House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). Can accommodate one couple with four children or a maximum of three couples. Bed linens and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The cottage (110 m²) is a former winemaker's house that was fully renovated in 2018.
