Great place, great staff

A beautifully decorated vila with big bedrooms and pool. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. This was the perfect family vila for grandparents, kids and our young grandson. Close to beach, shops, great restaurants and excellent coffee! It’s a mostly quiet lane so great for families. Definitely recommend the love vilas.

Our home away from home!! Fantastic communication from Robbie and Erni from the first point of contact to booking to Erni welcoming us and offering all her local tips. Great location, close to beach, shops but yet still private and quite. Villa was comfortable, cleaned daily by the wonderful staff and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Pool was fresh, clean and perfect. Thank you Robbie, we loved our stay in your villa and would highly recommend.

Villa was well presented and staff were super friendly. Some nice touches too like international adaptors in the drawers and water provided on arrival. Erni was able to answer a few questions about the local area regarding laundry & where to buy things, which was a great help too. Thanks!

My daughter , sister in-law and I had traveled from Lombok and wanted to finish off in Legian to chill and do a bit of shopping . The villa is in a peace Gang way = nice and quite & no traffic . The location is not far from the beach to go for a surf and have sunset drinks . I absolutely loved the stylish boho vibe and the cute little kitchen looking at the pool . The kitchen facilities had absolutely everything we needed , fresh water , coffee , tea , bread , milk , butter , bananas & much more . Sheets crisp / clean and environment smelt amazing!! Pool clear , blue with beautiful flowers to welcome us . The staff where beautiful, kind and very helpful . I highly recommend this villa and wished I could of stayed longer = wasn’t long enough. Looking forward to my next stay !!

My friends and I just came back from a wonderful one week stay at Antara Villa. With two floors, 3 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, it was perfect for our group. We particularly enjoyed the pool and second floor terrace. The whole place is clean and well-maintained as the friendly housekeeper came by often. Location wise it can’t be beat - close to all the spots in Canggu, but far away enough to experience the peace and quiet of Bali as the villa is in front of a large rice field and very few cars and motorbikes pass by. The downside is there are no restaurants or stores within walking distance so a motorbike is needed. The host arranged the motorbike rentals for us for a good price and the airport pickup was also smooth. For our last night, we hired a private chef to come to the villa to prepare dinner for us and it was a delicious feast and great way to end the trip. Being an airbnb plus, I was expecting a higher level of accommodation and that’s exactly what we got here. Oh and the beds are super comfortable!

It's a very urgent place to stay since I checked out of the hotel and I had quite a bit of time between flights. The best part is that the host is very friendly and the contact is quick. I'd like to pick you up at the airport. But water pressure is a little low, so it's inconvenient to wash.

The host was very friendly and contacted us via whatsapp very well. The house is very big and the pool is big and pretty. It's a little far from Chang-gu, but it's okay to call it and ride it.

The house is very awesome! ! Each room is very spacious and perfect for a family or a few good friends! Everyone has a private space and a comfortable living room and dining room ~ Every day in Bali until late in the evening The instant noodles are often used instead of breakfast kitchen facilities in the morning! Really satisfied! And hot water all day! Every morning someone comes to clean up the pool in time! Everyone has fun! Thank you so much for taking care of us!

If you're looking for a place to stay with family, this is perfect! Mom can cook in full-equipment kitchen, dad can watch movies (they have netflix), and kids can swimming freely. recommended!

Our family had a great stay here. The beds are incredibly comfortable and there is plenty of space. The villa manager, Dela, was very helpful. We were here over Christmas, and she helped us to arrange a chef to come and cook a great Indonesian menu. Do note you’re not exactly within walking distance of grocery store and will need a bike to get around (which Dela can arrange for you). Would recommend.

Real, so friendly and the best hostel. Kuta Beach, Seminyak Beach There is also a Carrefour nearby, where you can cook and eat food. The best thing was the swimming pool and I was so happy that it was deep and wide than elsewhere. The next time you visit Bali, you will definitely visit again. The most important location is right next to the tukad villa resort. There's room 4 at the entrance to the straw, so you'll find it right away. Don't worry, make reservations and never regret

Wonderful experience staying at Sofia’s. The listing is clean and spacious with equipped kitchen. The host is very lovely and fast response, she also provided us snacks and breakfast which very thoughtful, since I did not expect that. Great location in the sunset road, easily roam to south and north kuta if you dont have much time in Bali.

Not too far from the busy streets, clean and clean every day so you can relax!

It has been extraordinary! The place is so much better than the photos and the reviews! It’s more spacey and well organized. We loved the pool that is just outside it’s so close to the place. Also the sun is right at you, we enjoyed very much just being exposed. Sofia is also very helpful and thoughtful we would definitely want to come back for every single bits about the place and the host!

We stayed in the mini-Karo house which was very unique and beautiful! As it is quite old and historic it does allow a few bugs to get in- which didn’t bother us as there was a great mosquito net around the bed. The pool and yoga studio were beautiful. We loved the yoga class with Daniella! Breakfast was healthy and delicious each morning with many other awesome Yummy food options to choose from through the day. We would definitely recommend this place to friends visiting Bali I’m the future!

This place was amazing. We ended up booking another night because of how rad it is. From the food (they have an on-site kitchen with delicious meals AND breakfast is included every morning!), to the juice cleanse we bought, to the cool hut-like room we stayed in, The Jungle Room is so tranquil and beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! One thing to note are the bugs and creatures, but I'm from an immigrant family so we're used to living in the wild. :)

This place is awesome, exactly like the photos and review. Quiet, it is a good place to just relax and enjoy the scenery. The public pool available feels like the private one, because there's not many guest who use it, and luckily we got to enjoy it for ourselves. Breakfast was beautiful too, even though I'm not a fan of healthy breakfast myself, but it tasted good. Overall, this place is recommended.

Unique accommodation, situated 10 minute drive from the beach. Aircon and fan in the house alongside lovely traditional decor. Pool, juice bar and yoga available as well as a sizeable breakfast Included. Wish we could have stayed more than one night. Lots of other types of accommodation available in the jungle rooms complex, but didn't feel crowded

This place is incredible. Definitely worth it. A bit far from the beach and main drag of Canggu but that also made it a quieter, more peaceful stay. Definitely book it!

The JungleRoom is special, close to the nature. It was a great experience in Canggu. Easy to access the beach and all chic cafes with 15 mins taxi ride.

Had a sick toddler during our stay. Cinema room was a big plus because we could not travel. Had a 5-star stay. If there was any way to make it even better, it would be hot water dispenser for us to make baby milk/porridge with. However this is just a small qualm. Highly recommend a scooter to get around. Great villa!

There was a mart nearby and it was nice to walk to the beach. The famous beach club was also nice to be around. Three spacious rooms and three toilets are very big advantages. It was a villa that gave good memories.

Fantastic location along a charming lane. Loved that we could walk to coffee but weren't stuck in a very busy area. The villa was kept clean and beautifully done. Kind and generous hosts.

Deni's place is exactly like pictures when you see it but when you will actually stay in it you will find that its far better than what you have expected. We loved the decor and how Deni has thoughtfully furnished the place with every single thing that you might need for your stay. Close to many restaurants and 24/7 supermarts and a few mins walk to the beach. And I want to specially say a huge thanks to the caretaker Wayan and his wife Wayan who used to come every morning with a broad smile and make the place spic & Span again. We would definitely visit the place again.

The house is just stunning - the pool is gorgeous and refreshing! The villa is located at a quiet street parallel to Jl. Batu Belig which is a bustling and busy street. Of note; with young kids (ours were 2&3 at the time of our visit), Batu Belig can be a bit too busy to walk comfortably. But taxi’s are easy to come by (GoJek and Grab are not allowed to pick you up at the villa, but will pick you up on Batu Belig) and there are plenty of lovely restaurants and beaches around! The house comes with three great bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one of the bedrooms doubles as a home cinema. The kitchen is simple but perfect to cook a nice meal. The table and bench are great to chill out.

Our family of parents and 2 teens loved staying here. Beautiful villa - well maintained and cleaned daily with a great pool. Location is quiet and peaceful but close to beach area and cafes. Deni had great communication and provided lots of useful info. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Lovely villa just behind a main road with heaps of restaurants. Very easy to check in and the driver recommended was great. Media setup was easy to use and rooms were all so spacious and comfy. Deni was great at providing tips and information on the local area and other parts of Bali.

Ahhhhh, pure bliss. We absolutely loved our stay at Anna’s. The pool was amazingly refreshing, the place was spotlessly cleaned and we loved how quiet it was. A definite must if you’re in Bali! Little touches like a water dispenser and fluffy pool towels were much appreciated.

Anna’s place is great. The manager there Flabio takes care of us during our stay. The communication was very easy and smooth.

We LOVED this place!! We are a family of 4 (with 2 young kids) and this place had everything we needed. The pictures are exactly what you get and it felt like paradise. We felt at home straight away (spent many hours in the amazing pool) and it was very handy to have the mini mart right next door. Communication with the host was perfect and location was great.

The villa was fantastic. The place was very clean and beautiful just like shown in the pictures. The house keeper comes and clean everyday. The location is amazing. It is in center of the city, near the beach, shopping places and restaurants but still provide a peaceful feeling once inside the villa. I would highly recommend for anyone who visit Bali.

We had a great stay at Rik and Regina's villa, we loved the unique architecture, the indoor/outdoor living, the pool and the interior design. The house is tucked away from the busy streets of Canggu but there are great cafés, restaurants and shopping just a few minutes walk from the house. Communication with Rik was friendly, smooth and fast.

This is our first time in Bali and I’m glad we choose Rik & Regina’s villa. Everything is just perfect. We definitely will come back again

Great villa with an interesting design, everything is clean and tidy, in the photo the pool seems to be more of a feature of reality, but it is very clean and fresh. It’s not suitable for inviting friends, but it’s the very thing to live for a couple. The staff is very friendly and ready to help, they helped us even go where it was necessary. The guard is caring and reliable.

It is a very good located new and fresh villa with stylish interior. All is exactly as on the photos. It is a little bit noisy because of the road, but it is not critically. But the street is green and small, it is a nice way to the home)

Huge bed! Comfortable stay! Most of all, the host was very quick to respond to requests through the app. I only wish I stayed in Seminyak longer. It is in a great location, only 10 min walk to Seminyak Square. Finally absolutely no noise!

This place is probably as close as you get to a Concierge level junior suite. Perfect in every respect, and with everything you need within minutes (breakfast within ONE minute, more or less). A big thank you to our host and all her helpful staff. Highly recommeded!

A very atmospheric place, will appeal to those who want to live in a fabulous Balinese hut with the effect of immersion. The house has everything you need: a kitchen with utensils, a refrigerator, and if necessary an iron. Wifi is good. The territory is closed and quiet, a lot of greenery, such a small oasis. Value for money - great.

Nothing like having your own detached bungalow with front porch, roomy bedroom, separate kitchen and spacious bathroom in a lush tropical setting. But, best of all a host that cares about his guests, Jeje!

We booked this villa 2 hours before arriving. The place was spotless and better than the photos showed. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. It’s in such a good location with all the best restaurants and bars a short walk or a quick moped away. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Kim. The rooms were spacious and the place had everything we needed. The pool is big and is a perfect way to cool off during the day. House keeper Ketut was also very nice and friendly, helped us with everything we asked. The Villa is located away from the noise of the town, but close enough to the main street and the beach, both just 10 minutes away by foot or 2-3 minutes by car. All in all, I definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to spend unforgettable time in Seminyak

Had the pleasure to stay at Jay's private Villa and it was absolutely stunning and they were absolutely welcoming, they allowed us to check in earlier as we arrived earlier than planned, and anything they needed they were more than happy to help with, the place is absolutely stunning and very big, can't wait to stay again!

Loved the stay. Firstly, a free transfer from the airport, which is very convenient, since we arrived for the first time and did not have to deal with transportation on the first day. On the way, we connected a taxi driver to wi-fi and looked at the shops and cafes on the map, and also learned about good exchange points. In general, the arrival and check-in was very convenient. Secondly, the house itself is very cool. Two large rooms with huge double beds, a kitchenette, a comfortable table, a clean bathroom. Everything is as in the photos, very harmoniously combined. Daily cleaning. It's nice that it was easy to order washing and shopping in stores, this saved us time. The funny thing is that at first we thought that the house has one bedroom, since the rooms are very similar and in the photographs we did not recognize that there are two of them. What was our surprise when we arrived and found a full-fledged kopeck piece. As a result, our eight-year-old son slept like a king on a huge double bed, and not on the sofa, as we expected)) In general, a very comfortable house. I recommend) Thank you very much to the hostess and assistants for making our stay comfortable!

I was very satisfied ~ I contacted you as soon as I booked and asked if I needed a free airport pick-up, flight time, and despite the ambiguous time of arrival at 11:30 pm, the pick-up driver waited and checked in! It was close to the sea, the locals lived in Bali, and the walk was beautiful! But when the house was in the narrow alley, the pickup was a little outside the alley. The air-conditioning was cooler than the hotel because it was in the living room and in every room.

The apartment is fabulous and in a great location. The host is wonderful and always helpful. The staff are very friendly and conscientious with their work. Would highly recommend Made Hari and her services for first time travellers to Bali.

Host Made Hari was an excellent host and we even met in person on the last day. She helped me check in and check out easily. We had issues with the flight but she followed my status very closely to make sure check in was easy. She arranged a driver as well. Host sent some suggestions and a guide to help. The location, had easy access to everything within walking distance. The place itself was definitely worthy of Airbnb plus. Had absolutely everything and I don't told her, cannot find anything to improve on. I recommend this listing!

Expect unique !! If you can appreciate interior design, and design elements this place is definitely where you want to stay. That or another booking of Anjas 👌 They're beautiful in their own ways, and well worth the value. If I'm in Legian area again this is where I'd love to stay.

A great house with its own style and warmth. In a very local community, there is a special atmosphere of life. Except the light on the first floor is a bit dim and the tap water is slippery, everything else is fine. Value for money is still very good

What a cute place! It looks exactly how the pictures portray! Short walk to the beach and local eateries and shops! One thing I will advise you is that both of the bathrooms are somewhat open. Not that you can be seen, but there are large cut outs in the walls. If you don’t mind that you’re golden! Also... AC IS GREAT AND HOT WATER! If you’re afraid of dogs (very cute and friendly, they roam around outside) or large spiders (they are up in the trees- a few fell down from the trees and I cried cause I’m terrified) maybe this isn’t the place for you. Otherwise, GREAT PLACE! I would recommend !

Nice place and location! Suggestion to review the location app in Airbnb as it was hard to look around for the place, got confused with the map, map gave us wrong direction and place and its hard to contact host if you dont have internet at first but this is not a disadvantage because if you arrived the place it was good! So relaxing, me and my friends had a great time esp in the pool.

The incredible hospitality of Made (and specifically the house manager Wayan) cannot be overstated. We met Wayan as soon as we walked out of the airport and from then on it was a Bali tour extravaganza. A great mix of tours led by Wayan where he would drive us to popular tourist shops as well as local spots to fully immerse ourselves into Balinese culture. He and his wife cooked breakfast for us multiple mornings and worked out private massages for each guest. Highly recommended for people looking for a tranquil resting place away from the bustling streets and an amazingly thoughtful host.

We loved our stay at Villa Arjuna. Wayan looked after us for our stay and he was very helpful. He organised a trip to Waterbom for us with drop off and pick up, as well as taking us to our next hotel at Nusa Dua. The villa is a bit dated but very comfortable and in a great spot. A bit further away from the chaos of Kuta but still close to Seminyak. There is free WiFi which was handy and small touches like insect repellant and a large water tank for drinking water.

The place really great and the location is also amazing. The villa was clean and tidy. The person in-charge of the villa (Wayan) helped us throughout the trip. Overall, the stay is amazing and is worth the money.

We enjoyed our stay! I recommend renting bikes as the location is a fair walk from the popular areas. There is a bike rental place nearby at 70'000 IDR per day, simple enough to rent. Grab taxi operate in the area which again is a cheap and simple way to get about. The place was clean and had everything that we needed. Thanks

We are very pleased to live in this villa! Thanks to the owners, perfect cleanliness, everything is very stylish and comfortable, the main thing is that there was something that was missing, everything is there! TV with Internet access, listening to music all the time, the sound is excellent, and this created a special atmosphere, my husband and I are very satisfied!

Even before we reached the host had shared her number along with the numbers for two caretakers. She offered to have us picked up from the villa for the exact same amount charged at the airport for the taxis and was overall an amazing host throughout. We arrived to meet Atok, who promptly got our bags for us and then showed us the place and the basic amenities after which he left us to our own. The villa is spacious and has amazing facilities; it’s so thoughtfully designed, from the nighttime and pool lighting to the little tissue boxes at the porch deck and even the takeout containers in case you want to get your food packed. They leave no stone unturned and each thing is better than described if not as. The WiFi has great speed and when it went down for a few hours (barely any time or bother), our host was quick to message back. She was available even at 2am and the housekeeping (Made and Team) was so thorough with the bathrooms and beds it honestly felt nothing short of a five-star hotel. She suggested we could try the Corner Warung cafe which was literally around the corner(a 3min walk even when you’re slow), and it has THE BEST and most fresh Italian food. There’s a 24-hour mart literally even closer than the cafe so the place is perfectly accessible for emergency items or even a late beer. Seminyak village and all the main clubs like La Favela are barely a 12min walk away. Downside though: since they have a beautiful garden, you can’t leave food around because it takes less than an hour for ants to get to it, and for the same reason the part of the pool under the trees could do with daily cleaning, which even we are aware is too much to ask for.

The location was a little too short and there were many shops and most of all the hotel was quiet. Thank you for helping us check in early and the staff were so friendly !!

Beautiful villa with bedrooms on the second floor and open plan kitchen and living room on the first floor, as well as a dining area facing the pool, with bar and benches, kitchen equipment and utensils. I like this house very much. Of course, like other houses in Bali, mice, birds, geckos, and huge moths under night lights are indispensable. Just get used to them. Too mind the suggestion is to stay in a hotel, it will be better.

This was the last place we stayed at during our trip to Bali. It was a fantastic way to end it. Highly recommend for couples!

This place has a great location - walking distance to heaps of restaurants and shopping. Host is helpful and friendly. We had 8 people staying and everyone was happy with the location and the space. The pool is nice and deep so it stays cool. Nice to have some shared space!

Very nice spot right in the middle of kuta. If you like partying it would be the best option by far. On the other hand there are a bunch of clubs near the hotel. In the late afternoon the basses of the clubs are getting crazy. Literally the walls are shaking. Take some earbuds with you if you like to sleep. At 03:30am the basses are stopping. Wouldn't recommend any families to stay there. Everyone else who likes partying and staying awake long definitely a good place to stay. The room was clean / tidy and hat a very nice A/C. Also the TV was working fine.

It’s a cute place, small but just enough for me and my guest. The pool is super clean and very refreshing!

Honestly, Patliany's villa is amazing. You get your own private plunge pool and a free scooter is provided to you. Kitchen supplies are also provided if you want to cook and free mineral water if you want to refill your water bottles. If you're staying in the Seminyak area, I highly recommend booking here.

The place is in a great location, near the main road of Seminyak. There is a convenience store right beside the place. The breakfast is great, but maybe the host should consider providing beef bacon for halal food as alternative of pork bacon. The host is really helpful and nice to us. We requested to move from the second floor to the first floor and he helped us with it. Overall, it’s a great place to stay!

Great stay at Hotel Aswana!

Simple, but a great place to be if you need just a place to drop you stuff. We stayed here during the days as we had a red eye flight and it was perfect. Clean and better than expected for sure!

The place is at the center of kuta, we just stayed there for 2days but had a good time as everything is at walk able distance, Budi is super responsive and has motorbikes if anyone needs to hire.

Budi and his family are so welcoming. The location is amazing - easy walking access to most places and scooters available to hire for 75k a day... for when you want to see the sights further afield. There are animals on the premises (ducks, dogs, cats and a cockatoo) but they are fairly quiet and very cute! Room was clean, spacious, exactly how it looks on the photos. Highly recommend for the price. Cant wait to stay again. Thank you Budi!

We arrived at about one in the morning. The owner met us, escorted us to the room and showed everything. The room is as in the picture. The air conditioner hangs as it should, it does not blow on the bed! Very comfortable large bed with a nice, warm blanket. There is a kettle, a cup, a spoon. Two bottles of water. On the second day, water was not added and the room was not cleaned. In the shower shampoo, two towels. There is liquid soap on the sink. The sink is of course dirty, but the rest of the room is pretty clean. Hanging out a couple of days is a great option! Be a very hospitable host. He suggested where to buy fruit. He rented a moped for 75k per day. Thanks!

Budi’s place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. His place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Budi was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend

The place was wonderful. I’d definitely say the location was great! Lots of nice food options around. The villa was really private, loved the approach to it. A really nice coffee shop next door. Each villa comes with a maid and Mike was always there a message away if one needed help. All in all I’d definitely recommend this place

We had an amazing stay at Rumi Villas! Both of our maids were incredibly lovely and made us a delicious breakfast almost every morning. We had arranged surprise balloons and decorations for a friend’s birthday with Mike before arriving and the staff did an incredible job of setting that up for us - it looked gorgeous and we were all very impressed! It was also great that Mike was able to arrange a late check out of 6pm for us as our flight home wasn’t until later. The only real issue we had was that we lost wifi for a couple days, but that was due to internet being down in the whole area and not any fault of the villa, and Mike and our maids were extremely helpful in communicating what was happening with us and keeping us updated. Location was great, very convenient, and the staff were incredible! Definitely recommend!!

Great stay in clean and spacious villa. There was amazing maid service, all the laundry was done beautifully and she made the most amazing noodles and banana pancakes for breakfast. Close by to lots of nice places to eat and about 10 mins walk to the beach. Included was a day pass to a local beach bar which was great. We went early as we have young children but it was a great day out and made the time there special.

We LOVED Tista Villa. Out of the 3 villa’s we stayed at in seminyak- this was our favourite. We always felt so happy to come back to such a clean villa, never felt dirty. We didn’t get bitten at Tista Villa which was a big pro for us as the other villas we’ve been eaten by mosquitoes. Komang is always so lovely and ready to help with anything. The place is a little smaller than what the pictures show but overall perfect for a little cosy family or a small group of friends like we had!

Would highly recommend! The staff were wonderful and easy to communicate with and attended to all our needs. The villa was everything we needed for the 5 of us girls on a hen’s trip. They welcomed us with a drink, showed us around the villa and were lovely to talk to 😊

We loved everything about the villa and the service was impeccable. We all really loved Komang, she was so nice, helpful and accommodating. She was very easy to reach and cleaned the rooms very well. We loved the accessibility and services that came with the villa such as home cooked breakfast, daily cleaning, massages and more. The pool was so inviting and clean, we even used the hot tub a couple of times. The patio was great and comfortable and the rooms were extremely comfortable with clean sheets and towels. We also had free coffee and tea, there were also some welcome drinks and soft drinks provided. Everyone was so helpful in responding to our needs and it really made our stay so easy and comfortable! The only comment we have is that we wished we were informed about the construction right beside the villa. Although, we do know it was out of Angie's hands as the construction was from the neighbouring villa but it would've been nice if we were informed. Some of the guest would wake up really early from the noise. But other than that, the stay was amazing!! We loved the pool and the hot tub, the services you provided and just how comfortable each bed and room was. We loved the space and it was all so so great. Thank you again for providing us the home for our first ever bachelorette in Bali! We made so many great memories in the villa and it will forever be a part of our experience :)

We have had ana amazing stay at Rama's villa...fantastic location, sparkling clean everyday...breakfast is great...Siti (the housekeeper) is wonderfull and puts a smile on your face everyday with her infectious personality...communication with Rama was fantastic & really easy...highly recommend staying here its awesome.

Wow. Wow. Wow. This place does not disappoint. The villa itself was pristine, no bugs, no dust, just immaculate. They provide you with drinking water also, which isn’t the case in all places you stay in Bali. The breakfast that was included was so delicious, and a variety of things. I honestly could not fault one thing about this place! Ticked every box for me and I’ll be returning in the future!

Our stay at the Villa was far above what i expected. We loved staying here. The Villa was well maintained and is very close to all the party places. Also, the host made us very comfortable, and we are glad we stayed here.

The villa is right by the road, a bit noisy at night. The villa was beautiful, but one night it suddenly tripped. A maid will prepare breakfast in the morning. If you stay in Bali next time, you may only stay here. So beautiful.

There was no llama, but the maid was very friendly and the food was very delicious. Especially the nasi goreng, mego lang and the swimming pool, the accommodation was much better than I thought.

This villa is AMAZING!! We were stunned when we walked in, absolutely beautiful - gorgeous light features at night and sparkling clean at all times. The ladies who come each day and clean/cook could not be nicer and do a wonderful job. The pool is cleaned very regularly and nice extra touches were often added; fresh flowers, rose petals, putting down shutters for us when raining and they even left me some Panadol on the counter when they heard I wasn’t feeling well! The villa driver is also very helpful and kind. We stayed at the villa for 8 nights for our honeymoon and couldn’t be happier with our stay! Hopefully we can get back for our anniversary some day! A big thank you to everyone at the villa!x

Lovely, spacious and clean villa in a convenient area while having a tranquil environment. We believe that, after visiting Kuta one afternoon, staying in Seminyak was the right decision. Everything in the villa was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We love breakfast provided every morning. Special thanks to Siti, who is always smiling and willing to help.  The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. I haven't stayed in any other villa in Bali, but I think the pool is bigger than average here. The only complaint is the flushing ability of the toilet, even if we actually avoid throwing paper towels in the toilet.

Great place. Due to my negligence, I did not inform the landlord of the arrival time in advance, and the housekeeper waited a long time, sorry. The villa is very beautiful, walk to Seminyak Beach for ten minutes, it is very convenient to eat and shop around. thank!

The photos say it all really. Stunning villa. The pool is amazing. The rooms are just the right size. Great service from the lovely Liza who’s banana pancakes are delicious. Can be a little noisy at night, but other than that the location is perfect. Communication from Mr G was also excellent. Thank you for a great 4 nights.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay - it was even better in than the pictures, spacious, great air conditioning and had excellent cleaning service. I loved that we had a book with local recommendations and staff were there to greet us for a pleasant check in. We also had a phone that we could use if we needed help. Top quality service!! Walking very close to the shopping street! But it’s too late to go back and recommend a ride, because villa is located in the alley at night. The darker house is more comfortable than imagined. There are all kinds of equipment. There are Bluetooth speakers, kitchen equipment, spacious pool butlers, and we are very enthusiastic to introduce the house and a local mobile phone. Convenient for us to contact the landlord or the butler can also arrange breakfast and pick-up service!

I stayed at the villa for 7 days along with 3 friends. The villa was a short grab journey from the main area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with a clean villa, pool and garden area. We thought that the little touches of toiletries like mosquito repellent were particularly thoughtful . The housekeeper was especially attentive to our needs and made a delicious breakfast daily. The only minor thing is that during our stay there were some days of heavy rain on these days the bathroom gets a bit dirty with soil due to the semi open roof, but as it was cleaned everyday it wasn’t much of a problem. Yuli was very helpful with questions and replied very quickly when messaged. Overall I would highly recommend this villa to others!

We stayed here one night... the pool was nice and refreshing, it was within walking distance to a few restaurants, the breakfast was quite good and it is very close to the airport which is why we picked it.

Yuli is very, very good, everything is fine, but it ’s not convenient for our three girls to live here to get to the Seminyak Center.

Villa is a wonderful space perfect for couples with small children. Yuli was so attentive, quick at responding to queries and was outstanding in fulfilling our needs, I was pleasantly surprised at the baby crib coming complete with mosquito net. Breakfast was lovely, cooked by Regina who is so nice. The pool is such a welcome treat from the heat, the only thing I could suggest is maybe a ceiling fan in the outside patio as it is stifling hot in the day, a minor thing. Everything about our stay was wonderful and I will definitely return.

This was an amazing experience. Not only was the space beautiful, well maintained and in a very safe location, but the hospitality was exceptional. If we needed anything, we got a response within minutes and it was brought right to our door. Can not say enough nice things about this place and it’s hospitality.

The place was decent! It was pretty clean although the toilet had a strange smell but overall, it was alright! The only downside is that the beaches are not walkable and there aren’t much facilities around! You have to grab to most places

Komang was amazing!! Nothing was too hard for her and being my first time to Bali I had a lot of questions on the where to go, eat, shop and any other requests I had and she would always happily respond with excellent tips and advice. I put my laundry in for cleaning (which she help organise) then they sent me back the wrong items, komang personally went out of her way to collect my laundry for me and bring to villa. Seriously amazing host and will definitely stay again!!

Best Airbnb stay, I ever had (and I had several ones). Komang picked me up, helped proactively with all organisational and touristic issues and treated me like a friend. The Villa is so excellent designed and incredible to have this absolute private outdoor Kitchen, lounge a with pool. And great fun to go with her scooter to explore the city, while excellent Double Six Beach could be reached even by walk. Feels very closed to paradise...

Better than our wait! Superb room with small private pool..calme ... Small cocoon ... Scooter rental ... Super home knowing that we have to book 2 hours before our arrival! Lovely person and his family too thank you for everything.

Clean, simple and spacious place to stay close to the airport

We stayed a week in this wonderful place and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The room description was absolutely right. Very clean and very spacious. The staff was always very friendly and absolutely helpful. Perfect location, so close to the beach and still in the room. We like to book again !!

Kuta Beach Stay was a great experience. I couldn't have stayed at a better place during my month in Kuta. I was mostly there to surf and work online. Very clean facilities, spacious rooms, nice balcony view, very close to the beach (and Airport Lefts surf break), amazing staff (Awan and Awan were absolute legends who made me feel very welcome!), good wifi and air conditioned rooms. Highly recommend!

Loved my stay! The guys at the front desk were amazing and very helpful — even taking me to a local laundry that they recommended. It’s a pretty quiet part of Kuta which is nice but it does mean you have a bit of a walk to get to the main beaches, shops, and bars. Excellent value and would definitely come back!

Kuta Beach Stay is in a quieter part of Kuta. It's within easy reach of the airport but you don't hear the aeroplanes at all. The beach (Jerman beach) is about a 10 minute walk and Kuta Beach is about a 25 minute walk. There are a few local restaurants in the same street and more upmarket restaurants nearby. The apartment is clean and secure. It has a safe and most importantly, air conditioning! There is a kettle and a hairdryer for use (if you ask at the desk). Towels are supplied for use in the room. One thing worth noting is that if you intend to take your own currency to exchange into IDR take large notes as you'll get a better rate from the money exchange. Would recommend this apartment as a great base for your Bali holiday.

A fantastic venue at an amazing price. The staff are extremely capable and the space was breezy, light and refreshing. It was located extremely close to the airport and those who are looking for somewhere placed in Kuta but a little off the bustling streets, this is a perfect option

If you want to visit Kuta definitely stay at Kuta Beach Stay!! We couldn't ask for a better accomodation. Few reasons why it was so good (in our opinion): - awesome hospitality (thank you for answering every question so nicely and offering your help) - very clean - balcony for smoker - free water on every floor - near to the beach (calmer than Kuta Beach which was nice for us) - next to cheap Scooter-Leasing - restaurants and shopping mall nearby .... Thanks for everything!

Because I checked out at six o'clock the next day to take a boat, I booked a cheaper homestay. The room was small but clean, not far from the mall, and it took about six or seven minutes to walk. Contrast Seminyak's consumption is really cost-effective! Next time I come to Seminyak, I will book this hotel directly.

After reading many reviews I gave this place a shot. It was perfect! I liked how close everything was. Dewi arrange airport pickup. First stop was money exchange which was super close. You should used Central Kuta Money Exchange Kerobokan Kelod, North Kuta, Badung Regency, Bali 80361, Indonesia. After that, just walk about 10 mins over to Simcard Laundry Jl. Kayu Aya No.21X, Kerobokan Kelod, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia. Finally, off to anywhere to play. So in conclusion, perfect place, great price.

Dewi place is a truly hidden gem in seminyak. Close to the city and close to the main areas but not crowded. There is one very close small shop that provide you anything. The place is very stylish, clean, and comfort, big enough also. Dewi place will be our first choice when we visit Seminyak. No doubt. Thanks dewi.

Dewi’s place is great value and extremely well located. The only issues we had where the smoke alarms where faulty and woke us up at 1:30 am and the door lock jammed up and needed to be fixed which was potentially a big problem in case of an emergency. That said Dewi was extremely responsive and dealt with those matters immediately. Her place is well located and very clean. We would definitely stay there again as it offers a lot of bang for buck $$. Dewi is definitely a super host. Many thanks Steve.
