There are hourly buses from a bus stop just 2 minutes away. We're only 10 minutes' walk from a family-friendly wellness centre with a lake and other leisure activities. There are many walking trails that start from here. The house (500 years old, forming a bridge over the road) is a halfway point on the pilgrim path between Mariatrost & Weiz Basilica.

Präbichl is in Semriach near Graz (not Eisenerz). The house is very quiet without artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. No other guests Linens, towels, hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen there are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, bookcase with lots of games, even for kids. TV, radio Children up to the age of 12 have a 20% discount

We welcome you to our 50 m² apartment on the 6th floor with balcony, air conditioning and views of the Schloßberg in the Lend district. Free parking in the parking garage on the same street (approx. 100 meters away). Public parking around the house (free of charge on Saturday and Sunday, subject to a charge on weekdays). The apartment consists of a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 1 - 2 more people, a bathroom with a toilet and an equipped kitchen.

Und dennoch ist es im Pharmacy-Loft sehr, sehr ruhig. Es ist ausgestattet mit einer Küche, gemütlichen Betten für bis zu 4 Personen, einem schönen Badezimmer - gestaltet wurde diese Hommage an die im Haus befindliche 300 Jahre alte Apotheke vom Apotheker selbst.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
