The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

Fabulous 1 Bedroom condo at Litchfield By The Sea on Pawleys Island. My private END unit is easily accessible, just one flight of stairs and close to many resort amenities. Including the Deck, live music and food. Pools, Lazy river and of course the Beach club. private beach, air conditioned bathrooms, plenty of parking, easy walk 1/2 mile away. The Summerhouse Westport building has an elevator and luggage carts to make check-in and out easier.

Beach Suite

This is the perfect suite for your next beach getaway! Approximately half a mile to the nearest beach access. Our cozy beach themed guest suite is attached to a separate living space (similar to a duplex or in-law suite) and has a private entrance. It is tucked away in the forest, right across from the creek and ready to welcome you! We had storm damage only a month after starting up our airbnb, so it has been newly renovated twice!
