Impeccable apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. Comfortable accommodation and enough storage space. Lack a few dishes and pots but managed to do with. Exceptional view of the whole resort. Access to the center by public elevator very convenient. Shoe and unhook skis in front of the building.

We had a nice week in Aurélie's home. It is functional and well located. We very much appreciated the small terrace and its furniture which gives sight on the mountain. We recommend !

Apartment very well, close to all amenities. It is consistent with what is announced in a warm and very well equipped deco. A hood and either extra socket would not have displeased us. But these are just details. We had a very good week at 3.

Great apartment, perfectly located, near shops, restaurants etc. Ski in-ski out! Mostly calm, depending on who the neighbors are, and if they have decided to party or not...we were unlucky twice this week. Aurélie was easy to get in touch with, and gave us all the info in advance. All in all, a great apartment which we’d love to go back to next year!

The apartment corresponds perfectly to the photos and the description. The apartment is nicely decorated. Perfect for two adults but we would have been cramped if we had been 4 adults but this is my opinion. Very nice location, a few steps from the main street. We had a pleasant stay.

A very nice renovated apartment, well decorated and bright. Quality bedding. A well equipped kitchen. A real warm cocoon in the mountains. Arrival and departure impeccable. The booking was quick and Valerie offered us good local addresses. We enjoyed.

Comfort and very pleasant space for a stay in 2 (the room and separate toilets are a big plus). Apartment well equipped and ideally located for departure and return skis and access to the lively center of Avoriaz. Friendly and immediate response to questions. We recommend this place at 100%.

Apartment is new and well organised with decent materials. Apartment has private locker for skis on the ground floor. Location is convenient. Ski in ski out was blissful. Easy access to restaurants. Apartment is on the 10th floor, however you need to stop at the 9th floor then go through a corridor and use a second elevator or stairs to reach the flat. Building is relatively large with two lifts so lifts can be fairly busy on Saturdays. For arrival / departure Avoriaz has horse drawn carriages from and to the building (10eur). Host is very reactive.

This was our 2nd year at Valerie's apartment and again we were not disappointed. Good location, stylish decor and everything you need for a weeks skiing in a wonderful resort. We look forward to returning next year.

The apartment is accurately advertised by the host, it is clean, modern, tastefully decorated with everything you need. It has a great location for the shops, restaurants and Ski schools. The location is also close enough for Ski in/ Ski out. Valerie the host sent links for ski rental, parking and Ski passes and was always happy to help. I would have no hesitation about booking again next year.

We stayed during the COVID19 outbreak, the whole resort closed overnight! Annie was helpful during this time assisting us where possible and providing good advice to allow us to make informed decisions which led us to ensure that we could get home safely. When things go wrong its assuring to have people to be there when needed - so thank you, Annie. We will be back next year!

A nice apartment, very clean and well located.

Great little place

Apartment very well located with a beautiful view of Avoriaz and well exposed especially in the afternoon. The equipment is complete with everything you need to feel at home. The sofa bed in the living room is comfortable because of good quality. There are quite large storage spaces which saves space when there are 4 of us. Jean Paul is very pleasant and available, as is the rental agency; which is very significant. I highly recommend !

Fabulous apartment, tastefully decorated typically "alpine". Very well equipped kitchen, nice dining area and adapted to all needs, comfortable bedding and small children's room very practical. It's a real little cocoon in avoriaz. We had a very good stay.

We have just returned from a great long weekend in Avoriaz. The apartment was lovely, nice and clean and everything we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Good ski in ski out location too. Would definitely like to re- visit.

The apartment is perfect. Very well equipped, very well located, with a sunny west facing balcony on the back of the ski from where we admired splendid sunsets. Jean-Paul is a particularly attentive and available host. I recommend without hesitation.

Had a great stay. Excellent location and very quiet by being on the top floor (nice view from the balcony as well). Building itself feels a bit outdated but appartment is modern.

Apartment very well located in the district of the cliffs. Nice view . No night noise, which is not always the case in other locations of the resort. The proximity of the parking is a plus for a car-free resort. The accommodation is comfortable. Restaurants and ski or snowshoe rental shop are at the foot of the building. Bakery and grocery store at 50 m. In short, all the necessary to spend a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed the apartment on the top floor with a great view of the mountains and the resort. The decor is neat. The apartment is comfortable, functional and sunny. Frederic is a welcoming host and responsive to the slightest problem.

The accommodation is faithful to the explanations and Fred and someone available for the organization of the stay. The view is exceptional and the accommodation well arranged for the stay we spent at 4. Near the car park and the village center the location is very good. See you next year

Chalet perfectly located, away from the main village, with many hikes nearby! Friendly and considerate owner!

This is a cracking little chalet to spend some time in a lovely part of the alps. We were a family of four and it gave us a great value stay in a really characterful cute chalet. Jean is a great host.

Everything really perfect and more! The chalet is super welcoming and perfectly equipped, very cozy, just as we like it. Of course, the jacuzzi is a real plus. Quiet location, exactly what we were looking for with a ride or just a 5 minute drive away. Thank you Jean for this week that was unanimous in our group of all ages. See you soon !

This mountain chalet is a little piece of paradise. Jean is very welcoming, concerned about our well being. Upon our arrival, he greeted us with a smile and gave us all the information to make the most of our stay. He even made us some shopping: coffee, cooking necessities, ... The cottage was very well equipped (dishwasher, jacuzzi, 2 bathrooms ...) and very clean! We were 8 people and very comfortable thanks to a very well thought out layout. Very nice family holiday! I highly recommend !

Cozy apartment, very clean and very well located at the foot of the slopes, fairly small volumes but sufficient for a short stay with friends! Nikel cleanliness, quality household linen provided, tea / coffee available, and very good response to messages!

The apartment is perfectly located near the Ardent chair lift and right next to a ski shop. It is behind a bar which is very friendly and closes by 8pm each night- so no late night music! Fantastic value and great access onto the slopes. Laura's communication was top notch and she organised many additional services for us, such as ski passes, which made a long weekend so much easier. The beds were extremely comfortable. Only tip would be to stop at the supermarket on your way, as the nearest one is in Morzine a 20 minute drive away. Although we had a lot of fun skiing back with a backpack full of groceries!

Great location and very nice, it feels great in it, it does not really miss much, we only came for one night but given the location there is everything nearby for a hike or go swimming to the lake ! I highly recommend it and thanks to laura for reactivity.

A great space and ski-in/ski out location next to slope and very close to market and restaurants. Kate was great in communication and was able to be flexible in accommodating requests. A unique experience! The apartment is small but it had basic supplies and a superb location.

Amazing location, ski in and ski out. Originally really hard to find, walked around with our cases for an hour. However once asking a few locals we found it. Very central, easy to get to. Room is small but contains everything we needed. The jacuzzi bath was a really great touch, used it everyday after skiing! Kate was very quick to respond to messages and got someone to fix a light for us quickly. Thank you very much! Good value for money.

Perfect location, nice view of the chairlift and the piste. This accommodation is small but perfectly placed. And the bathtub is great for relaxing at the end of the day.

Fantastic location - ski in / out, lifts 30 seconds ski down from the apartment. Nice to have a jacuzzi bath in the studio after a long day on the slopes.

Great location - next to drop-off point, across from the Sherpa supermarket and ski-in/ski-out. Apartment is quite basic but has everything you need (good dishwasher, microwave and hob). Recommended.

Nice little apartment in the centre of town. You can get your skis on outside the building, and ski lockers are included. Managed ok with 4 of us, but was rather cosy. Would recommend Laurent to anyone

This apartment is located in the very center of Avoriaz with shops, restaurants and bars within a few metres of the main entrance to the building. It is a true "ski in, ski out location" which is great. The accommodation is very comfortable and is very well equipped in the kitchen and throughout. The ski locker for this apartment is located on the ground floor with a key provided. The wifi and TV in the apartment do a great job and the electric heaters are very effective. The bathroom has a great shower, very powerful and hot plus a towel radiator that dries any wet ski gear very effectively. Being in such a central location you get to see and hear all the activities along the main street, including the sleigh bells on horses, some piste basher traffic in the morning and bar noises some nights, but the convenience of location and comfort easily outweighs any noise issue.

Marie Agnes is ultra reactive. The dishwasher broke down at the start of our stay. It was changed the next day! well done

Lovely ski studio apartment - great location. The flat is minutes walk from the centre of Avoriaz and there is a hire shop on the ground floor of the building with very helpful staff. Locker and good storage for ski and snowboard boots. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 smaller children and this location was perfect for lessons at le villages des enfants. Sledges were also much appreciated to borrow! Balcony has some lovely views over the mountains.

Appartment very well located, a bit small but it was not a surprise and is usual in ski resorts. However, it is very well furnished and optimized to the maximum and very intelligent which does not give the feeling of being locked up. A clean apartment and Marie-Agnes answered very quickly all my questions.

This apartment is in a great location. Ski in and out, which was really important to us. Two minutes walk into the resort centre. The apartment is small, however, it had everything that we needed. Marie was extremely helpful and a good host. Fully recommend

The apartment is in an ideal location allowing ski in and ski out access to anywhere in the resort. It’s also very convenient to nip back to for lunch if you didn’t want to eat out. The apartment would sleep 5 but this would mean two sharing a metal framed sofa bed in the living room. The beds are comfy and the shower is perfect after a hard days skiing. Contact with the owner Pascal was incredibly simple and prompt. Pascal speaks good English and is happy to help with any issues that may arise. I would definitely book the apartment again whether it be for a week away with the lads or a week away with the family.

Good location, only 100 metres from the welcome centre/drop off point. Nice clean, tidy and well equiped apartment. Good restaurants, a supermarket and ski location, within the same complex. Pascal is always available to answer any queries.
