The house is located 650m from the beach of Vilin Izella. A road and path allow you to reach it along a creek. The Pointe de Beg Ar Fri less than1 km away offers many beautiful viewpoints. The stone house is surrounded by a flowered and wooded garden of 2000 m2. Well located to explore the region: Locquirec, Plougasnou, Morlaix, Carantec, Roscoff, Ile de Batz and many other sites. Close to the village of Lanmeur where you have access to many shops within a 5-minute drive. Pétanque court on the property as well as an outdoor HOT TUB by appointment.

Adorable little Breton house 3 km from the beaches, in the village of Guimaëc, in a small alley, completely renovated with 2 gardens and parking nearby. On the ground floor: a kitchen open to a pleasant living room and fireplace (wood-burning stove), a shower room with Italian shower, toilet and sink. Upstairs, by a spiral staircase (width 47 cm) a large mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and a single bed 90 x 200 cm.

At the end of the harbour, after it is the sea, charming holiday cottage in the water with beautiful views. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong in its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300m from the cottage. Beaches on foot, fishing on foot, within 50m, port cafe, restaurant and live fish sales by fishermen. Access to the mezzanine is not suitable for children under 10.

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.

For cyclists we are 4 km from the greenway and the GR34, a secure room is available for bicycles. Possibility of free repairs as much as possible. Linen provided.
