Come and enjoy this charming house facing south, it is located in a quiet area less than 100m from the beach of Les Génerelles and 400m from the shops of the city center. Parking on the ground is perfect for doing everything on foot. Ideal for 4 people (up to 6). It welcomes you with a large bright living room, 2 beautiful bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and kitchen equipped with new. For a real vacation

This house is our holiday home, we spend very good times with our 3 children and we would like it to be able to accommodate passing guests on the shores of the Atlantic... The house is pleasantly located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. She's at the bottom of a dead end, very quiet. All journeys can be made on foot or by bike. The garden of 400 m2 is enclosed and planted. There's a parking spot. Great for a stay for families or groups of friends.

The house was designed by an architect in 1960. Near the beach, on its stilts, it looks like a UFO resting on the sand. It is furnished in the style of the time.
