This newly renovated 4th generation family farmhouse sitting on 13 acres is centrally located in Russell Springs, just minutes from Lake Cumberland. We are just off the Cumberland Parkway (a short and easy drive to both Columbia and Somerset), close to Russell County Hospital, and within a mile to most fast-food chains, restaurants, gas, and grocery. Our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible while visiting the Lake Cumberland area. We do ask that there be no smoking in the home.

Quiet, peaceful, country setting. There are country roads for walking and bike riding. For the boaters and fishermen, we are just minutes away from Arnold’s landing boat ramp and also Holmes Bend marina on beautiful Green River lake. For the hunting enthusiast, there are 20,000 plus acres of public land available for spring and fall hunting, with an abundance of turkey and deer. Close to Campbellsville University and Lindsey Wilson in Columbia. Lake Cumberland is also a short drive away.

The Little Brown Cottage

Keep it simple at this peaceful, 1950's cottage in Russell Springs. One bedroom has a queen sized bed & the other bedroom has a full sized bed. There is a full bathroom accessible through the master bedroom with a vintage tub & shower combination. It has a fully equipped kitchen with separate dining room. There are doorbell cameras but we will turn them off upon check-in. There is a large television in the living room but each bedroom has its own television with free high speed Wi-Fi.

One mile drive to Lake Cumberland Marina, this newly renovated, charming 3 bedroom, 2 full baths, - sleeps 6 people. The open concept kitchen has all new appliances. Bedroom 1 has full bed; Bedroom 2 has full size bed. Master suite with queen bed and attached bath with tub and double sink. There is a twin sleeper sofa in the living room. The complete outdoor living space includes outdoor seating, a table for 8, grill, and fire. Watch the sunrise from the back porch.

Nestled just above Lake Cumberland Marina (Alligator II) There’s room for everyone at this modern and rustic Lake Cabin. Our large Deck is perfect for your next retreat. This property features a King Master Bedroom, Full Bunk Room for the Kiddos, and Double Queen Beds in our spacious loft. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and this Cabin also has Laundry Center. Linens are included. WiFi Internet and Flat Screen TV's throughout. PETS WELCOME!

Relax at Summer's Cottage. This newly built home is located in the Eli community of Russell Springs, 3 miles from Lake Cumberland Marina (formerly Alligator 1 and 2 boat ramps). We are within 1 mile of the Eli Country Store where you can gas up your boat or fill your coolers, and visit Eli Country Cafe to eat after a fun day in the sun. This newly built home offers 4 Bedrooms and 3 full baths. Plenty of privacy for multiple guests to stay in one place.

Great getaway! 4 miles from Jamestown Marina and 10 mins from State Dock. This apartment has 2 bd, 1 bath, open kitchen, living room. This apartment sits inside a small warehouse up a set of stairs with a large open driveway to make for easy access in and out with your boat. Over all there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay! * This apartment is on the 2nd floor so there will be some steps to climb to get to it.

Nice, newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with lots of room for entertainment. Large kitchen/dining room with room for 12+. Perfect house for indoor and outdoor living. In town and just a short driving distance to either Jamestown Marina or Lake Cumberland Marina. Nice 30’ driveway with a place to charge your boat. New for 2023 we now have a fire pit and new outdoor furniture for more indoor/outdoor living space!

Located in the Eli community of Russell Springs, 3.5 miles from Lake Cumberland Marina (formerly Alligator 1 and 2 boat ramps). We are within 2 doors of Eli Country Store to gas up your boat or fill your coolers, and Eli Country Cafe to eat after a fun day in the sun. Both are within walking distance. Easy access and spacious boat parking to recharge your batteries and wash your boat.
