We booked the accommodation the day before for the next day and we arrived at this small cottage full of charm, impeccably clean, comfortable, with a private parking space. She also provided us with valuable tips for getting to the center of Rome easily and without a headache. We will keep this address to advise our loved ones but also to come back! Thanks again Maria

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!

This is an amazing location and a really beautiful place. We had a family of six stay at the beutiful villa and we all we so happy with the choice. The property actually looks better in person. Marco the host was very easy to deal with. He's a great communicator and is always available to answer questions. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate this at a 12. Highly recommended.

The surrounding beauty, authentic old furniture, convenient location, and, additionally, a wonderful host who took great care of us. It is easy to reach historical landmarks. We stayed two nights in Corfinio, a very quiet village and perfect for relaxing. The host was accurate and helpful-it provided us with detailed information that made everything easier since we arrived. A great point in favor was the welcome given to our four-legged friend: we found pillow, bowls and games, a really welcome attention! The home has every comfort. Recommended for those looking for a serene stay, with all the comforts and an extra touch of attention for those traveling with animals.
