We have renovated a former wash house and transformed it into a modern and refined pied à terre with AC, WI-FI and usb wall ports, your comfort being our main concern. Our studio is located in Villa Certosa, a friendly neighborhood (almost a small town) in Rome, 15 mins by tram from Termini Station and 15 mins on foot from the popular Pigneto.

Welcome to our small and cozy two-room apartment! Our Roman house offers a quiet and peaceful environment because it is located on a cul-de-sac. The apartment is located on the first floor of a small building, and consists of an entrance with a sofa bed and table, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a bathroom with a large shower just installed, a kitchen with a stove, a microwave, a fridge, an espresso machine and a kettle.
