In the summer, you can swim in crystal clear water at the swimming jetty just near the house, or take a nice walk along the lake. Proximity to excellent fishing waters, mountains, berry and mushroom forests. In the neighboring village of Laxsjö, there is a grocery store that is praised for its nice service and selection. Lits camping is 14 minutes away. There is a beach, playground and canoe rental. The accommodation has a double bed, a sofa bed and bunk bed with room for 3 people.

On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Light a fire in the lovely stove and play a fun game. The surroundings offer skiing both downhill and cross-country, hiking and snowmobiling. Only 5 km away, you will find Almåsa and Änge cross-country trails. Several different hiking trails with wonderful views and bird towers are nearby.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende i Västerkälen utanför Krokom. Huset ligger ute på landet utan grannar, förutom boningshuset. Nära till fjällvärlden, fiske och bärplockning. Ca 1 timme med bil till magisk fjällvärld sommar som vinter, ca 25 min med bil till centrala Östersund med ett stort utbud av restauranger och andra nöjen. Stor bastu finns på gården i en separat byggnad, lånas mot en avgift. Djur tillåtet, dock inte katt pga allergi.
