Historic and individual vacation on Westrügen. Beautiful, personal, small apartment in an old craftsman's house from 1750 in the center of the village of Gingst. Located on the first floor, to the market side, with low beamed ceiling and historic windows. Off the tourist crowds by the entrance to the national park Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft. Close to nature, however, with infrastructure: gastronomy, organic store, crafts, ceramics and a very special bookstore in the immediate vicinity.

Vacation in the "stable" - in the middle of Rügen

My place is close to the island"capital" mountains (only 5 km away) and is located in the middle of the island and also in the middle of nature. You'll love my place because of our 6,000-square-meter garden. Here you can relax after a discovery tour of the island, lie in a sun lounger, barbecue or drink wine in the evening. The former stable building has a traditional ceiling height of 1.95m on the ground floor... so you should not be bigger;-)

It is newly thatched in 2019, and despite numerous construction activities in the past centuries, it largely retains its clay-building charm. Newly installed insulation made of jute hemp fibres.
