The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Access Bordeaux in 20 minutes by car, bus (line 501), or bike (bike path 1 km away). Rocade 5 mins, Arkéa Arena (concert hall) 10 mins, Aérocampus 5 mins.
