This accommodation is located about 25 minutes from downtown Madrid and there is a lot of transportation. It has air conditioning in the living room but not in the bedroom, in it you will have a fan and for winter you have heating.

Bright and quiet room

Very comfortable single bed, quiet, with lots of natural light. It is located 25 minutes from Atocha, 1 hour from Sol, a few minutes away you will find bus stops, within Fuenlabrada and other municipalities. I have pets, a small dog, sometimes a kitten stays. If you plan to study or work, this place is perfect because of its quiet surroundings.
