Large independent T1 on the ground floor in a house with enclosed courtyard in the center of the village and 50 m from the thermal baths of Challes Les Eaux. Very quiet residential area. Facilities for a pleasant stay for two people and/or young children. 25 minutes from the Feclaz resort ( cross-country skiing, snowshoeing) and 40 minutes from Margeriaz ( ski touring, sled dog...) . All shops and a cinema nearby as well as bus lines to Chambéry in 15 minutes .

Ideal house for a family with 1 master bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 children's beds (not suitable for adults). Located between the Bauges and Chartreuse mountains, you can discover the region and Chambéry. In summer, you will be a maximum of 30 minutes by car from the lakes: Bourget, Aiguebelette, La Thuile, St André, but also hiking trails. In winter, you will be a 30 min drive to the ski slopes of the family resorts of La Féclaz, Margériaz or Col du Granier.

Here, we love animals and you are welcome with dog, cat, camel. Fully equipped with convertible sofa with comfortable Bultex mattress and full kitchen with fridge, induction, coffee maker and kettle. Come and enjoy a superb view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 40 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.
