Typical stone house, completely renovated and nestled in the beautiful medieval village of Calascio, just 2,5 Km from the dramatic Rock (Rocca Calascio) and just 5 Km from Santo Stefano di Sessanio and Castel del Monte. The house consist of 2double bed rooms with view on the valley, a twin bedroom, a big livingroom, a full equipped kitchen and bathroom. The courtyard is perfect for breakfast or lunch, or just to stroll at the sun. Every comfort, including wi-fi,without losing the original feel.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Accessible by car and 10 minutes' walk from the main square. Master bedroom with French doors leading to a private garden and second bedroom with bunk bed. Very cozy and functional, cool in summer and warm in winter, with independent heating system and fireplace. Additional sofa bed in the living area. Small patio.

In the heart of the village, a prestigious loft carved into the rock, with a bedroom with access to both bathrooms with a large shower and bidet. Large storage room, spacious living room with kitchen equipped with oven, fridge and dishwasher. Practical sofa bed that can be opened and closed with a single gesture. Just a 5 minute drive to Campo Felice and 10 to Ovindoli. Parking in front (except for plenty of snow). Very warm thanks to the independent underfloor heating. NO pets
