chat. Everything you need is in the house. The bathroom and room were sparkling clean.warm bed, there an extra radiator in case you fell cold, teas, coffee, sugar and a kettle in bedroom plus lots on TLC. A room real value for money. Tim's house is about 1mile from a busy high street with all you need.This is a definately would stay again if in Birmingham and highly recommended to all.

Juliette is an absolutely wonderful host. She would go an extra mile to make sure all aspects of my stay were comfortable. I received lots of tips and advice about the area and Birmingham as a whole. Comfortable bed, plus the room and shared areas are very clean. TV and personal en-suite were a major benefits that aren't often found with other hosts. Not to mention her lovely cat Feebie. I stayed at Juliette's for 3 months and I had a wonderful time. I did my semester abroad at the University of Birmingham and while it isn't the closest to campus, it's easy enough to get there by bus. Juliette was incredibly welcoming and we had many lovely chats. She has many fun tips for things to do in the area and even went out of her way to give me lifts to campus. The room was beautifully decorated and super comfy. The rest of the shared house was always very tidy and homey. A special thanks to Feebie the cat for making my stay even more fun! I had a great time in Birmingham and I can only recommend Juliette wholeheartedly as she is a wonderful host!

Caroline´s place is very cute and cozy. The neighborhood is perfect: the street is quiet but there are lots of things around in Moseley (pubs, supermarkets, bakeries etc.) Very recommended :)

Carolines flat was perfect for our needs and we were surprisingly pleased at how quiet and indeed tranquil the location was. It had a very bohemian/creative vibe and due to the lack of tv and modern phone made for a very relaxing break from the rat race. Check in details were clear, and we found a range of shops and eateries nearby. We were sad to go and would be happy to stay again.
