At 150 meters you have the Alto de Extremadura metro station and right next to it there is a bus stop where five bus lines stop that will take you to the historic center of Madrid in a few minutes, in addition there is also a night line that leaves from Plaza de Cibeles. Within a radius of 100 m you have bars, pharmacy,tobacconist, supermarkets, bakery,bank, etc., so you don't lack anything. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
