Équipements utilisable toute l'année : Grand Spa Jacuzzi couvert T° réglable de 30° à 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrasse sans vis à vis. Piscine de 14 mètres chauffée de début mai à fin octobre. Le tarif affiché inclus le ménage ainsi que la fourniture des draps, serviettes et peignoirs. Location strictement limitée à 2 adultes et 2 enfants (aucuns invités ne sont autorisés)

Come and stroll through the streets of the charming bastides of the Lot-et-Garonne, indulge in its gourmet markets (in summer), enjoy our cuisine sourced from local producers, and take walks in our beautiful countryside. To protect the three cats in the house, as well as the hens and the rooster, pets are not allowed.

A former stone outbuilding of the Au Monge mill, Matthieu and Camille offer you a haven where you can enjoy the sound of birds and the babbling brook. Just 15 minutes from Agen train station, you'll find the silence and natural surroundings a complete change of scenery. The 13,000 m² of wooded park and swimming pool will accompany your hot summer days! Matthieu and Camille live in the mill and will be delighted to share their tips on markets, châteaux, wineries, restaurants...
