The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Air-conditioned wooden cabin

Cabin and its outbuildings are located in the owners' garden but are totally independent of their home. The cabin is on stilts (1.50 m) around a tree. It is 15 m2 and consists of a single room with a 160 cm bed, a toilet and shower area, a sink. A footbridge gives access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offers a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a relaxation/lounge area.
