Roger and Bobbi were great hosts. Their home was in a nice neighborhood and very clean. They had 2 cute friendly dogs. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were nice and soft. We enjoyed the coffee set up in the room and it was great having a mini fridge with waters. I highly recommend staying here.

We were greeted by Star and Maggie ( their wonderful dogs) and of course " Roger & Bobbi" - lol .... The room was great... We especially liked the comfortable bed and all the goodies that were available in the room ... Especially the chocolates they were a very nice touch...! Clean bathroom with plenty of amenities. The house was in a central location ....they have a keyless access that makes it easy to come and go as you please... We would stay again...

I loved staying at Steve's house. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The house is beautiful, large, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful! Quiet, organized, safe and close to everything we needed. Of course, as in many American towns, a car is necessary. The idea of having a full laundry and a full kitchen really attracted me and I am happy I chose his place to stay for 10 days. The bed was comfortable, the room spacious, internet was good and the location was perfect. If I could change anything to make it 100% perfect, it would be: 1) agree on a temperature for the central heater, since the permanent residents like to leave the house very warm; we found ourselves sweating and turned on the ceiling fan every day... 2) noise of steps, doors and talking early morning from other renters; they wake up early to go to work and we understand it, but we are on vacation and would appreciate it if the renters from the next door bedrooms would walk a bit softer on the wooden floor, not sing in the shower and talk low in the early hours. We could hear them from the kitchen. Thank you. Please bear in mind that the house is perfect and quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. These two little details would only contribute to make it for a perfect stay and did not happen often, only about 3 days of our stay.

Nice quiet family neighborhoid with many walking trails around and beautiful park w bbqs around the corner. Also plentry of shopping, restraunts nearby, very centrally located! Very pleased with it and would stay again in a heartbeat! We barely needed to communicate with hosts but they were prompt with response! All around excellent!

Gina is a lovely personable hostess and she and sons are graciously welcoming. The bed is most comfortable, although awkwardly high and pushed into a corner of what could be considered a well decorated storeroom-without closet access or auxiliary seating. Adequate hooks will take clothes hangers and there is ample drawer space, plus a well supplied private bathroom. We enjoyed her fruit and toast with instant coffee in the mornings. Nice area. Short drive to variety of restaurants and shopping.

Gina was the perfect host. Everything turned out to be better than I expected. Everything was so clean and nicely arranged. And whenever there was something that I needed, Gina was prompt with answering back and getting additional housewares that I needed. I had my own space and the amount of privacy that I had was perfect. Will definitely look forward to staying again for future visits. Thanks Gina!!

I had a wonderful experience. Michael is very laid back and geniunely cares. If you need anything, he is there for you. I went to clean my car and he offered me towels. He gave me a heads up on everything from trips to new comers. I recommend him and his Airbnb.

Thin is a very nice and welcoming person. He has a spacious, clean, and beautiful home. The neighborhood, other than a few dogs barking, was extremely quiet and peaceful. The only negative thing I can say is even with the ceiling fan the bedroom very warm and the ceiling fan light had a subtle flicker when I was trying to sleep. I would recommend this airbnb to others.

Susan was a great host. She was able to accommodate a last minute schedule change and was home when I arrived. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the room is nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable resulting in a 1 hour nap taking 3 hrs. We had a good conversation and I received some valuable info from her unrelated to the stay. This is what Air BnB is supposed to be at its best. This is a private room with a private bath down a hall. The host, Susan, is there in the house. So you really are meeting a stranger and staying with them. She is a lovely person, a retiree who is conversational and friendly. We talked about British television shows, the mysteries. I was there to run a half marathon, so we interacted for about 5 minutes when I arrived and then over breakfast (which she provided). The room is as advertised and very comfortable and quite quiet. (I know next to nothing about Rocklin, but apparently it is close to a casino and some other attractions, drawing more tourists than I would have guessed.) If I ever had to visit Rocklin again (the race was good, incidentally — maybe I will run it again next year), I would not hesitate to stay with Susan. She was a charming host, the sort of person who seems genuinely to want to get to know you and who is easy to talk to. The only downside, I suppose if you can call it that, is that this is a different experience than the private unit where you are by yourself. If you are a loner or don’t want to chit chat, it might not be for you. Highly recommended.

Wow! Hiton and Marriott beware. Susan offers twice the guest experience for a half the price. She keeps her beautiful home in immaculate condition in a neighborhood that is peacefully quiet and set in an idyllic storybook-like setting. Exceptionally comfortable bed, excellent shower, plenty of space (closet, desk, luggage rack, etc.), sparkling clean - in short, perfect. Susan is an excellent host and concierge, offering just the right amount of friendly conversation, respectful privacy, availability for helpful service and personal space. She even served me breakfast on her patio overlooking the idyllic beauty of the grounds. What a way to start the day!

First and foremost Susan is an amazing host and she has a beautiful home in a nice/safe neighborhood. The home sits on, or at least very close to, a golf course and in an ideal neighborhood. It was very peaceful and quiet. The first thing I noticed was how immaculate everything was. There didn't appear to be a thing out of place and you can tell she has a knack for decorating. Her attention to detail didn't go unnoticed. Her private bedroom/bath was better than advertised and as far as I'm concerned she went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.....providing nice towels/wash cloths, soap, comfortable bedding and pillows, free wi-fi, coffee and yogurt and fruit. I travel quite a bit with my job and have used Airbnb several times. When looking for a place to stay I look for quality at an affordable price, safety, and quiet b/c I work nights and sleep during the day. Susan provided all of the above. The only regret I had was that I had to work everyday and I really wish I had more time to sit and talk to Susan and get to know her better. I will definitely stay with Susan again.

From the beginning Chad was in communication with us. Family time was easy due to the large, open design of the living room, dining area and kitchen. Our family came from Alaska, Oregon and North Carolina for a funeral, we only spent early mornings and nights at the house, both times were facilitated by the community area and bedrooms. It was a great place to gather families needing to be in Roseville. Going to the Sacramento airport was easy and took between 45 minutes and an hour depending on traffic.

Kc's place lives up to its name of ease and comfort near Roseville. It's in a nice neighborhood not far from Hwy 65. Inside, everything is clean and new - I felt like I was the first visitor to use the bathroom. By the way, it was nice having my own bathroom. The bedroom is cozy, but there was lots of room for my rolling suitcase and other items. The bed is super comfortable - I slept really well. A tray on the bed welcomed me with water, chocolates and nuts. What a nice touch! Kc was very pleasant to talk to. If you're a dog lover, you're in for a treat. Her little yellow lab loves guests. She's very friendly and loves to play ball. She's VERY well-behaved, but if you're nervous around dogs, you probably want to find another Airbnb. I'd definitely like to stay at Kc's again next time I'm in Roseville.
