Cozy studio located as part of our home. This space is dedicated as a studio apartment and has its own separate entrance. There is plenty of parking available. We are on Old Hickory lake with fishing, boat ramps, bike trails, swimming within less then 5 min of our home. Located on a cul de sac, traffic is minimal. Downtown Nashville is about 25-30 minutes from our home. In between Hermitage & Mt. Juliet, conveniences are close at hand with nature around the corner to make an enjoyable stay.

Originally a local grocery store built in 1958, and ran until the late 80s. It was abandoned until 2021, when renovation began! So come on and stay in this unique, historic, and cozy western themed place! There are even live horses in the backyard for you to watch graze all day!
