Zur Tal Station des Lifts benötigen Sie 3 Gehminuten, gleich weit ist der Bus-Stop entfernt, der Sie in nur wenigen Minuten zum Lift des Berges Maierl bzw. zur Gondelbahn Fleckalm bringt. Von hier aus kommen Sie dann in das grosse Ski Resort der Kitzbüheler Alpen. Im Sommer ist der wunderschön angelegte Kirchberger Badesee über einen kurzen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Wandern starten Sie am besten faktisch vor dem Haus. Bike Trails finden sich sowohl am Gaisberg als auch an der Fleckalm. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, has about 45m and consists of, kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, wardrobe, 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery, a car is recommended. Living and bedrooms are plastered with clay, this leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 persons, possibly 3, 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed).
