Within walking distance (about 600 m) is the river Le Gartempe, where there are plenty of places to take a refreshing dip. The cyclist can also indulge. For the mountain biker (possibly available), touring cyclist and recreational cyclist, there are countless possibilities through the woods, along the river or through the countryside. For the hikers among us, the possibilities are endless. For the horseback riders, there is a riding school a few kilometers away. Family home with contemporary charm.

Located 1 hour from the Futuroscope and 30 minutes from the Brenne parks, our house will bring you the relaxation and calm you are looking for while combining comfort and space for holidays for families or groups of friends. We renovated this old barn on 2 levels, bringing a contemporary touch while keeping the old world charm. The swimming pool (6 x 12 m) is heated from June to September depending on the outside temperatures and has a fully equipped pool house (kitchen, shower, toilet)

Chaillac Self contained Studio

The studio is five minutes walk to the centre of Chaillac, with its bars, restaurants and supermarket. Walk the other way and you are at the lake, with its beach and picnic areas. Free parking. The studio has a private entrance, and is up one flight of stairs. We provide a double bed, and a sofa bed, kitchen, dining lounge area and a separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, two ring hob and kettle. The television has French channels, but has hdmi and USB ports.

Nestled in the historic district of the city, a stone's throw from the Château de Naillac, the accommodation is the result of a legit renovation of the buildings of France in order to preserve the historic architecture of the Middle Ages, while bringing modern comforts. The exceptional view of the river reinforces the uniqueness of the dwelling that was chosen by the King of France Jean II called Le Bon in 1356 to stay there due to its strategic location.

This restored old farmhouse is the perfect place to enjoy holidays with family or friends. It is located within the Brenne Regional Nature Park and close to renowned sites in the region: Beauval Zoo, the Haute Touche reserve, the Futuroscope, the spa town of La Roche Posay, the medieval town of Chauvigny, the village of Angles-sur-Anglin, the Abbeys of Fontgombault and Saint-Savin (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), and the Châteaux of the Loire Valley.

Country House, heart of village

The house is located in a quiet setting in the countryside. It consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room overlooking a nice 600 m2 garden. You will also have 2 spacious bedrooms + a room with an extra bed. In less than 5 min walk from the house, you will be on the banks of the Anglin River. Walking trails are also nearby. Located south of the Brenne Regional Natural Park, 1 hour from Futuroscope.

Small Berry house in the heart of the grove

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.
