All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butcher, savings bank, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 m. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes of walking.

Since there is no kitchen or cooking facilities, the apartment is only partially suitable for fitters.
