Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

The townhouse is a new building from 2022 located directly on the park with lake, playground and soccer field. From the property you can go straight into the park. The house is equipped with large windows everywhere. We have 2 children (8 and 5). There are therefore various possibilities for climbing, swinging, romping and many toys. Er befindet sich mitten in der Innenstadt von Elmshorn. Außerdem erreicht man Hamburg mit der Bahn innerhalb einer halben Stunde. Man kann sein Auto direkt vor der Haustür parken.
