Start your exciting holiday in Vienna from our lovely, centrally located apartment! Whether you are travelling as a couple or a group of three or four ... our apartment is the perfect place for you to be. By tram you are in the historical center of Vienna with all its attractions and shops within 10 minutes. After an eventful day, you can relax in a cosy atmosphere. Of course you have free internet and Netflix available. On request we are also happy to provide a baby bed for the youngest.

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

The apartment is located in the hip 7th district close to the historic city center. You will find yourself in the most interesting part of town with its numerous artisan bakeries, coffee shops and local designer brands. Stroll around in the cozy streets whilst being minutes away from the main city center, reachable by tram, bus or metro in only a couple of minutes. This beautiful and well-equipped apartment with free parking in front of our house with garden incl. covered parking space for your bikes offers plenty of space and is located in a very safe and quiet residential area, only 10 minutes' walk to the Danube Island and also the Vienna city center is quickly and easily accessible. The bus station is located just steps away from the house. You can reach the numerous Viennese sights in about 15-30 minutes by car.

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In our single-family house in a quiet location, we offer our attic apartment for rent. You enter the house through the rear entrance and reach the staircase, which is also used by us. You will reach the attic, where the apartment is located. Here you have your own area with kitchen and bathroom. There is a double bed as well as a pull-out couch for two more people.

The apartment is located close to the famous old Viennese wine village of "Grinzing" and the surrounding hills, "Kahlenberg", "Cobenzl" and "Leopoldsberg". There is also easy access to the city centre in less than 20 minutes by tram.

Altenberg/Greifenstein offers a broad range of leissure possibilties (swimming, mountainbiking, hiking,...) Close to our place there are a number of restaurants which can me reached by walking in about 10 min.
