I had so much fun staying at the nugget!. It is a tiny home but the space is perfect for 2 guest. The color selection of the interior makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend staying here.

Great stay!

This private beach house was super cute and cozy. It was not that far from Disney Land and the Anaheim Convention Center (about 15- 30 minutes if you don’t mind the drive). It was also within a 10-15 minute drive to the beautiful Newport Beach area. The host was very courteous and responded to my text messages. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and I would also come back again.

This accommodation is very beautiful, with quality and style. The surrounding facilities are very convenient and perfect. It's also close to the beach ... the host is also very kind! Everything was perfect and it was my favorite stay. Thank you homeowner for everything we have to offer.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed . The location, the space, little touches like having a google assistant and a great blue tooth speaker, brilliant. The decor was tasteful and elegant. This is a beautiful, tasteful and comfortable space for 2 with a lovely porch with a small ocean view. Our hosts were helpful as needed but there was plenty of privacy. We enjoyed being slightly away from the busiest part of Laguna Beach but no place is really far. Absolutely recommended.

When i originally booked I did not read the headliner “ Romantic getaway.” I booked for my daughter & I. We usually stay at the Montage or Surf and Sand but wanted to change things up a bit. My business partner and I stayed at Sean's place for 3 days for planning. The decor was beautiful to satisfy my HGTV loving friend. Clients we were on webcam with wanted a virtual tour and loved how cute the place was. The beach was RIGHT THERE and wasn't a busy part of the beaching making it perfect for us. We absolutely loved every minute and hated to leave this morning. The wide open floor plan was perfect for us to feel free to brainstorm and get out for a walk when we needed it. Little things like the Keurig and walking distance to french fries and more wine really helped. The TV in the living room is "smart" so when it was time to unwind, The Bachelor was ready for us!

Perfect beach getaway! Sean is a wonderful host and great at responding to any questions you have. The bikes and beach gear were extra touches we loved! Highly recommend.

This home was perfect for my family. We were in town to go to Disneyland and I was a little hesitant not staying nearer to the theme park but the 30-40 minute drive was not bad at all plus being near the beach made it well worth it! Will definitely stay again.

Douglas and Chris are amazing hosts. Kind and communicative, and the space is amazing. It’s like being in a tree house. I had some down time on my trip so it was the perfect quiet place to get a little work done. Super cozy. I would definitely stay here again if I ever came back.

Great place to stay and super close to everything you would ever want/need in Orange County. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. We appreciated the complimentary Keurig cups and their guide for the neighborhood. Street parking is easily accessible and abundant. 5/5 would stay again!

The upstairs studio is exactly as pictured. Great natural light, and bright lights on the driveway and yard making arrival after dark very convenient. Very easy access to freeway, and downtown Santa Ana has so much character! We’ll consider this place again when/if in the area.

Excellent vacation rental

I have nothing to complain about with this place. It was a really cozy and comfortable place to stay in and Douglas and Chris are very kind and considerate hosts. They were very accommodating when my friend and I needed to have a check in later at night. They even turned on the space heater for us before we got there so the studio was already warm. The instructions on getting to the Airbnb was very clear and easy to follow. The place was very clean and exactly as pictured. They are very considerate to provide filtered water (which most places don't do) and cookies for their guests. One night, they even messaged asking if we wanted them to turn on the heater for us if we weren't already home. It was very thoughtful of them to think of us! It's also a little silly, but I love that they provided instructions for turning on the TV in their information binder (sometimes remotes are tough to figure out). Overall if you need a place to stay for yourself or with a friend, it's a very nice studio that's pretty central to everything else in the OC. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, especially if you need anything from them.

This place was such a wonderful value with spectacular views! You can hear the ocean all night long and you wake up with views of the ocean without having to lift your head from your pillow. It is a boutique hotel and the building is old so expect that. It’s not a luxury resort. But for the price, what can you expect! Would highly recommend staying here - great location and view!

With the beach directly below you and waves crashing against the shore. I feel so relaxed and refreshed! I can't wait to go back again!

Such a great space! Clean, spacious and a view to die for. The semi-private balcony with ocean directly beneath provided a calming and restorative, connective experience for me and my partner. Comfy beds, efficient space heater, fridge all came in handy (Laguna Beach can be chilly in January!). Definitely would stay here again.

This place has EVERYTHING you could ever want (or forgot to pack) so many thoughtful touches and amenities! walking distance to ocean views, restaurants, coffee, groceries and dead center between L.A. and San Diego. Outstanding hosts who go above and beyond - I caught a cold while there and they brought me a humidifier! This all made our vacation amazing! We will be back for sure. Do not hesitate to book this cozy cottage.

This was my family’s first time using Air BNB, and we are blown away by this rental. Elizabeth and her husband have created a wonderful place to stay when you just wanna get away to a beautiful beach city. Everything you need is within minutes and if you ever need anything from Elizabeth she is either readily available in person or by phone. We also found out we live Dana Point so we will probably stay here again!

Stay here, it's just fabulous. Everything about it is wonderful and it's the nicest rental I have ever stayed in with airbnb. It's very, very nice, and is well stocked with anything you could ever want.

If you have an opportunity to stay at any of the properties George and Betty own, do it. They are kind, gracious people who have put an incredible amount of effort and intentionality into each of their homes. The location is excellent with plenty of amenities with access to both the beach and freeway. We brought our dog and he LOVED sunbathing outside all day in the fenced yard. Thank you for the great home base, George and Betty. We'll definitely be back!

This is a perfect home, with cozy elements. Its very quiet with off street parking. A wonderful living space and kitchen. A great bed. Generous spaces. I love the location and the price is very affordable. Betty gives all the extra touches you could desire and was on hand to help with anything I needed.

The rave reviews were correct. We expected Betty's cottage to be nice based on those reviews, but it was even better than we expected. It was spotlessly clean and had everything one could want including plenty of hangers and a chest of drawers for our clothing. The location was convenient to parks, beaches, restaurants, and shopping. We were fortunate to be able to spend a few days there.

This is a great option for staying in the area. House is equipped well with a lot of nice touches.

Views!!! Views!!!!! Views!!! We even got to see dolphins the last day right outside our door. Bathroom is small like a fishing boat small but the rest of the room is amazing!!!!

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this property. Check in is a breeze and communication is excellent. This unit has an incredible view and location that are worth the price alone. The only drawbacks are the extremely small bathroom and the lack of AC/Heat which is no problem as long as the weather is somewhat moderate. Overall, great value for the location and the beautiful sunsets. Will definitely be coming back.

Can’t ask for a better location when staying in Laguna Beach, right on the water

The view and the room was spectacular! You can’t beat the view for the price. Room 29 looks exactly as pictured and is breathtaking. Very beautiful room. The only concern I had was the bleach smell that overwhelmed the room for the entire first day. We tried airing out the smell by leaving the door open fora couple hours but made no difference and left us with headaches. However, David is quick to respond and I’m sure he’ll take care of the cleaning process to avoid this happening to another Airbnb stayer. Besides, we had the beach to enjoy from the patio and escape from the smell ! LOL

For the price and location, this place is perfect! We were comfortable and loved our stay.

Amazing view & great location easy check in and direct walk way to the beach

Wow wow wow! This place is absolutely beautiful. Walking out of your room to the most beautiful view. Keep in mind it’s basically a hotel room, not a full amenity unit. You don’t need much with that view! Great price, perfect view, very comfortable bed & blankets. Check in process is SO simple. The place is clean. There was an issue with the sub pump during our stay, and the smell was horrific but the host was on top of it so quickly and took care of the issue right away. I will definitely be staying here when I come back to Laguna. Honestly can’t think of a better place to stay... the view is worth a million dollars!

This was our second time staying at the property, so we knew what to expect. It’s a great location ... you can’t get any closer to the beach. There are restaurants and shops in your backyard, and a rooftop bar a short walk away.

You can expect lovely accommodations and a breathtakingly beautiful neighborhood at this “Top of the World” home away from home. We slept comfortably and enjoyed the warm hospitality of our hosts and their adorable and well-behaved cat and dog. If you want to stay with a family and feel welcomed, this is the place for you. Although we were invited to share Christmas dinner and enjoy the use of their home and deck-with-a-view, we spent most of our time with our daughter, whom we came to visit for the holidays.

Anne and Everett were so kind. Could not have ask for a sweeter couple to communicate with. Their home is comfortable and decorated so cute for Christmas. Anne even played the piano and sang Christmas carols for us one evening. Just delightful people.

The best view of Laguna Beach! If you wanna feel at home, Anne and Everette are an amazing choice! Would definitely book with them again.

Wow!! If I could give this place a 10 star I would. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the charm of this place, and the VEIW..... there’s simply NOTHING like it! It couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s simple, quaint, well supplied. Plenty of towels and wash clothes, which most places skimp on. David communicated perfectly and was a great host. I watched the most amazing sunset sitting on my balcony, went to sleep listen to waves crashing and woke up to waves crashing. Who needs anything more. The bed was super comfy and felt very clean. Simply amazing. It’s my new go-to spot in Laguna.

You absolutely can’t beat the view on this place especially for the price. It’s conveniently located near tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Reading reviews before I booked made me hesitant but I’m glad I moved forward. The space is not a luxury resort but cozy and comfortable. Would definitely re-visit this property.

The location was incredible and we loved walking to the beach and to the downtown area of Laguna to shop and eat. The views were stunning. Watching the sun set in the evenings on one of her patios was awesome. Thank you Sandy for a fun filled three weeks.

This was the best air bnb experience we’ve ever had and we’ve been to 6 so far. It actually looked like the photos and had spaces that we were encouraged to use that was lovely. The main patio by the front door has a spectacular ocean view!! It’s in a quiet part of Laguna Beach and is an easy walk to downtown where places are open at night for a fun easy stroll. Sandy is SO responsive and goes out of her way to make her guests comfortable. Her home is beautiful and renting the first floor was an honor and privilege. Do this in a second so you have a lovely, private place with parking, a kitchen, large closet, nice bathroom, TV and wifi that works!!! I’ve never had an air bnb feel so much like home. Thank you Sandy!!!

Beautiful place to stay in a perfect location

So when i came to this place it really exceeded my expectations its exact as listed in pictures, sandy was super nice and helpful she was thoughtful and made sure we having what we need, the place it self is very chic and has an amazing view, very close to the beach u wont be leaving the area bcz u have eveything jst there, the morning views of hills is breathtaking and u can see the ocean, i stayed here for over 3 weeks and not a single incident , we loved our stay here recommended to everyone u wont be disappointed. Perfect location with a great view and just a few minutes walk to the main beach. We for example enjoyed the 4th of July fireworks from Sandy’s “Zen garden”. An amazing front row experience. Could probably not be better. One thing that we also valued really high was the assigned parking spot. This since it can be really tricky to find parking in Laguna beach, especially during the peak seasons.

What a GREAT place to stay. A quaint in-home studio right atop of the hill overlooking the downtown area of Laguna Beach. Very convenient and only walking distance to all things Laguna! I had stayed at Sandy’s beautiful villa apartment with my two-year toddler for a month.It’s definitely the best experience with Airbnb so far. Everything I could request for a nice stay here at this fantastic area is out of my expectation that Sandy had prepared for. The apartment is only 5 to 10 mins walking distance from the beach and Main Street. I can stay at the front entrance balcony to enjoy a nice view of the ocean. All the pictures showed on Airbnb are so true in eyes. The place has sufficient space for a two people family with a small kid or maybe more. I can cook just like I can do at home. Everything in the apartment is stuffed as a home should has. Cookware, kitchen essential, smooth maker, coffee maker, cleaning stuff, spices and oils , even baking foils and pans are prepared. Sandy definitely has a good taste with home decors and she even prepared some candles for more touch of cozy and comfy nights. As for the host, Sandy and her family are so nice to us. We had talked a lot and got to know each other. She always responded to my needs quickly. Her family was also respectful to not to bother us since they live up floor, I barely noticed footsteps and no noises at all. Privacy and safety is definitely guaranteed here. Sandy and her family have good hearts to given, anyone who rents the place won’t regret for the choice.

Such a cute little place right by the sea. Decor was nice and the room was clean. The sound of the ocean was soothing and the view was amazing. I thought the coffee, tea and mini fridge by the bedside was very thoughtful. Overall, a perfect place to stay for the weekend for my boyfriend and I! We will be back!

I’m choosing to give my review 5 stars because it was exactly what we needed and everything that was listed in the posting was accurate! The beach was literally down a small flight of stairs from the building and we had a perfect view of the ocean in the morning. Very clean and comfortable! We only stayed for one night and we were walking distance from local dive bars and restaurants. It’s a very very cute space surrounded by the peaceful beauty of Laguna. Would definitely consider coming back in the future! thank you David!

A nicely updated space with a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Laguna Beach Lodge. The room is updated with a little kitchenette and lovely shower. We were walking distance to such a beautiful beach. Great stay and staff.

My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights. The studio is very stylish and inviting. Very quiet and many spots to park out front. We liked that the place is surrounded by a local CVS and many other great spots to eat! We also loved the king size bed and the amazing shower. We definitely recommend this place and would even come back to visit again!

A hidden gem. Located right across from the ocean, this Lodge offers a wide variety of amenities.

Very nice room. They did a really nice job on the remodel. Extremely comfy bed. Location was good and there is a trolley stop right in front of the hotel. Easy check in with an app. Would definitely stay here again.

This little unit is exactly what it seems. Right next to the ocean. Clean and great light. It's a perfect outpost to grab a good night's sleep and a shower while exploring the area.

It was very clean and actually more spacious than I thought it'd be! The steps that lead down to the beach are literal steps away from the entry gate. We were able to go to and from the beach in just minutes! It was also really easy to access downtown Laguna Beach via walking or ubering. The one issue we had was the small space heater provided didn't really do much for heating the space. We tried to retain the heat by closing the bathroom door and the curtains, but to no avail. So it could get quite chilly during the night and mornings. But besides that, David was quick to communicate via the AirBnB app. When we realized the hair dryer wasn't in the unit, David was quick to drop one off the next morning (by hanging it on the outside door handle) without any disruption to our schedule. Overall, we'd highly recommend it and would stay here again!

David was a great host! David was very responsive and gave detailed Check In instructions the morning of our check in day. I would highly recommend him to any other guest staying in Laguna Beach. The studio was very cozy and perfect for 1 or 2 folks! The studio was in prime location and walking to distance to shopping boutiques & restaurants. Although parking could be tricky we were able to find a metered spot right in front of the studio and paid the meter at 8am. (David sends out the parking info in the detailed Check In instructions he sends the day of check in, which was very very helpful) It's located right on the beach which was perfect during my day trip! :) Thank you for hosting us!

An amazing spot. Imagine falling asleep with the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. Sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset disappear behind the Pacific. Within walking distance of everything adorable about Laguna Beach. Hands down, I will be staying here whenever I visit again. 🙌🏽

Great location. Comfortable place, great place to stay to enjoy the beach and hear the waves!! Didn’t struggle with parking. Bathroom is small, but practical.

We knew the space would be small so we expected it upon arrival however it actually was perfect in every way. The space still felt homey and comfortable (the bed was VERY comfortable) and had all the right touches to make us feel at home when we were there, but because it was just enough, seeing all the views via the big windows prompted us to really spend our time outside and enjoy every bit. The bathroom is small and but it ended up working out because i ended up just skipping doing my hair and make up most days and almost gave me an excuse to skip a lot of the getting ready all weekend which was great for me! I will bullet list below all other great things: - You just can’t beat the price. Right outside the complex is steps that lead straight to the beach. - Large wide, full-length mirror!! (something very important to me haha) - Great size TV and mounted too which made it easier to watch in bed - 4 pillows to the bed, all great and not super poufy to the point where it hurts your neck, they were so soft and comfortable - Communication with David was so quick and easy, he always responded within minutes! - Location is truly prime. Everything is walkable. - Tip for women: bring your own towel to wipe after taking off make up! - Tip for side (not ocean front) units: the lower the unit number, the further from the water.

Everything about Chris's loft is perfect. The location is amazing, there is off-street parking, and the house itself is a super bright open space that is cozy and welcoming. And Chris is excellent to communicate with -- very responsive and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay!

The Loft is outstanding as is host Christopher. My wife and I stayed for a week and loved every minute of it. The unit is in an older building but the interior is updated very nicely and Chris has it stocked with everything one could want or need. And it was impeccably clean upon our arrival. My family and I had a splendid time at Christopher's wonderful house. I just regret that it was much too short. We especially enjoyed being able to walk a short distance to the beach and a number of fine restaurants. I highly recommend this house and I plan to come again in the the future.

We had a wonderful time. The neighbors on both sides were very kind and welcoming, we felt like a part of the neighborhood. The views of the water and the cottage itself were just like the pictures and in fact exceeded our expectations. Sometimes pictures can be misleading however we were so excited that it was exactly as advertised. The ocean view is unbeatable with all the windows and the positioning of the house on the hill with no obstruction. The open layout, decor, and the patio really made the space magical! The location of the house is in the heart of it all and Victoria beach was a short walk away - we enjoyed taking morning walks. There are many grocery options just a short drive away. Being up in the hills was wonderful for us as the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back!

Vera, took extra special care with us, from minor issues to having a tree delivered for Xmas, it made our stay extra special.

The tiny little cottage is the perfect getaway ! Super comfortable and cozy. Like something out of a story book! Great use of the space and amenities ... good shower, comfy bed, French press for homemade coffee, and shabby chic decor, sunset views. Great location too!

My wife and I stayed in this cottage for an entire summer and loved it. It was very clean, cozy, and had a great location just minutes from the beach. We loved sitting on the rooftop deck every night and watching the sunset over the ocean. Melissa was a great host- very helpful, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. We enjoyed our stay!

Outstanding location!!! South Laguna Beach has a different vibe (little more Laif back) and feel than central Laguna Beach. The house is fantastic and perfect for a couples getaway. The neighbors are great, extremely friendly and happy you’re visiting.

My sister and I stayed here for the whole summer and we had the most amazing time. I couldn't have asked for a better home base for our summer in Laguna! The cottage is clean, bright, and beautiful. The location is spectacular, very quiet and serene. Not to mention it is right next to Thousand Steps Beach, which is one of Laguna's most beautiful beaches. We had a car, but we also used the trolley to get into town--so easy and fun! Melissa is a wonderful host, so kind and easy to get in touch with. This cottage is truly a special spot. Waking up to the birds chirping, ocean views while eating breakfast on the rooftop patio, and so many more magical moments. We will always remember our summer at the cottage!

This cottage is absolutely perfect. Charming and quiet and very comfortable. I got a superb nights sleep right from the 1st night. The 360 degree view from the rooftop deck was stunning. Great place to relax and unwind. Being so close to all that Laguna Beach has to offer is very fun. We walked down to a couple of wonderful restaurants on the way back from 1000 steps beach. The ability to take the Laguna Beach trolley and access the entire city without having to get in the car was very cool. Looking forward to staying here again, what a great value

This is a cute and updated cottage and is at a good convenient location with a block away from a grocery store, restaurants etc. Neil was responsive and helpful.

Great host, very responsive and detailed. Location was perfect, right next to our favorite local spots and the downtown area was a comfortable stroll away. Place was clean and had the basics we needed to feel very comfortable during the day and night. Would love to come back again.

Fantastic location and great communication. The place is super bright and perfect for a cottage getaway. The only issue is the backyard was under construction during our stay so people were coming in and out for a good part of the days and we were not informed about this before or during. Other than that it was a great place!

Quaint home in a very nice area of Laguna. Short walk to beautiful beach, walking paths, restaurants and grocery. Comfortably away from main tourist area, but within easy walk if desired. Private yard, outside sitting area was very relaxing. Dan, the host, available if needed. We had planned to explore other areas at the end of our vacation, but felt so comfortable in this Laguna cottage we extended our stay.

Great location, close to everything: beach, supermarket, galleries, free shuttle bus stop and restaurants. Although it is a cottage, it has every stuffs that is enough for your stay. If it had better WiFi signal and a tip book, I would stay longer. Thanks Dan for what you’ve done.

I loved on how the place was very clean, all you need is supplied for you. But most of all I loved that you can walk to everything and the walks are picturesque. Cove beaches are dynamite 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed staying at Dan's cottage. The location is absolutely amazing, just steps away from the bluffs and beaches of Laguna Beach. Also, just down the hill you'll find cafes, restaurants, a grocery store, and many art galleries. I loved being able to walk everywhere and not have to bother with driving. That said, unlike many parts of Laguna where parking can be a nightmare, I was very happy to see that there was always plenty of parking on the street right in front of the house. The cottage is exactly as described in the photos, and the bed was extremely comfortable! Dan was very responsive and friendly during the booking process, as well as during my stay. I highly recommend staying at this wonderful beach getaway!

Great location.

Staying in Dan cottage was a joy. 5 min walk to ocean and in quiet neighborhood. Any request and help asked from Dan and wife was promptly responded to, I would say they are best hosts you can imagine. When staying we where having infant twin babies and we were met with kindness and understanding, and they made us felt at home. I mean we up all night long trying to sooth those two little nuggets, we must have made a lot of noise. Plus we were having stuff delivered to our door to meet the demands of the little ones, within a few weeks it kind of looked like a Amazon package hub by our account of course. thank you Dan for taking it so easy on us. We spend more than 2 month at cottage, and we liked it, and would recommend to friends. It was just so convenient with the grocery store (pavilions) a few minutes walk away and trader joe's 5 minutes drive on PCH . The beach near Heisler park is amazing!!! Just a brilliant place and our favorite in the LA proximity. You can walk to the Saturdays farmers market or any of the restaurant near main beach so for us with our double stroller was just so convenient. This has been the ideal place for us to stay in Laguna. This semidetached house is very comfortable with a good-sized living area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom surrounded by a well-maintained garden on 3 sides. Plus it's a 5 min. walk from the beach, close to downtown — Whole Foods, restaurants, cafés, etc. Mia and Dan have been great hosts.

A rare gem!! A beachfront boutique hotel at a very reasonable price! Very close to lots of restaurants and art galleries! And love that our room had a little kitchenette and was able to heat up our left overs from Drakes (highly recommended as well).

Great view and amazing beach

We stayed in two different rooms -- a two double bed room and a king room. The two double bed room had small walking areas beside and at foot of beds. Bathroom door was 24" wide ONLY. My sister is 300 pounds and had to shove through door (this was room #25 facing roadway). The other room. Bahia #1, was huge, lots of empty space with one king bed. The balcony faced the ocean, altho bldgs block the view. The lack of table & chair was a minor inconvenience (only a couch & a bed). Bahia has an elevator, the other building did not (Sea? Surf? something like that). Some buiildings have ADA rooms but they were sold out the days we were there. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. There are 2 restaurants behind the hotel owned by the hotel. Driftwood was $40 and up per entree. We ate on the Deck, which was $25 and up per entree. There is a Ralph's and Taco Bell one block east. A GREAT 50s diner, Ruby's, a couple of miles east. Guests get free towels and beach loungers and umbrellas. Stairs are involved getting to the sand. My keys kept blanking, and i had to get reprogrammed 3x. My phone is in a magnetic case, maybe that was the problem. VERY LOVELY STAY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. One of the rooms was Airbnb, so keep your eyes peeled! Quite a discount.

Clean house with great views

The place has great views and very spacious. I highly recommend this place for families. It features great amenities and is a comfortable place to stay at.

My family and I stayed at this gorgeous home in April 2019. The location is perfect - you are 5 minutes drive down the hill to the cities best restaurants, beaches, shops and cafes. There is also a fantastic park a few minutes drive for those with children. The home itself is exactly as it is pictured. Beautiful canyon and sea views. The house itself is perfectly suited for families or couples as there en-suite bathrooms. When we arrived it was spotlessly cleaned and kitchen was well equipped. The host, Parvaneh, was easily accessible and very quick to respond to questions throughout the duration of our stay. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a luxurious home in Laguna Beach.

a fine place to stay

Patti’s place was exactly what we needed for our trip. Easy to get to, close to town but still far enough away to not feel busy and noisy. We took advantage of the jacuzzi and working it was very clear and easy to understand. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about is that the shower is small. But I was expecting that when I saw the pictures. So if you’re cloister phobic, just be expecting the small shower. We would stay here again if we’re ever in the area again.

Patti's place was an easy to locate, perfect last minute get away for my partner and I. We wish we could have arrived sooner to enjoy the amenities more. Looking foward to our next stay!

The Manzanita Green Cottage is a fantastic place to stay, it’s small but exactly as pictured, bed is super comfy. Short walk to the beach, shopping and dining. We stayed two night, just wish we had a bit more time. Hope to return to Laguna Beach sometime soon and would most definitely stay there again!

First of all Kathleen is a super host. She is pro active and the communication is outstanding. My wife & I stayed at the cottage for a little over 5 weeks. The deck & barbecue the best & with the washer & dryer right there as well, it makes everything so very convenient. Beds comfy & wifi strong.The location is unbelievable. Walk down the hill to the beach & to a number of excellent diverse restaurants to choose from. The neighbors are very friendly & helpful. A wonderful place and we recommend highly to all. Beautiful little cottage, with a large, wonderful patio! Very peaceful surroundings and we really enjoyed the hummingbirds and ocean views. Very clean and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.

My roommate and I are both travel nurses and stayed in this adorable beach house for a month and loved every minute! This place is so beautifully decorated and has everything you'd need. The views are unbeatable. I'm going to miss waking up and seeing the ocean everyday! The beaches are within walking distance and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Best part is the patio is HUGE so you can eat outside or relax and feel the fresh air and enjoy the ocean views. All around beautiful. Kathleen was a wonderful and attentive host. She responds quickly and makes sure you're taken care of. Would most definitely recommend!

Place was awesome. How could you expect less with the location? Very friendly restaurants in the area made me feel like home. Didn’t get the chance to go to the beach often, but is well within walking distance and nearly private on an off day. Very clean and functional.

Quaint little cottage feel, right in the middle of a great area of Laguna Beach. It was a 1 minute walk to Victoria beach

I stayed at Romeos place for 5 weeks and used it more as a work destination and a place to sleep only. Romeo was great on his communication and the value in my opinion was great. The location in south Laguna was a short walk to the beach, great restaurants and the Laguna trolley if needed. The flat had a beach bungalow charm with open joist ceilings and hard wood floors. Anything you needed for a comprehensive visit was in the unit from kitchen items, beech chairs and full linens. I am sure they had WIFI but I never used it. The patio off the main door was large enough and had ample seating. Note that this unit is directly off PCH, so traffic noise can be expected on the patio and bedroom that fronts the street. The parking was directly on PCH in front of the garage. I have some reasonable nice cars that was not totally excited about this, yet did not cause any harm either. The flat also appears to have a rental above, which was not occupied the first 3 or so weeks. Their was some confusion to who had rights to the parking stall, in which I would come back from work late and a car was parked there. The charm of the open joist ceiling was somewhat lost when the residents above were present. In my case they were respectful and not too loud, but you could hear most everything. Overall I think the place was great for what I used it for and again thank you Romeo for providing a great service, in a great location of town for a rate I believe was fair.

I spent a month here and it was everything I hoped it would be. The flat had great character and a wonderful old California feel to it. Everything was spotless and had all the amenities you could ask for (although a washing machine/dryer would have been nice but not worth sacrificing the location and view of the water :)). The hosts Maria and Romeo were very helpful and responsive. I felt very at home and was sad to have to leave. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved Romeo and Maria, they are very kind people and very helpful and flexible. The property is spacious and homey and very close to a very beautiful beach. We walked there several times throughout our stay and we also loved the private patio space, fluffy clean towels and hot showers!

I must say that this place blew my expectations out of the water. I rented this home for 1 month . Throughout this 31 days I had a fire going almost every night while staring out at trhe ocean and Catalina. The sunset is amazing through those 4 window in the living room. Also from my bed I could see stars at night and wake up to the ocean and behind me houses on the cliffs. It was a surreal experience and the location is so amazing. I made good friends with the neighbors and know a few by name. A wonderful neighborhood to say the least. Also I couldn't sleep most nights because the location and the 1 of a kind beach and cliffs I went to daily maybe 15 times are so rare and amazing that I felt like it woulkd be a disservice not walking down 2 mins to see the ocean. I had an easy walk every morning to the Montage and would climb to the top of the highest rock as each day started and each sun rose.. There is a beautiful gated courtyard for entertaining and another set of French doors that lead to another deck. Just what I wanted and needed and I give this house and the owners 5 stars all day long. Thank you guys it was truly a pleasure to stay in your home.

Great location! I worked in the area for 5 weeks and enjoyed the easy access to the beach. All you need for the beach is available in the unit. The kitchen is stocked. The place was quaint, quiet, and lovely. I was sorry to leave it! The hosts are very nice and easy to work with. Parking was never a problem, though you should be comfortable with crossing the highway 1.

I stayed at the Hideaway for 2 months as an initial landing zone for a staged move of my family from Pittsburgh to a job in Irvine California. I was looking for short term rentals in Irvine near my work, but my soul drifted towards Laguna and the ocean. I am glad it drifted! My experience there was peaceful, quiet, and battery charging. The property is located in south Laguna, which, I have found over the last two months, that I now prefer it to the more central and busier parts of Laguna. It should also be noted though, that its only a short walk (or shorter drive) to go into "downtown" Laguna. Staying a bit out of the tourist hustle and bustle was important for me. The owners of the property are wonderful people. I found that if you treat them respectfully, they give back tenfold. They made my family welcome when they came to visit me for a week which meant a lot to me. One beautiful aspect of this property is that it is 5 minutes walk from Victoria Beach, which i believe is one of the most beautiful beaches in Laguna. It is scenic, but importantly, not overcrowded. I would highly recommend staying here. I plan to do so again, even after my family moves here in the next few days.

I loved this place. 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach was truly great, and the apartment was stocked with beach gear that truly came in handy. Maria made my check in and check out very easy, and she left a lovely handwritten note welcoming me to her beautiful home upon my arrival. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

Wish I had more time to spend at David’s place but it was nothing short of amazing. The view was priceless. Watching the sun set and rise.... wow! You do pay for the location... and view like others have mentioned and it’s worth it. We will be back again for sure. Great Dining at Heidelberg’s and The Loft.

Unit 21 is a great couples retreat. Comfortable space, bedding, A/C, and the views are breath taking!! As far as privacy goes, be aware that this particular unit is along the stairs which may mean closing the curtains for privacy at times. Very quiet and private for any couple though! 5 stars!

Don't allow the naysayers to keep you from booking. The view/location and price are unbelievable. Would rent again and again

Such an awesome place! The view is absolutely incredible and the pictures are very accurate. It’s nice to look out the window in the morning and hear and see the ocean. Everything about this Airbnb was fabulous! Best I’ve been to. The host was also very responsive to help with check in. This place is located in a great area with lots of food and bar options nearby! Overall, this place gave us a great anniversary vacation and we hope to return soon. (PS - my fiancé and I got engaged on that balcony during our stay! So magical!)
