The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

The house, completely renovated in 2025, consists of a living room with a full kitchen and sofa bed, two bedrooms with large ceiling fans, double beds, a full bathroom, and a comfortable glass shower. The outdoor patio has a bioclimatic pergola furnished with a table and chairs/deckchairs. Naregno beach, about 250 meters away, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Ideal for spending days on the beach without having to use the car.

A lifelong fisherman, I know the fish and the winds better than anyone else. The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

The right time to feel like islanders and not tourists. In these months, in Cavo, a detached villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and air conditioning in all rooms is rented.
