Back in time with the comfort of today. And you sleep in one of three bed cities! There is underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. You have a private entrance and you can also use a seat under a centuries-old linden tree. The cottage has a kitchen/entrance. A living room and a shower/toilet area. Breakfast is available for 13 euros per person. Please note : the bed cities are smaller than a double bed . The 2 bed cities in the room are 200x115 and the bedstee in the kitchen is 190x120

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

There is TV, wifi and fast fiber internet. Around the house there are two terraces and a magnificent view of the lake! A wonderful place to relax.

The estate borders the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is within 2 minutes walking distance. A village where you can shop and choose from several restaurants in the evening. The city of Groningen is 15 min away by car/bike 1 hour and 20 min by public transport.
