Rustic, historic 500 sq. foot studio cottage comfortable for 2 people but will accommodate up to 4 by request. Located 5 miles above Oakhurst. Only 13 miles to the south ENTRANCE of Yosemite, about 35 miles to Badger Pass ski area, 47 miles to Yosemite Valley and only 3 miles to Bass Lake. Bird and wildlife friendly yard so expect "interesting" surroundings. Eco friendly. People from all walks of life are welcome here. Grill or relax outdoors as Miami Creek flows through summer. 400 ft dirt road from paved road with plenty of parking. Yosemite South gate is up Hwy 41 about 20 miles.

We have a large garden, goats, chickens and a pig. Families are welcome! Living close to Yosemite National Park & Bass Lake is a plus, but Oakhurst has hiking trails, movie theater, all types of food, a micro brewery & a vegan restaurant! Your privacy will be respected, but the hosts are friendly & will accompany you with the animals or while you sample from the garden. Exterior improvements are underway, so we are renting at a lower price.
