On the 2nd floor about 62 square meters but unfortunately not barrier-free. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and TV ;living room with TV and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with large shower, extra toilet! 100 m to the flowering Baroque, 5 min to downtown, directly at the clinic. A bakery around the corner! Parking space for strollers in the house. New soundproofing windows built in 2024!
